I'm so happy that I chose to go with the Glass Dr! They were professional, quick and my windows are amazing! Best part, it only took a few hours for all three windows to be replaced and now my living room is positively transformed. My installation guy, Jake, was a complete pro. Cleaned up as he worked and left no mess behind. I will definitely use them again!!

The office person was friendly and professional. I told her about the crack in my windshield. She handled everything including the call to the insurance company. I had an appointment quickly in a just few days!When I arrived, the technicians went to work immediately. The waiting room was beautiful and comfortable. My car was finished right on time and looked as good as new. Instead of it being a hassle, the broken windshield repair was about as trouble free as possible. I highly recommend this business.

They got us in by the next morning and had the glass replaced within just a couple hours. Quick and easy. Only complaint is I found shards of glass in my front seat. Otherwise everything was great!

Will never recommend this place to anyone! Girls inside are nice, but guys who do the work are rude and unprofessional.Took our 2015 toyota Sienna in to have a new passenger side backseat window replaced after ours was shattered in a storm. We were moving out of state in 7 days and were so thatnkful they could get it in and fixed. Guys acted like they were in a bad mood when we came in for appointment. Dropped off and came back 3hrs later. The door is an automatic sliding door and after they put door back together, it no longer opened. They said I'd have to bring it back to fix the door. I should have been mad, but I told them I was just happy to have a window again and said no problem with bringing it back. Got in the car to leave and there was glass everywhere. We detailed the car after the window broke, so all this glass was from inside the door. Went inside to ask the girls if they should have cleaned up the glass that came from inside the door when they took it apart, and she said yes it was part of the job. She told me to go round back and the guys would take care of me. the guy was so rude. Telling me that they do not detail cars and this wasn't their job. I told him I wasn't asking him to detail my car, i have small children and there is glass everywhere from him opening the door up. He kept talking about how irritated he was. After he finished i went back in and told girls what happened. I told them I've been so nice about everything and wasnt mad at all my door no longer openned and this really made me upset he acted this way. They were very appolagetic and said they would have another person handle my door next time. Came back in to have door fixed and when we came back the door worked but there was a big white scuff on my passenger front see door. Went inside to girls and told them that wasn't there when we dropped off. They pulled up photos they took when we dropped off and showed us we were right and they would have the guy come out to look at it. Guy told me it was there when we dropped it off, that they took photos. I told him the girls already showed us the photos and they showed no white scuff marks on the door. He then realized he couldn't lie and then tried to buff it out. This shop is soo unprofessional! Girls are great inside but that is as far as it goes. We then left 2 days later for our move out of state and realized they didn't put my sunshade back in the door! Obviously we can't just pop over there a 3rd time and have them redo their work again, so we will have to pay a shop to do this here in Texas. I can't believe a company that has been around so long would have people like these guys working for them! Last week I woke up to a crack across my windshield from the cold weather. I called glass doctor of Amador County before I even called my insurance. They called my insurance with me and got me in on the second business day. Not to mention, they completed the work of replacing my windshield with excellence in service and professionalism I will always return.

They do amazing work and have very reasonable prices. We needed a total windshield replacement on our 2004 Dodge Ram and they overlooked nothing. The installer took pride in his work and informed us about anything that came up. He left the truck very clean and the windshield looks wonderful. They also offer a great warranty. I would definitely recommend them for any of your glass needs.

Was extremely surprised at how amazing these guys are! Was done quickly, text appointment reminders and communication, had everything ready when I got there. My car had an old piece of trim that wore out and they had it ordered before I even left and installed it for free on my schedule. Wonderful installer as well is enjoyable to talk to! Probably the best service I ve received on any car service . EVER

Super Great Job!,....Came to my workplace and changed glass in my office parking lot! Jacob D., specialist from Jackson, CA was excellent, courteous, and professional. They were running a little late, so I requested the change in location last minute from my home to my office and they were accommodating for my convenience with no hassle. Well done,...and a 'whoot'!

Our classic car was victim of a rock chip to the windshield. The Glass Doctor team was wonderful! Very good providing estimates, working with our schedule and the reschedules needed when unexpected difficult weather left our car garaged for a while. When we finally got in, they were so quick and thorough. They were able to do a repair instead of having to replace the entire windshield. Will definitely use them in the future for any glass needs.

I have this old truck (1961Ford F-100 4X4) . The windshield was cracked very badly two cracks top to bottom and one side to side . It took them less then two hours to complete the job . It looks great , I supplied the windshield and the gasket , they did say they could get the windshield if needed . It's hard to find someone who can do these old vehicles . This is a great find .

I had my car in to replace my windshield and they called me to tell me my oil cap was off and oil had sprayed all over!! They checked the oil to make sure I had enough in there to drive it. Thank you for going the extra mile!!!

Did a great job on what they fixed and it was very inexpensive. Only problem I had was that they didn't ask me where all the glass chips were in my windshield , so they missed one. Otherwise they did a great job and the value was great.

It was expensive, but they did a great job on a unique situation with one of my older vehicles. No one else could do the job. I would definitely return or recommend the Jackson shop. Jennifer & Lauren made the process easy, and the technician preserved to make things work perfectly.

We live in Reno and have brought 2 if our vehicles there. Worth the drive to have helpful and friendly staff get the job done right the first time. I highly recommend them to anyone that talks about their windshield and will definitely use them in the future.

Great communication. When they realized the glass they were sent for my vehicle was subpar, they quickly notified me and explained there would be a delay. I appreciate they were looking out for my interests. The prices are great and the entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I ll come back in a heartbeat.

Windshield replacement for our 2006 Chevy Silverado went through smoothly without a hitch. Got the appointment setup easily and it only took a little over an hour while we waited in their comfortable lounge. The price was reasonable and on the mark as quoted, including tax, out the door. No surprises.

I was very lucky to use Glass Doctor. They saved me a bunch of time by being very efficient.I received a call saying my windshield would be in the next day. They scheduled me. The next day the windshield was received early. They called I drove over to their shop. Less than 1. 5 hours I was on my way home. They updated me while I was there and said 20 minutes you will be done. I am very happy with their customer service and workmanship.

Excellent work. They were honest and helpful and even showing me first hand what was wrong with my windshield. I had. A wrap on my car and they were very careful when removing and replacing my glass. Plus a free bottle of glass cleaner gotta love it.

Our business, Murphy's Touch, Inc., needed to a set of special windows for a repair to a 1950's AG building. Glass Doctor was helpful and responsive to find what we needed. Even though the wait was long, GD was friendly and willing to keep us updated through-out. Thank you.
