I would not recommend this shop.(this was supposed to be a 1 month repair job). They had my vehicle for 5 months (this is my vehicle after 5 months). We dropped the vehicle off early July. In late November they increased the estimate $17,000. After that my insurance company decided to total the vehicle. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING THERE FROM MY EXPERIENCE.

Service is extremely unprofessional. Had dent on roof done to find out 6 months later roof leaks from the rail they took off. Finally got that fixed and when I picked up my car they had left dirt marks on my white liner and some inside trim was not snapped in place. They just don't check their work to make sure the job is completed and done professionally. I hope no one else has to go through what I went through.Highly disappointed and will never go back.

Forgot to post in a timely fashion. But a couple months back, the owner (I think he was) helped my wife with a rear brake light. The previous owner of her PT Cruiser sealed it - must of had moisture inside the lens. We had a real hard time opening it, but the owner here did an awesome job and put in a new bulb. He wanted just $10 for his trouble (it wasn't easy). We gave him a bit more than that. Wow, you don't always get such kindness these days. If I need body work done ... Who do you think I'll call?

The Insurance Co. sent us to Crash Champions for an estimate to repair our car. Even though we plan to have the repairs done at another shop closer to home, the staff at Crash Champions in Jackson were friendly, professional and helpful, and the estimate was provided by the next business day.

Listen to my story. Bucket up buckaroos!Walked into the main office of Stymeist autobody with the intention of getting a quote. This would have been around 30 minutes after they opened for the day. I was asked if this was through insurance or out of pocket. I replied, out of pocket. I was immediately given a card for their other location (Crash Champions) and told to contact them.A week or so later I walked into Crash Champions. Asked for a quote so they set a date. A few days later I showed up for the appointment. The manager of the location did a quick walkaround. I told him what happened, how the damage is likely all cosmetic/body. Frame should be fine as the vehicle only rolled onto it's side. He then gave me the run around how they don't have a device to work on the frame so I should go back to the main location. I told him I had gotten their info FROM the main location. So he texted "Gary" I think it was, the manager at Stymeist. Told him I would be headed over there and was looking for a quote. I drove over to the main location, they seemed to have gotten the message as the receptionist had a look on her face like she had done something wrong when I arrived.She set a date for the quote with their employee Wendy. I showed up for quote at the appointed time/date and met with Wendy. She took pictures, was writing details, and generally asked how/why, etc. questions. She asked if I would like to wait around until the quote was completed. I replied, I had just gotten off work (night shift) and wanted to sleep. She said it would take till around 12pm of that same day (it was 8am-ish at the time of quote) to get the quote completed and she would email me. I told her that sounded great.Woke up later that day, end of that day, no quote. Hmm, maybe she got busy. Second day after the appointment, no quote. I called on the third day (after the appointment). I got another tech (male) who said Wendy was not available (go figure), he patched me through to her extension. I left a message to please email me the quote asap. Never got an email or phone call back.Horrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere.I would recommend "Howards Body Shop" in Sutter Creek. I called and that same day the receptionist told me to come in and they would get me a quote, which they did.

I was hit when the truck was parked and I was away from it . My insurance company stepped up . Stymeist had my truck for ten days that includes a weekend and Christmas day . Looked good when I got her back .

I picked up my car today after being repaired from an auto accident. It looks and drives amazing. They kept in touch regularly with the status of repairs and went above and beyond to take care of every detail! Thank you so much!

Our beautiful car was wrecked and we took it to Stymeist. We were treated great and our car looks nicer than it used to. It rides very smooth. We were having an issue with a vibration in the car, and after they fixed it from the wreck, it rides like it just came off the lot. The issue we were having couldn't be resolved by Buick, and Stymeist was able to get it fixed. I do recommend using this company. They always called us to update. They handled everything with the insurance. They were kind.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Rod took great care of me from day one. They did a wonderful job on my car and it was clean and shiny when I finally picked it up. The only problem I had was an unavoidable one...one part was on backorder and it took over a month to get it which caused an unexpected expense for the rental car. I called Rod and told him my dilemma and he started making some calls and was able to locate a part in a different state. In a few days, the car was completed and I was able to take a deep cleansing breath. Lesson learned, Drive slower on mountain roads and expect deer and two, make sure your insurance covers the rental indefinitely because these days everything could be on back order.Thank you,. I have used several different body shops over the years. With 11 grandkids for driving age and four sons growing up and let's not forget myself or my wife I've had the pleasure of having to use body shops in the past and stymiest is by far the best of the best this last time I use them I did get to other quotes all within dollars of each other. But stymest is the only one they said they would blend the color. When asked one of them flat-out said no we just use the code on the VIN number. So if you want a good quality job at a fair reasonable rate and reasonable time you cannot beat stymie's auto body repair

They kept our vehicle for 7 weeks for body repairs. When we picked it up, they noted that it was not running properly. They suggested that Maybe it hadn't been right before it was brought in? (Wrong!)Well, turns out that a computer cable was not seated properly... (Yes, they had worked on the computer). Furthermore, they had not inspected the job. A cursory inspection without even opening the hood would have shown them that it was missing a fog light lens cover. Under the hood there were a lot more shortcomings. Like $500 worth to fix.The total cost to remedy all of the above was $1000. Yes, Our insurance covered this additional cost. But if you are going there on your own , you might wanna look carefully into the repairs...

I have had work done here on two occasions. They were great!!! Then today my son and his grandma(who just had surgery) over heated on the side of the road in front of the shop. Not only did they have them come inside to get out of the 97 degree heat they also gave them water. Turned out to be a busted radiator hose which they also replaced at NO COST!!! I can't even express my gratitude to all of them for their overwhelming kindness. We are all lucky to live in this great community! Thanks again to everyone at Stymeist----you are the best!!!!!!

Over the years I've taken 3 cars here. Exceptional Customer Service. My Cars all came home very clean. I recently went in for advice on a possible repair and was given They're best to help me. Met Owner and was given Awesome Customer Service as well.

I had severe damage to the right side of the bed on my 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 TRX4. Collision Champions replaced the Bed Side and repaired two dents in the back of the cab and after the repairs, the pickup looked as if it came off the show room floor.

That's auto body shop is a joke! Apparently they don't want my business. I was involved in a rear end collision where I needed my rear bumper replaced and painted. I went in for an estimate and of course yes they gave me a reasonable rate comparable to other places.I submitted the information to my insurance company and they cut me a check to have the vehicle repaired at this location in addition to coordinating a rental vehicle. I contacted Steve stymeist over two weeks to schedule when to bring my vehicle in for repair after leaving several emails, voice mails and messages with other people informing me that they would have my estimator return my call I still get no response.I understand I'm not the only person with a vehicle collision but a courtesy phone call of five minutes to schedule a day for me to come in and drop off my vehicle would have been nice.

Very very disappointed with their service not only did they not fix the problem with my vehicle I had to take it to another shop to get fixed also the guy that handled my claim rod has very bad communication and doesn t have a clue on what he s talking about would of expected better from this company and over priced not satisfied at all . Wouldn t recommend this place to anyone

I was rear ended pretty bad, and these guys really took care of me. Took my car despite their heavy workload. Their courtesy driver was personable when I got a ride to get a rental car. They kept in touch with me during the repairs, and everything they fixed on my car was done to perfection.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the auto body work that needed to be done.Their facility was clean and tidy.The service was preformed in the time estimated, and on budget.I would recommend Stymeist Auto Body.

Wonderful service even though they are extremely busy. If your car is drivable, you may need to wait to get your repair done, but, they do excellent work so it is worth the wait.

Always a great experience. The two times I've unfortunately had to use their service they were fast, kind, and really made my car look like nothing ever happened.

I had heard great things about their reputation however I was not happy with their service or their repairs I had to go back repeatedly to have them do what should have been done in the first place still not completely done with my car repairs

They do a half as job at fixing my car, then when I got my car back it looked like alley cats fought on the trunk and roof of my car and they told me that it wasn't their fault and I would have to open another claim. I guess I'll have to take them to court, but I would NOT take my car here
