Frank was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and personable. We felt like we've known him for years. I'd definitely recommend anyone I know that wants to by a GM product, they should take the short drive up to Jamestown.

I just recently had brought my car into the Body Shop for work then to the Service Department for a recall. Tim in the body who inspected my car was great. He did a throughout check on my vehicle for any damages not visible and was reassuring that the work would be done promptly. Jimmy the Body Shop Manager was also pleasant. The paint job that was done was flawless. Chelsea over in the Service Office is always a joy to work with. I can t say enough good things about her co workers Dave Kenny and Caitlyn Ball either. The whole office is professional and hard workers. I needed a part ordered for my vehicle and Dennis the Parts Manager made that happen quickly. His parts guys Jared and Donnie are wonderful too. The gals in the office also a delight. Honestly one of the best experiences I ve had at this dealership. The employees are what makes Sierra Motors great.

Bought a 2016 Chevy Equinox on March 12th.. Took it on a 2 hour trip and the motor is blown. Haven't even had it a month. They gave me paperwork saying they replaced all the seals and it was good to go. Wrong motor is shot.

I Purchased my new 21 Chevy Trail Boss from Kenny back at the end of August. I live about 300 miles away so everything was handled over the phone. Kenny and the staff at Sierra Motors were extremely courteous and professional. Kenny is very knowledgeable. Even though the truck was not available he kept me updated and was quick to answer all my questions. Given the current climate of the auto industry, Sierra Motors was very fair in the negotiations. They were able to convert my cloth seats to a very high quality grade leather that I think is better than factory. The were also able to upgrade my seats that had heated to include cooling that are far better than the cooling seats on my previous GM vehicle. Mike in finance went out of his way to help complete the process and help me protect my truck. I have already referred them a couple of customers who were very pleased. Even though they are not near by, I will continue to recommend them.

Dave in the service department came through. As a professional mechanic I do not normally trust taking my vehicle to dealerships for diagnosing the faults on my personal vehicles. However, Sierra motors worked with me in getting my 2016 Suburban back in action and I do truly appreciate this.

First I m not from here I m from Southern California and there was something wrong with my vehicle and I took it here and was very happy with the results and my car came back clean and is still running strong a month later thank you so much and I will definitely go back you guys rock from customer service to under the hood

My family used to own this dealership back when it was Kelley Motors. Obviously we don t own it now through a series of unfortunate events we haven t owned it since the 2000s. Hope it s still running well and doing good, my great grandpa John s business. Just nice to see it s still there.

He listened and put are needs first to secure the vehicle we wanted through negotiations on getting the best trade-in values for two vehicles we offered to make financing comfortable for us.

(Second and third experiences)I give 5 stars because the service advisor, Dave, gets me in and out in a timely manner. He is very professional and makes sure my truck is handled with care when I go in for service. I will continue to come in for great service. The parts guys are very helpful as well.(First experience)I give 3 stars because the sales and service team are friendly but I recently took my Silverado 3500HD for the first oil service and told them how I felt about doing all services on all my vehicles myself and knew it would be done to my expectations if I did it. But I also knew keeping it documented with GM by having them do it would be the best route. I was told they would take care of everything and go above and beyond, including checking all fluids and topping everything off. However, after driving home, my DEF light turned on, indicating it was well below half, I literally added about 5 gallons of DEF myself. Now, I question the whole service visit of what was completed and checked. I was specifically told they would fill my DEF, and that did not happen. How do I really know that everything else was completed the way it should have been. Then I called back to question this complaint, even leaving a voice-mail with the service writer, and now it's been a few days without even a call back to apologize for the simple mistake. Now, here I am writing this review. I came here because my purchasing dealer was a joke. Now I question this dealership as well. I probably won't be back unless I get a phone call that I deserve. (Update, I did receive a call back about a week later. The reason for the delay was that she was out sick)(The service manager also contacted me through the mail and sent over a complimentary Oil Change Service to make up for the inconvenience)I can respect the fairness and will continue returning in the future.

Extremely overpriced shop with many inexperienced mechanics. They had a trainee work on my car, but charged me top dollar and could not even fix the problem. Could not be more disappointed with their work and pricing. Unbelievable.

Frank Rathburn was super knowledgeable and helpful. After a couple of preliminary fact-finding visits to Sierra Motors, Frank assisting us each time, we had learned enough about trucks to select a very nice new vehicle on our third trip to Sierra. Long story short, I screwed up and bought a bad truck from another dealership. We ve had to spend a lotOf money in repairs to get this truck where we could tow with it. We ve had the pleasure of working with Heath in the service department throughout this process. Even at a point when I lost my composure after running into another issue and looking at more money. Heath has always done what he could to ease the pain, been respectful and raised the bar when it comes to customer service. This has become a project truck, and still have some things to take care of before we sell it, but thank you for everything!

2nd car with Sierra Motors. First was a lease, then I purchased a couple year old used SUV. They were up front and honest about how much they could take off the sticker price, and how much they would buy back my leased SUV.Had an issue as soon as I left the lot, but Sierra Motors quickly took care of me.Would recommend to a friend.

First time to your dealership! Ordered an aftermarket part that came in very quickly and had an appointment within a week to install it. They also were able to fix another, un-related issue all within the same appointment and estimated time frame. Very happy and willBe coming back for all service needs instead of going to the original dealer where my truck was purchased.

Frank was very helpful and one of the best salesman I have ever worked with. Nathan in Finance did not try to force us to take the add ons and made that side of the sale a pleasant one. Thank you all we will definately be back for another vehicle again someday.

I've had my truck there three separate occasions. Basically for diagnosis. Google and other Chevy dealerships claimed 1 hour to diagnose the problem I had yet Sierra motors charge me for 2 hours and still didn't give me anything specific. Had to find out what the real issue was on my own after tearing the motor down a bit which they could have found out with their computerized equipment. The last time they claim I need another motor. Motor I have has great compression no oil leaks and basically a problem with a lifter. The lifter was $15 all the gaskets to put it back together were less than $100. A far cry from needing a new motor that they claimed I needed. I'll spend the extra 45 minute drive to go to another Chevy dealer next time

Paul was honest and straightforward and was able to find extra incentives for me that I didn't know GM was offering. Frank was extremely knowledgeable about the truck I was buying and was great to work with. The whole purchase experience was a pleasure. I was in and out of the dealership in less than two hours and that included the test drive, which is a record. I will definitely being going back to this dealership in the future.

Had our vehicle service at the dealership. Everyone we had contact with was friendly and helpful. After dropping our vehicle off, we decided to go to a restaurant for lunch while they service our truck and they offer to drive us over to the restaurant, but we decided to walk so they gave us directions to safely walk there. Upon our return we went to the parts department to look into purchasing accessories for our truck. The gentleman in the parts department took time to explain everything and answer additional questions we had to help us get what we wanted in the least expensive way. Overall a really great experience.

We have all the work on our done at Sierra Motors. We have never been disappointed. Heath, our service writer, has always been pleasant, friendly and efficient. The work has been well done. Would definitely recommend this dealer for all your needs.
