I apologize for the 3 star review it was ment to be 5 star just an honest mistake. I have no dislike you all have been very helpful n reasonable priced. Thou I have never had you work on my personal stuff. I have recommended, an called Banks Glass in to help with Angels Camp & Rv Resort. Job Well!!!

Almost every contractor I have talked to has told me the Bank's glass is the place to go. I have used them a couple times, and they aren't necessarily perfect, but they do whatever is necessary to make things right.

Previously I have used Banks Glass for repairs to some of my Andersen windows. The results have been great. To address today's problem (door handle came off in my hands), Zac talked me through using an Allen wrench to tighten the set screw on the inside door handle. He saved me a bundle of money and a wait for parts/appointment. Banks Glass helped an 80 year old lady and has earned my loyalty.Service: General door repair

I love my windows! I am so glad we choose Banks Glass. Phil was the foreman in charge of the installation. Phil took the time to make sure we understood the process. Phil and his co-workers were great, they were quick and left our property clean and in great condition. What a difference the windows have made, my electric bill was over 100.00 less than it was last December.I also want to say that everyone at Banks made our window replacement easy and worry free. Brad Thomas was easy to deal with, prompt in responding to any and all of our calls and questions. All in all one of the best experiences I have ever had. I tell everyone considering replacing their windows to go to Banks!

I hired Banks Glass to replace all of my windows and sliding door in my home. Their residential team did an amazing job and the crew was excellent to work with. They came out to measure twice ahead of installation and all 28 windows fit perfectly, which I found very impressive. Scheduling was a few months out due to COVID, but worked well since I had another contractor doing the prep work on the stucco. The crew was very experience, on time every day, and completed the project a day early. They were very clean and paid close attention to detail. I am very pleased with the finished results and glad I found them. Great service over the phone with their office and the leads who ran the project were a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend them for any glass project.

We hired Banks Glass to install 8 sliders in our place in Arnold. It was an all day job and Banks Glass staffed it not only with enough people to finish the job in one visit but their employees worked hard, thoroughly and communicated great with us and amongst themselves. They were respectful of our home, keeping it clean and their work areas tidy. They did great detail work with the inside & outside trim around the sliders AND 1 of the guys even found a diamond earring my daughter had lost in her room. He didn't keep it....he came upstairs and gave it to me! I never would have known. VERY IMPRESSIVE! Thank you Banks Glass.

I want to pass on my compliments for the great job Banks Glass did on replacing 11 of my failed windows. The installers, Matt and Thomas, were on time, courteous, and very professional. Their glazing and attention to detail was amazing. The estimators were also very good and professional. I would highly recommend Banks Glass to anyone needing window repair or installation.Update;I just had Banks install my shower glass enclosure. It was very tricky because of the size and shape. They did a great job measuring to make sure it was an exact fit and did a terrific job installing it. They made sure we were completely satisfied with the work, which we are. Another gold start for them!

I called Banks Glass after getting a $900 repair quote from another company. The Banks technician that did the initial visit pointed out the window might be warrantied (in spite of the fact that I broke it with a rock from a lawnmower). I was surprised by that possibility, but it turns out he was correct, and Banks did the repair at no cost to me. The repair crew, as well as the entire staff, was prompt, professional, and very thorough. Banks Glass saved me $900 and earned them a customer for life.

We contracted Banks Glass to replace 14 windows, and a sliding glass door in or cabin near Groveland. They are professional, uniformed, punctual, and responsive. The owner also took personal interest in helping schedule our last visit. I highly recommend Banks Glass.

We ve used Banks Glass several times this year. We had all of our windows and sliders checked for leaks and for repairs . They ordered parts and repaired them, caulked some windows, and relaced some of our screens. They also installed a new Milgard window in our bathroom . All of the service was professional and done well. I ve enjoyed working with John, Jake, the receptionist and the service people. Every experience has been a pleasure! I d highly recommend them, they are a great team

Banks Glass is my go to one stop for all my window and shower door needs. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and the installers are all well trained and efficient. What I value the most is that Banks carry's a wide variety of windows from entry level to high end to fit my project budgets. This is absolutely one of my favorite company's in the foot hills.

We had a 60 year old wood frame window that got broken. I called banks glass and they were out within a week and fixed it immediately at a very reasonable price. Professional, friendly, 5* service. Thank you!!

They get 4 stars because they are not even open on weekends, not even one day. other than that, they are decently priced. Staff are friendly, and there is plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible.

Just had windows installed on a holiday! They arrived on time, finished as they said they would and left the home as it was before they arrived. It is greatly appreciated when a companies employees use drop cloth and take measures to make sure your home does not get dirty during installs. Highly recommend them, and will use them in the future.

I am a general contractor and I've seen their work and is always very good one time a couple jobs the guys damaged some tile on a shower and I had to fix it, also scratched some new solid oak wood floors I have to sand them down and re poly urethane them.. this isn't a complaint about them because I make mistakes on jobs too but I hope the workers are more careful because im pretty easy going ill just fix it no problem , but some clients will freak out over these things, I still definitely recommend these guys.

I have been using Banks Glass since about 2005. They have helped me with shower doors in simple inexpensive bathroom's to very high end bathrooms with frameless glass surrounds and there's not another company I'd use for my glass needs. As a reputable contractor in the Arnold area, I need someone who will provide the service and quality that meets my personal standards, and these guys are one of the two that I depend on. From office staff to installers. The guys show up when they say or they're in touch if running behind. Once on site, they keep everything clean and leave it clean. I really couldn't be happier with them as a supplier.Big DanDan Routh construction

They are not perfect but very good and they also stand behind their work. Installers are very good and most things are addressed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Banks Glass.

What a nice experience. The employees were all nice and helpful. The hustled, said please and thank you.My request was odd and instead of saying no or we do t do that, we figured a way to make it work.Truth be told, the work is not done. I expect it to be perfect and if not, I'll be back to explain why their work is sub par. If I don't update this, I'm happy. And I'm the customer.

I was told the price of $5 and change for a piece of glass. when I arrived the price change to $27And specific sizes were given over the phone no excuse don't have your probies answer the phone
