Nice little camp resort. Stayed 2 nights as we visited San Francisco. Only 1.5 hrs away. Rented a car to get to San Francisco. Had mini golf and basketball court a playground. Laundry and showers on the property. Did not like how it was a steep hill for entry and exit the campsite with water directly across from it will no guess rail to protect your vehicles to going into the water.

The people at the front desk were very nice but that s where it ended. The entire trailer park is pretty much falling apart with old buildings and very poor roads. What got me the worst was as we were setting up a lady walking her dog, I guess she thought she owned the place. She told me that I needed to slow down that I was speeding like hell through the campground. I checked my dash cam and did realize for a few seconds I was doing 7miles an hour instead of the posted 5, amazing she could tell the difference. I believe this park is full of busy bodies that live there and have nothing better to do than to harass real campers. The next night as we were pulling back into our site the security guard chased us down and told me I had to slow down I was driving way too fast. He was quite a ways down the road Facing us. I asked him if he had a radar gun and he said no he s been doing this for 35 years and he can tell the difference between five and 7 mph. Must be a miserable job dealing with the people that live there. All in all this campground is just some campsites put out in the middle of a field you can t even have a campfire. I will definitely stay away from this place.

I have been here 7 months. Granted the atmospheric River was a killer. They ordered lots of rock for the mud, but when I asked for rock, I get excuses. It has been a few weeks now since the rain stopped, and I still hav mucky deep mud to walk thru to get to water an drain tank. Tonight we are without electricity for a second night, and employee behind me has had generator going 24/7. I asked him to turn it off, to no avail. Quiet time is 10pm, and it is11:30, . This is going on second night and no sleep, and I drive 250 miles daily for a living. I already lost 3.5 hours today, now could loose more tomorrow. The place needs updating.

Nice campground, well maintained. Made reservations for a site with 50 amps which was not available. Apparently they do not have 50 amp sites for Coast to Coast members (should have informed us about this in confirmation). Despite that 30 amps was sufficient. Grounds are gravel throughout, level, easy to ride my bike, nice mini golf area, walking distance to the boat slips across the road where you can fish, nice covered area outside the game room to mingle. Staff was friendly and helpful. No pull thru sites and they were a little too close back-to-back. We had site #72 and upon arrival had room to drop deck on my 36' toy hauler but when a travel trailer came in I couldn't drop it. A Class A came in and if they had backed up all the way to the log separating the sites they would have hit our second awning. Sites along the tree line would have been perfect as the back faces an open field and there are no obstructions. Nice roadside fruit market down the road on CA-12 but traffic is horrible because of the bridge--sat in stand-still traffic on return trip from Antioch, took almost 2 hrs. to travel 8 miles. Would stay here again if could get a site along tree line to drop deck.

Yeah, the entrance is steep, but doable for those who are not dramatic, don't let it scare you away. We had no issues with the hook ups at all, electric was perfect, black hose needs those little support things, but it was still usable without them. Is it the Ritz? No. Is it a great family friendly park? 100% Pool, hot tub, mini golf, basket ball court... my kids were in paradise. They even put up a slip and slide that the kids loved!Spots were grassy, decent size. Quiet. Dock was great, kids jumped off of it for fun. We stayed for 2 weeks and will definitely be back. Staff is kind and helpful. Crows and rabbits, even an opossum stopped by. I felt like it was more kid friendly and quieter than Canyon Creek, but I like it there too.Edit to add info: This was Bee time. There are small flowers in the grass on the grounds and bees were pollinating them, while healthy and lovely, all 6 kids and 1 adult got stung walking or running around, because the little guys were hard to see. By the end of our time, I (allergic to bees) was scared to walk anywhere there was grass and carried my epi pen around. But it's not like they can control the bees and we wouldn't want them using pesticides against them, so it's just a part of being in nature.

Quiet! A nice change from other campgrounds. Definitely enjoyed some of the amenities miniature golf. Pool cues could use tips on them that would help a lot. Took advantage of the Book Exchange and movies. Overall an enjoyable couple of days. The exercise room was a nice plus also. The staff was pleasant and helpful and on top of any issues around the campground. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because there was only one restroom area at the campground.

This is a great resort. The green we park on in the resort is so gorgeous. We are centrally located to go anywhere for food n entertainment.Noteworthy details: This is an RV resort w/limited cottages to rent. Bring your RV in park on the luscious green. S West is SF, N is Sacramento, with tiny historic towns filled with great food and sites along the way. Take a ferry n see an island here....great places to see in all directions.

Camp site needs major updating. No WiFi and the resort is really designed for people with boats. The camp sites are far from the water, but photos give the impression that you are camping next to water. You are not.Pretty area, flat, nothing remarkable, good for short term stay. Avoid being under trees if you have satellite.

This resort was apart of our membership that we obtained from Canyon Creek. It is in no comparison. Staff were friendly and could be seen helping guests with various tasks. There is a private deck members can use to fish from. The one shower that was available for women had great water pressure and hot water, but the place is a rather dump. We stayed here for 2 weeks, and the bathrooms were cleaned once or were poorly cleaned as the same glop of hair remained in the shower stall for the first week we were there. Lots of trashy people. Had a drunk or tweak stay next to us in their class A. They had to keep turning the thing on at all hours of the day and night to run it for 30m in hopes that it didn t fall apart. On top of that, the couple were constantly fighting at the top of their lungs and then the chick would sit outside with soppy songs playing on full blast. Laundry room smelled like a sewer. I would not come back to this location.

This was our first time staying here, really enjoyed our 10 days stay. Staff was pleasant our whole stay, especially on check in. Not your concrete camping, which we prefer. We do have a boat that we used during our stay. Will we be back? Forsure we will. The only heart burn I have, I pulled my boat out the boat storage area and brought it over to the campsite to load it up with day supplies. We were in space 99 so plenty of room to get it off the road out of the way. Not even 10 minutes later, security pulls up and tells me I can't park it there. I told him we are not parking, we are loading up for the day on the water. He said "I don't see anyone standing here" I said ok, so I drove it back to the boat storage area, came back and finished getting everything ready. Walked back to the boat storage area and brought the boat back to the campsite and stood guard while my wife loaded the supplies. I'll play by the rules. But as you can see in the picture, the rules isn't always in forced the same. This jetski in the picture has been there 2 days. Must know somebody. There were other jetskis stored in the boat storage area, I guess they didn't know somebody either.

Best fishing here. I haven't had this many catches my whole life! Employees are awesome and very friendly. Great rates for a RV stay. Been here 2 weeks and can't wait to return in a month. Everyone drives only 5 MPH, keeps everyone safer and the dust isn't all over the place. Best RV resort in a 30 mile radius for what you get.

Quick and easy checkin! Office person was friendly and very helpful. Joe helped us to our spot and gave us tips and was justOverall a nice person! This is off season for them so not a whole lot of campers here. Quite a few residents. We are here 3 weeks thru coast to coast so we pay 0. The pool looks great and is 7 at deepest but it s closed now. The hot tub looks like it might need some work but again it s off season and closed. It s very quiet here and dark which I love! Fellow campers although not many right now are friendly. Lots to see and do in the area and fishing in the delta right across the street

Nice park, pick your own spot, lots of mature shade trees, all back in sites. Lots of full time residents in a separate part of the RV park. Gated community with security from 4 pm - 10 pm. Friendly staff, clean, hot showers with AWESOME water pressure. Local town is about 10 minutes away (Rio Vista, CA), The only complaint I have is that there are only 3 washers and 3 dryers for the whole RV park and full time residents and 1 of the dryers were out of order. More washers and dryers would be so much nicer.

Very relaxing and low key. Cabins are well kept and very comfortable. Pool is clean and very refreshing on a hot, sticky afternoon. The people you run into on the camp sites are very friendly and we've never seen any bad behavior and we visit alot.

If I could give zero stars I would. I lived at delta shores for a year and half. Always paid rent on time. Even did work camp for them for a few months. Was constantly treated horrible and so were my kids. They played favorites. If you are trying to get a monthly spot at this "resort" I'd highly recommend you not to. Now I moved out . And my rent money they will not prorate when I moved a day later. On a month to month lease. Really awesome.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay at Delta Shores. We came in late and very tired. The kind gentlemen who was on duty until 11 pm was so much help. I think he could see how tired we were. He helped us find a site and also helped unload our car off the dolly. Everyone here was very friendly. The restrooms and laundry area very clean. Close to town. This was our 2nd stay and we wish we could have stayed longer.

They have many activities, a hot tub and pool. I'm just not crazy about the entrance to the park. It drops off the levy road about 25 to 30 feet down. Most of the sites are below the road, so some RV's drag parts of there unit. The staff was great, but I don't believe we'll be back.

We went to visit the in-laws who were staying here. My kid loved the play ground and spent almost all here time there. She also loved the live music and fireworks they had when we went. We definitely will go again since the in-laws visit a lot but probably wouldn't go on our own.

We have noticed a decline in the appearance of the park in the last few years. They have been saying the owners are going to start replacing the power poles soon but we have been hearing that for years. Still haven't done it. Instead they're going to build a fence between the permenet residences and people that rent the sites up in the front of the park. We've never had a fence separating the perms. and the renters and don't need one now, what we need is the 30/50 amps for all the sites so we can run our 2-3 ac's at the same time in the hot summers. A updated laundry rm is much needed with more machines that work and use a laundry card not quarters. A machine with laundry detergents, softners, bleach should be installed. There are very few activities in the park and they need to heat the pool when it's working. Not happy but it is close to Rio Vista, Lodi and Stockton, CA. for shopping n gas.

If I could give this park zero stars I would. The way management runs this Park is so unprofessional. Their "employees" are unpleasant and don't get me started on their water problems. The owner is too cheap and a slum lord to really fix the problem. We went 2 weeks without water here. No amenities at all. Also, if you thought high school was bad with the drama I wouldn't stay here.

Today the water went out. Went to Ranger shack and was told this happens all the time. Sites are really close together. Permanent people are pretty rude. Trying to drive around looking for a good site and they tell you that you can't be in that section. Costs for Wi-Fi and then it doesn't work majority of the time. The ranger that was on duty when we got here Wednesday was very helpful. For being a very expensive membership resort, there aren't very many amenities. Be very careful coming into the park, the driveway in is very steep. There is 1 little playground, the pool is ice cold, 2 public showers, no firepit, no small store, no firewood, it is pretty though.

I wouldn't even give this 1 star if it were an option. The sleaze bag manager charged us $125.00 for 1 night because we weren't "members". The only reason we stayed is we were tired, had been travelling all day and couldn't find another place. Beware. This is a timeshare scam. Literally sitting in a grassy field with hook ups. Not even wifi.
