Spencer is honest, and does his best to find the problem and give you a fair estimate. His attitude is most to be commended. He is respectful and honors customer service. He has fixed problems I ve taken to other mechanics that are clueless. He knows engines. He s worked on my diesels, my Volvo, and handled the most complicated of issues. Thank you!

My power steering went out this week and I was having a terrible time driving it. Took it in to the guys at Crossroads Auto and they quickly fixed it for me. I also had an issue with my brake light not working and they even took care of that and didn't even charge me. I really recommend this auto shop to anyone needing repair work done.Valerie S.

Was recommended by my uncle . I needed my cars ac fixed ,and didn't know where to go without getting ripped off . Went here like my uncle suggested. Dropped car off and they stayed in contact with me whole time as well as my car was fixed super fast. They were reasonable! Pricing and timing was awesome . They are awesome . Glad I came here. Of course Matt Parker was one of the best mechanics you could find. But Matt found someone equally good in Spencer to take his place. Great service and most importantly you can trust what he says and the work he does!

This is one of the best shops around. We had some serious brake issues, and several mechanics had inspected the vehicle and couldn't figure out what was wrong. Crossroads Automotive diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes and had us back on the road in an hour. Thank you so much!!
