I can only say from the experience, exceptional service. All the employees, who obviously were very busy, had time to smile and told me they d be with me as soon as possible. Becky ended up helping me and basically confirmed my suspicion that the malfunction code was gas related. AutoZone you can be very proud of the stuff you have.

Auto zone, yes this store is corporate but it s employees are locals who make the corporation word not so bad! Lol it s staff, day and night make shopping fun, educational and are always up for a good laugh! I ve gone in there several times with some pretty stupid questions! Never once have they judged me (to my face anyways!Lol) they have only shown total determination and commitment to helping me find the solution I seek for that trip in! Manager is an all around rad guy! always making sure I understand what I m doing and why, before I leave! Explains the good the bad and the ugly when issues present themselves! Great place! Always ask for the cheaper version when at the counter looking for parts, the store automatically will bring up the best option for your car but it isn t always the cheapest! Return policy is great! Never had issues here and that says something!

associates were extremely rude and not helpful. honestly disappointed in everything but the prices. they re the ones getting paid to assist me. i went into the store in a good mood and approached them respectfully but got attitude and glares in return.

They couldn't find my commercial account and were not able to take back the tool that needed to go back because it doesn't work. And then told me that they would not be able to warranty any of my customers parts because they could not pull up my commercial account. Not sure if it's worth doing business with a company that can't even pull up records of recites from their customers. Don't worry I will still warranty the parts for my customers even if autozone won't hold up their end of the bargain.

Here's a trick I use will share to all that are tired of having an employee pick out the wrong part for you.Look it up yourself and call for availability. The website gives you all that you need including the part number to get the right part without relying on incompetence or the need to blame others for your mistake.It's called Effort. It still works for me.You get out what you put in.

Autozone in Jackson california a youngman names Logan Meyers was great. EXCELLENT customer service, very helpful with hand on..helped remove my battery out of my jeep. Very generous and gave helpful advice.

If Napa products are not what you're looking for and you're looking to save money there are several automotive stores up here but AutoZone seems to always have the better deals than the other chain you don't always need to buy a Napa product

The people that work here at night are amazing they're super sweet they're very knowledgeable Mike's pretty awesome I forgot the new manager's name but he is really really great he helped me with my brakes last night very knowledgeable very very with it and he's always busy always helping customers and Mike the manager and the employee they're both awesome. The general manager she's okay she can smile more I'm just saying. She's very knowledgeable too but she's just needs to smile more. Everything's great at that AutoZone I've never had a problem

Matthew W. went above and beyond during a busy Sunday and staff short-handed, and fixed my battery connector that had broken off during replacement. Without his help, I would have had to tow the car to the service center for next day/week repair. Thanks for getting us home, Matthew!

I've been going to these guys for 2 years now. I've never had any problems and they always help me out, whether it be advice on how to install, what to install, and what to buy. When it's an easy installment they will even go outside to install it for me. I always talk to two main guys who really know what there doing.. This is the only place I will buy parts because of their loyalty and good customer service. =) keep it up auto zone crew.

Great customer service. You can call down ahead of time and these guys will have your part ready for you at the front desk. Service with a smile is the best way to describe this location with one of the best part selections I've ever seen.

Janet Duvall was a Karen who thought if she complained enough she would get a free battery on a warranty years out of date. She didn't like being told "no". Please stop harassing employees in order to get free stuff, its not ok. Oh, and she had like 3 things she purchased in her history....taking your Karen a$$ to another store is not a loss.

Mr Mike Green of the Valley Springs AutoZone was working at the Jackson store today. Gosh. I can t believe how amazing how customer service is. He made me feel welcome, answered my questions, and helped me so much it completely turned my day around.Guys like Mike are the kind of people that make business successful because I will be back absolutely any time I need anything. So thankful. So surprised. Thank you Mike G!!!

Worst store I have talked to, the Supervisor didn t have a clue what he was doing. I would know better than he did. He was disrespectful and cussing at me and he couldn t answer a simple question, I don t know what kind of people you guys are hiring but he was plan out disrespectful and needs to lose his job.

I went in to find out what brand part I had previously purchased so I wouldn't make that mistake again and not wanting to dig thru my mountain of receipts. They quickly told me and ordered the new part (a different brand) and informed me to bring the old one back as is under warranty. Service like this keeps me coming back.

Don't always have what I'm looking for but always helpful. I can't blame them as I would not expect then to have a full line of rare German car accessories. I enjoy each visit.

Helpful with competitive prices on OEM and aftermarket parts, a great local alternative to Amazon when you need an auto part/product now and not wait a week for a delivery. A big plus, they honor all lifetime warrenty parts and will provide a new part if the old 1 breaks, given you return the old one.

Went in today 11-15-20 and employees were NOT wearing masks. All autozone is saying is we don t care about our customers. This isn t cool since California is exploding with cases and also Amador county. Will never go back!!! I asked why they weren t wearing mask and the lady said we don t have to and the male employee said I would suffocate if I had to wear one. So sad in these times.

Usually have the part im looking for, store is overall clean and organized as well as being in stock, i only give it a 4 star do to sometimes you get greated with a smile others times youll get a not so friendly employee

My car battery died across the street at Safeway Gas station. No one there would help me but I walked over to auto zone. The workers I. There were very nice. They grabbed tools and a tester. Tested the battery and sure enough it was bad. We went back to Auto Zone and I bought a new battery. They took me back to my car installed the. Artery and made sure all was good. That's what I call going above and beyond great job Autozone.
