Failed to communicate extra charges, didn't care when I asked questions even though his statement made it appear as if no additional charges would occur. It was done purposely to swindle extra cash out of the deal. Glad for those that had a great experience but mine and some others haven't had such luck. If you go hear make sure to ask thirty thousand questions because they wont tell you anything. Poor customer service.

They did not communicate all this extra work they had to do, which led to more money. So my bill was much much more than it should of been. I did not authorize the extra work. It took them well over an hour to do something I found on YouTube and it took them 4 minutes. I do not reccomend this mechanic.

Highly recommend this spot. Brought my truck in last week with some front end issues, they were super busy and told me as much but still were able to jack my truck up and diagnose the problem as soon as I brought my truck in. Had it back in less then 24hrs. Brian was super friendly and professional. 5 stars all day. Thanks guys and she s running like a champ again!

Took in my vehicle without an appointment, found the issue and resolved is for a reasonable price. The always seem willing to help and do what they can; yet have been accurate in their assessment and evaluation and fear and their pricing. Plus they give you options when they're available not just the most expensive ones.

I was told the owner of lake motor sales also owns this establishment. So two different locations where the man is ripping people off for thousands and thousands of dollars. Glad some of you had a pleasant experience however not my experience and finding out a whole lot of more people who this man has ripped off as well as endangering peoples lives by selling vehicles with known major mechanical problems in which can and have caused serious injuries and death in some cases. I will do everything in my power to have his business license removed as well as get my $9,000 back for the truck that still has not ran and been broken down since the day it was purchased!!!! You have my word!!!! I dont know how the owner can sleep at night knowing what he does to people.

Drove down this weekend from Redding Ca to look at a Jeep that was posted. Emailed and spoke with Bill and Mike a few times before leaving. Ensured me that the only problem was a door handle part that was on order. Get down there Saturday morning to look at it and find way more problems than listed. Airbag light was on, heat did not work, no tinted windows like listed, cigarette lighter don t work, looks like it had been in an accident was spray painted white all around both front and rear bumpers. So basically a big waste of time. 6 hours driving round trip. Thanks Mike and Bill

GREAT SERVICE and GREAT PEOPLE!!Stopped by on an unexpected stop as my brakes needed imediate replacement. Mike the owner was able to squeeze me in between jobs if I was willing to drop off my car all day, I was. During my wait Mike came and asked me how far away I lived, when I told him he OFFERED ME USE OF HIS OWN PERSONAL TRUCK TO USE while my car was there if I wanted...(Who does that??) anyhow once in the shop Shelby had my car inspected, diagnosed, parts ordered and delivered, installed and vehicle test drivin whithin 30 minutesThe parts and service were both honest and affordable.I would recomend this shop to anybody including my family.Give them a try!!Thanks again guys! Ill be back.

This is the worst garage I have ever been to!!!!! They were paid $700 to do a little work and to get off My check engine light off so I could go get my truck smogged and they didn't even do that!!!!

I was just looking up places for repair and the comments range from I got screwed over to they helped me that day. I'm not taking that chance, so rather then talk smack about a place I haven't been, I'll just go somewhere else.Thanks, and have a good day!!

Shady business somebody tried using my wife s credit card here but got declined by the bank. Way to go and run your business check for identification next time dirtbags probably an inside job!
