I needed a quote to get a claim rolling. I called NSA, not sure who was on the other side. I explained my situation and was told, "no problem, bring it in and we'll give you a quote".I showed up and asked to have a quote, I'm guessing it was the owner at the desk. First question he asked was, "is this through insurance?". I told him no. He then backpedaled and stated how busy they were and he couldn't provide a quote...Take your business elsewhere.

North State agreed to restore my car with the understanding that they wouldn t be able to start work for three months. After agreeing to the wait they said they d call me when to bring the car in. After five weeks I decided to call and see how the timeframe was lining up. I was told they were dropping my job due to being buried in insurance work. They wasted 5 weeks of my time and didn t have the decency to call and be straight up. Terrible customer service.

They treated me well. They treated my car well. Their work is excellent. They were done earlier than planned. They gave me one year of free monthly car washes, which gives them a chance to make sure their work is holding up. Which, they guarantee their work, so if there was an issue, they'd fix it.

So respectful, and are doing an amazing job with my Camaro. It is almost 30 years old and they are bringing her back to new and actually asked what I wanted to do when hidden body damage was found. Allowing me to make a choice instead of ending up with expenses I wasn't informed of.

I would recommend this shop to anybody who needs body work. I got my car back and couldn't tell it was in an accident. The repair time was fast and I was always up dated on the car. There skills with auto repair are unmatchable. I would deffianly recommend this place.

Horrible service!! Not friendly. Had to continually ask what they would be doing to fix my vehicle. It was a company vehicle and they are a vendor so I had to take my vehicle here but I told my company that I would not recommend and we should get a different Auto shop vendor. I will not take my personal vehicle here and will not recommend to others!!!
