Went in not knowing to much, asked for help for A battery, & fuses for mid 2000's Ford Mustang v6Um wrong parts given to me. Than I go to put them in, wrong size I go back & non-refundable apparently they just couldn't do it?Same parts NAPA have that day with receipt within 2 hours.I only get charged more for what I think are the right ones this time.Under $500 to never Buy From NAPA again, lesson Learned.That's what makes America Great & No Faith in NAPA.

The worst service I have ever gotten in my life through the light bulbs back at your cashier over 10 minutes I'm the only guy in the store very poor service very unprofessional Napa doesn't know

What happened to NAPA? They used to be the choice of professionals; the place to buy the good parts. Now they sell the same Chinese stuff as their competitors, but at a more expensive price. These store hours are ridiculous. Closed at 3 on Saturday? Not open on Sunday? Do you understand that many people work during the week and can only go get their parts on the weekend, or after you are already closed during the week? I support O'Reilly's and Autozone because they stay open longer hours and keep their prices lower. You are no better than them, so you need to quit acting like this is 1982. There is a reason why your stores will have 1 customer while the O'Reilly's down the street has a line of people checking out.

If you need auto parts, Kelseyville Napa is the place to go. If they don't have it in store, they have it delivered from another Napa.

Gave me the wrong part twice even though I had the old part and the part number. O'Reilly got it right the first time.
