When i went their i was met by very polite nicely dressed it was mornong they hadnt worked on anything yet ..but they spoke well and clearly i was inpressed by how they conducded themselves ..they actully showed me the broken piece on my car and clearly explined the problem .i aprishiated that ..for the fiest time i felt comfortable getring my car fixed .i will be going back their when needed be thank you big o tires for being trustworthey and honest. .windy and Ron Penrose

I haven't purchased tires here, yet, but they'll do piece meal work and are a full service shop. Call and confirm then bring the part in. In talking with the associates at the desk you can trust they are knowledgeable. Nice chairs there. The tires are right inside so it's a little like a garage.

Had very good service when I went in to change my oil. Brian went way beyond to help me with a tire issue. I needed a new tire quickly to get to an appointment in Lodi that same day. He didn t have the right size, but made phone calls and found me one at a different shop. Then, called a few hours after I got home to make sure everything worked out. I will surely go back for my next oil change!

This shop has provided me with professional service while blending with personal attention. They service both of my cars as well as my daughters car and my grandsons car. They have treated us with mechanical expertise and yet their advise has demonstrated their integrity by recommending only work that saves us money.

I had a great experience at Big-O tires on Wed. They put new tires on my vehicle and did a front alignment and my baby it's a purple Jeep Wrangler she drives real smooth. I love it. Thanks David for doing my shocks.

Thank you to Ryan & Brian at Big O tires! I'm very pleased with the service I received on my Nissan Murano. They were courteous, professional and thorough. Also Ryan explained what should be done and what didn't need to be done yet. I highly recommend this shop. Thanks again!

I love Big O!! they have come through twice now. They even gave me a ride from the business to my work and picked me up when my car was done. They have always been friendly and have gone above and beyond in explaining things to me. Love you guys!!

I was bummed when Gold Country Automotive was sold to Big O, because I'd taken my cars there for years. But the good news is that Big O offers more than just tires, and most of the same mechanics are still there. Ryan gets me in promptly, and has helped me out several times. It's a relief to know my car is in good hands at Big O Tires!

I wasn t sure about staying with big O tires after it was sold to them. But Ryan and the team down there stayed on and they are awesome. They always let you know what your vehicle needs and always give it a full inspection every time it s in there five stars.

Called jackson Big 0 tires and I had the worst costomer service guy I went online made and appointment was expecting a phone call to confirm nothing so I called them and guy answers the phone and I had exsplain to him about my tie rod and alignment getting done at 4pm well he rudley said well if you can hurry up and get up here fast we may have time and didn't see my name in the system and was just rude. They lost me as a customer up here in amador county at Jackson big 0 tires very annoying

Got me in on short notice and found the problem (which thankfully will not break the bank) didn t try to upsell or push anything on me and didn t mind that we took the car home to do the fix ourselves after the diagnostic test. Honestly they were great

Everyone there is super nice and friendly. They do an amazing job. They do all kinds of maintenance and fixes. I will definitely go there for all my needs. No complaints, highly recommend. :)

Not just for tires. Previously Gold Country Auto but I love that when Don retired, they kept the shop guys that have been taking care of me for years. Honest and reliable. I can t say enough about how wonderful everyone is here. I m so grateful to have a trustworthy place to take my car. I highly recommend.

Ryan was awesome when I stopped in to request a courtesy check of my tire pressure. He got me right in, and made sure I was good to go! I m new to the area and based on my experience, will definitely go back for my vehicle maintenance needs.

Great experience but I think it's also has to do with the employees are the same as they were when it was Gold Country Auto and they make the difference. When we had Big O before in our small town it wasn't that great.

Called to see if they would or could adjust head lights. They said bring it in. I got there did the paperwork. They took my truck right in. 15 or 20 minutes later they were done. Went to pay and they said thanks for coming in, but no charge. WOW!!Thanks guys, you rock!!
