Phillip Hollingsworth Family RV in Jackson Ca. performed repairs to my 2011 Tiffin Phaeton. Both Phillip and his son were terrific. in 2019, we picked up a 2014 Tiffin Allegro that had been abused a bit by the previous owner and her dogs. I was referred to Phillip Hollingsworth's Family RV Service when I called Tiffin asking about repair facilities in northern California. Phillip knows every aspect of these coaches. He is honest and trustworthy. I have spent over $13K at this shop. I highly recommend them!

Over several years, Phillip, Matthew and Sorena have given us excellent Service on our 2016 RED 37PA. From Oil and Filter changes on the Generator, repairing a Slide out problem, to replacing the Bedroom carpet with vinyl flooring, which we are very happy with. There have been other minor repairs and maintenance, all done with professionalism and a wonderful attitude. We treasure our relationship and friendship.Dennis & Sylvia Cox

Phillip, Mathew and Sorena run a first class operation. Given Covid conditions and a death in their family they endured parts delayed and their own health issues. All the while Mathew and PhillIp persevered when others might have let us down. Their professionalism and kind hearts through it all were a testament to their strength and desire to do a great job. Not only was the paint job perfect but so was all of the multiple items that Mathew worked to get covered on our extended insurance policy. They worked 16 hours a day through the week not only for our coach but also for the over 30 coaches that were there for parts and service. I can t say enough about their work ethic and dedication to helping their customers. We also spent many thousands of dollars on body damage that I inflicted but I now have a BrandNew Coach with a wonderful paint job. They even fixed portions of a prior paint job that was uneven and poorly blended. We had to travel 5 hours from our home to get there but I would do it all over again if required. These people are the best! I have a 2005 Fleetwood that had a propane leak. Since I live in it full-time there was a sense of urgency for repair work. I got an appointment the following morning and the problem was fixed that day. And at a very reasonable cost. I can't say enough great things about these people.

Wonderful people with wonderful service that was prompt. I highly recommend Phil Hollingworth s Family RV Service, particularly for Tiffin service. They seem to only service large diesel pushers. I brought in an older (10 years) old C with a slide problem. He talked alot and never got back to me. He is out for the gravy, as an actual shop I would say NO.
