I love stopping by whenever I get the chance. Even though I usually have to leave immediately after I get there, it's always nice talking to Dani, Kristoff, Chelle and StePhan. They always manage to make my day so much better than it was before that.

Stores clean, staff are friendly. They are a step up from the other big box auto part stored. Some things are just fine to buy here however not everything.Steering boxes sold here for example are sourced from cardone. Cardone treats every box the same and does not check clearances or wear for each box. So when they stuff all of the beltline rebuild parts in there, some boxes have more wear physically than others and this causes slop in MANY cardone rebuilds. This was the case with the last steering box i bought at Napa. Installed on a stock chevy pickup, it had as much slop as my 30yr old box. I ended up getting a Redhead for around the same price and wow what a difference. Thats because redhead, unlike cardone measures boxes for wear and clearances and installs appropriate undersized or oversized parts to account for said wear. The result is that they're boxes are tight with ZERO play. This went on my stock chevy that eventually got lifted and sas swapped with a dana 60 on 40x14.50 Mts. Still after 3 years not a bit of play. If I was the ceo of Napa, I would personally only order from reman companies that can make a good rebuild. No store wants an upset customer to have to return parts and no customer wants to waste time installing and uninstalling poorly remade parts. Cardone really drops the ball with steering box rebuilds. But what do I know Im only a custom auto builder and fabricator with 20 years of experience under his belt.

The Staff and Owner were FANTASTIC! I purchased a Starter down in the Bay Area a few years ago, Didn't have a Receipt but they not only refunded the Core charge but reimburse the cost of the New Starter I bought. This WILL BE my go to Parts store from now on. Thank you!

Completely sold on Riebe's in Jackson. My wipers were making a terrible racket today while raining. Hadn't changed them in two years. I pulled into the lot. They immediately axted me what I needed. So he hooked me up within minutes after telling him what I needed. To my shock, he went out to my Toyota Sienna, and installed all three wipers. I was down the road quick and squeaky free. Yeehaw.

Fast , courteous service! Perhaps more important, they always seem to get the correct parts for my needs! Also should mention that all staff were wearing face covering & state mandate signs clearly posted! Appreciate the professionalism!!!

Went to 2 different napa's to get my boat alternator tested, the guy in Locke ford said they couldn't test marine alternators, bs, and the second store's tester wasn't working. Still haven't had it tested...

I placed an order in my cart to pick up in 30 minutes. The price of the part was $65.99 in stock. When I arrived at the Napa parts store the price was $98 ??? It is called Stacking the Deck ..
