This location is farther away than my local America's tire. They are not quite as difficult to get into being that they are in a much smaller town. I have been here a few times now and don't mind the extra 20 minutes or so to go here instead of the Stockton location. They have a great crew and when I go in, I specifically ask for Nick as he's familiar with the specific brand of trailer tires I run on my trailers. I give these guys all of my tire business from now on, 4 vehicles and 5 trailers will all be handled by this location. I absolutely recommend this location to anyone who wants small town type customer service from a large corporate company.

I had to buy two new tires requested them be put on front upon arrival they left the old tires on the front. I requested they rotate them. They offered me two used tires because my tires were far too bald to be touched. When then attempted to put the used tires on they unfortunately didn t fit so they were trying to make it right and they did even better than that! They installed 2 brand new tires free of charge because of the confusion and misunderstanding!! They were calm kind and friendly! I appreciate these guys and highly recommend them to anyone.

The guys here are Great! Stopped in to check my tire pressure before leaving on my trip. Made an appt. For Next day just in case. We'll, not only did they find a nail in my tire, they patched it & rotated all within 1hr.Thanks Guys!

I have been a customer with America's Tire for 10 years. It's always a pleasurable experience. They treat you with courtesy and are always willing to accommodate you. I won't buy tires anywhere else.

I had a flat repair done and they did not balance the tire, put it back on the car I drove away And I came back the next day because the tire was out of balance and They said they could not get to it for 45 minutes,, They have 4 people working in the shop 2 cars in the Bay and 2 empty bays, So I will never go there again,,

They told me they price matched. But when I got there, they Wouldn t. Jackson tire had a much better price anyway for the same tires.

Excellent service as always when I stop here. This instance, had a bad flat where it was moved on a flat/low tire for a bit, and if needed, they would do what they could to get tires in today if possible. Fortunately, they were able to plug and fix it no issue.The crew here are great, had good service with both the service and techs. Thanks for the quality work you do, speed is a bonus!Update 2023.02.13 - Still excellent, no issues and service is fast and accurate.

Bought a set of tires the recommended for my jeep didn't even get 29,000 miles out of a 60,000 mile warranty. Because I chose to go else where for new tires they won't honor the warranty. Never going back.

I love this place and the employees are awesome. AND when you buy their tires, when you come back to get new ones, they will see if the old ones have any mileage left on them, and if they do, they'll give you a credit towards your new tires!!

America's/Discount tire is pretty quick. No dilly/dallying. Make an appt and you'll be on time. Call for a walk-in, and they will have an accurate estimate of the wait. Tires are priced as good or better than any I've compared to. If he tires don't make the mileage, you'll get a proration from some mfgs. Caught the wiper blades I'd meant to replace prior to a visit. It's not always an up sale. When things happen quickly, corrected.

Been going here for a few years and I won't get tires anywhere else! This place is affordable and usually had most selections in stock. The guys are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I paid ahead online for everything, but was a few minutes late to my appointment. They were able to get my car in and out in the time frame I needed, and were nice about it :)

Great customer service along with support. They are true to their word and work. If they notice anything wrong while working on the vehicle, they let you know. What I like most is the company is all over the United States, so you can utilize the warranties and support anywhere when you commute.

Went in and gave the guys a rough idea of what I was looking for. They showed me all my options they had in stock, explained pricing, warranties, and gave me an itemized bill showing exactly what I was paying for and getting in return. Had four brand new tires balanced and on my truck in less than an hour despite a busy lobby. Extremely happy with the service.

Have felt this place slipping the last few years. This visit was my final visit. Was refused service Saturday because of the representative trying to push the sale of a new tire. Was helped at another shop for literally $20 and a good laugh at this place. Tried to make a quick buck off of one tire and ended up costing them two customers.

All America's Tire shops are good, but Jackson/Martell really are the best. Between giving advice in tire choices, to fixing problems and just plain old hustling hard in the heat or rain. They are my go to tire shop. I have more than the average number of vehicles and trailers. They service all of them and have not had a bad experience. Always professional and do what they say.

Awesome staff. Very helpful and takes the time to answer all questions. I purchased my tires in Boise, ID at Discount Tire, and had no problems at all getting tire repaired at America s Tire in Jackson, CA. (Same company).Really satisfied. I would recommend.

I talked to the store manager Dillon Balzarini and we discussed a price that was going to beat Costco price and at the end of the conversation Dillon said everything out the door. Well when I went to get the tires Dillon said that the certificate s where not included. Dillon never said in the conversation that the certificates were not included. What he said was everything out the door price. Previously when I purchased all my tires from this location the certificates were included in the out the door price. And every time in the past when I purchased tires I always included the certificates. Dillon not once said that he was going to take the certificates out of the deal to beat Costco price. Horrible experience with Dillon Balzarini. Very unprofessional

I was very impressed with the service at this shop. I had to get new tires, and the sales consultation was not pushy or over bearing at all. It was actually very helpful. They spend time with you, not just try to sell you the most expensive tires. They were done with the install in 20 minutes, on a Friday afternoon. My SUV felt like a new vehicle when I drove it away. Definitely recommend this store for tires!

Great tires, tire service. Love the fix a tire at any store and the free rotation/balance service for tires purchased. Best price of 3 other Tire retailers local to me including one local small biz and one other chain Tire store. This location needs to hire more counter service staff though, always a wait to speak with someone, especially when they are busy. I'd say weekdays are better then weekends for service and definitely make an appointment for service.
