I went in today with my 1990 Ford F150, had some pretty bad brake issues.The professionalism and service I received here was extreme. I got all the questions I had answered, wasn't made to feel like an idiot, they were able to knock out the work in one day, and they were incredibly kind to me and everyone else I saw there during my visit.I would recommend them to everyone!!

What else great can I say about Les Schwab...Every location I've been to surpasses my expectations! Recently moved to the area and I'm sooo happy there's a shop here! Staff is super friendly, waiting area is nice! Bathrooms cleaner than my house! BUT also.. the technicians are thorough with their findings and recommendations...Most importantly FAIR with their pricing! It's why I won't go anywhere else for services they offer. Thanks Les Schwab team!

A full service oil change went from 80-130 and when the car was returned, my miles were not reset, nor was my window fluid refilled. I had to go back and finish the job I paid for already. Way overpriced for slack service. I won't go back.

These guys rock . They mounted and balanced my tires when no one in town would (cause baught then on line ) they were cheap and have fixed nails in tire free everytime thanks les Schwab tire

Came in with a flat tire with a screw in it on the last day of our vacation. They fixed it in exactly the predicted time frame and did not even charge me. Haven't been to a Les Schwab in over ten years (only because there's none near where I live now) but his reminded me why I used to go there. Excellent service and professionalism!

This les schwab was super supportive when I experienced several flats over a 6 month period. So much so, I bought 5 new tires from them when I was able.I have had an alignment done here and am totally confident in this store.They just bwgan offerring oil changes and I jumped on that too- I am not able to do my own anymore.Chevy Silverado owner and les schwab devotee...

Went in for a tire rotation and safety check and they were thorough and explained their results to me. As a long time customer I was once again treated courteously and made to feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend them.

Had 2 tire mounted for my wood splitter, The technicians were very knowledgeable about mounting new tires ,Arron did very good job. Sandy the receptionist is very knowledgeable about tires good prices will be going back, highly recommended team at Les Schwab Tire in Jackson.

My wife had a flat on a BF Goodrich she bought at Costco. She had purchased a full warranty at Costco but they are 45 min away. Les Schwab fixed it for "free" and quite quickly I might add. We thanked them several times and left SATISFIED. 5 Stars!

I went right before closing with a flat tire. The mechanic was so kind... offered a free patch if needed. Turns out the sidewall of my tire was damaged so I needed a new tire. He quickly changed my tire.... took maybe 15 minutes. I'd go back in a second.

Exceptional Customer Service by Greg and 2 other Employees. . We made an appointment at 2pm and they took Our Car in right away. It's nice to have dealt with a Company who cares about My Family's Safety.

Stopped in to have the air checked on my Toyo tires I purchased from Les Schwab in Idaho in fall of 2018. We are approaching 4 years on these tires. Tread still good. No sidewall weather or age cracks. Air was still at proper levels. Reduced air by 5 lbs in front tires to see if it improves ride. Clayton was so gracious and friendly. Checked air and answered my questions about pressures. He even crawled under DS front tire after I dropped the valve stem transmitter cap while attempting to replace cap! Easy in and out in Jackson, CA.

We needed repairs dine on our vehicle (CV Joints replaced) on short notice. Not only did they accommodate us in a timely manner, the cost was much less than we had anticipated.The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Awesome service from awesome staff. I had a active leak in my tire and drove to less schwab. They hooked me up and fixed my tire free of charge and got me back on the road. Thanks guys!

I PRESSED FIVE (5) stars but it might not have registered when i sent the post. Excellent service and great staff.I want to single out "CAMERON" Who always goes the extra mile to make my visit/service experience so nice!!!I am always satisfied and happy when I havehad work done that wad handled by Cameron!!! I hope the five (5) star post went through because it is deserved!!!

They live up to there commercials!! While I was getting 2 new tires put on I got a call from my Dr. that I had been trying to get into for months.They had a cancelation and I could come in at 3 pm. It was 1pm and my doc was over an hour away. They pulled another guy to help the person putting on my tires and I was out by 1:15!!! I will be a customer for life!

Good people. Took my truck in for an alignment found ball joints were bad. They took care of the problem at a reasonable price. It also got rid of my vibration. Thanks guys!

These guys treated me really good even though i came in with my own tires to put on my car. Didnt try to sell me anything and gave me great service without a long wait. The waiting area is very nice too!

I have been a customer for 20 yrs. I have seen customer service has really declined the last several years. No one greets you anymore and the tires are way overpriced. I had a tire with a leak. It was not repairable. So i asked for 2 tires. They priced 1 for $110 not 2 and didn't say it was only 1 tire. Then I asked them how long it would be, I was told 45 min. I know it takes about 15min/tire. It took 45min to get started on it and another 45min to change 1, not 2, tires. The overall experience was very aggravating, and i have seen this trend with other locations. I will not be returning.

I had a great experience when I took my car in for an alignment on my AWD. Super professional, fast, and they explained everything thoroughly. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Thay where ready when I got there gave me a free estimates and was right for how long it would take to do the job and I'm satisfied might be a little pricey but not really sure but they did a great job and I recommend Les Schwab

Treated me like family except with more courtesy and respect. Checked my slow leaky tire for no charge. Didn't try to sell me anything or recommend work to be done. I will be back when I need tires or brakes. I also like the fact that they support the local schools.

Really like these guys they went above and beyond customer service. It was after 6:00 there closing time and they stayed until the car was dropped off by the tow company for a flat tire they replaced both front tires and fixed us up so we could get to work the next day. Very happy with them five stares is not enough.....

I was in jackson for a gourd class @ Amador Flower Farm... my tire lite came on. Remembered go past earlier & thats where we purchased my tires. James was very helpful in explaining all my questions, very polite & a nice kid. Very happy w/this shop!
