Paul made what s typically an overwhelming buying experience, a relatively simple and easy process. I had tons of questions, and he was always prompt and courteous when answering them. Paul found multiple vehicles for me to take a look at, until I found the one I truly wanted, never losing his patience. Although he s a sales advisor, he also went out of his way to make sure my delivery day went smoothly. As it was busy, wait times were prolonged and my daughter was getti restless. He brought her a coloring booking and crayons to pass the time. It s small efforts like these that stand out for a customer, and it enhanced my buying experience. Paul made sure all my concerns were addressed, from the initial consultation, up until I drove away with my vehicle. He made sure I was comfortable operating the vehicle and using all of its features before I drove off. Thanks a lot Paul!

I had a fantastic experience getting my car serviced today. Drew was awesome, especially his patience with my fumbling with the app (oops- forgot my reading glasses!). He kept me updated throughout the day on its status. Smooth process from start to finish. Much better than when I had it serviced a few years ago.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting a Tesla service center, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction I encountered was truly mind-boggling. Here's a detailed breakdown of my nightmarish visit:I recently dropped off my vehicle to fix a rattling noise that I heard in the back seat. After leaving my vehicle at the service center for over a week I was notified that it was ready to be picked up. When I picked it up I noticed that my whole car was scuffed up and dirty and there was missing parts from my vehicle (back left pillar was missing, break caliper was thrown in my trunk, and one of my mud-flaps was missing)Communication throughout the entire process was abysmal. I was left in the dark for hours, with no updates or explanations about the progress of the service. Multiple attempts to inquire about the status of my vehicle were met with vague responses and empty promises.Shoddy Repairs: When my vehicle was finally returned, I was shocked to find that the repairs were subpar. The issues I had reported were either unresolved or only partially fixed. It was evident that minimal effort had been put into rectifying the problems, and no attention to detail was given.Lack of Accountability: When I voiced my dissatisfaction with the service, the staff demonstrated a complete lack of accountability. They deflected blame, offering feeble excuses and attempting to shift the responsibility onto external factors. There was no sincere effort to rectify the situation or compensate for the inconvenience caused.Overall, my experience at the Tesla service center was a complete nightmare. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for Tesla, and I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable and customer-oriented service provider.

This was probably my best Tesla service experience.The agent who helped me was very helpful! And I got my car back on the same day.I still do not recommend Tesla to anyone, though! Paying money for Tesla is a huge mistake!

I'm actually quite disappointed with my experience at Tesla. Waited 30mins after our appointment because of technical issues with the final paperwork, which I understand. It happens. But once that was fixed, I was expecting much more, than what we got. Here's your Tesla, enjoy. That's it!? No walk around, no demonstrations of features, not even a hand shake. The car is amazing, but customer service and salesmanship is non existent. Maybe we should have bought a Cyber truck or an S Plaid, we would have gotten more attention.

When it comes to a customer overall satisfaction, there is no price point. It is simply a responsibility and common courtesy to make sure all services that are required before delivery are addressed. Especially such a large investment on a new car or any other product delivery, a complete satisfaction comes with explaining full contract ( if any), complete demo, tour the car, show the all functionality, answers all questions, addressed anything that customer didn't know, or remember to ask by knowing I have done my duties to delivery the car to the customer with peace of mind.

Service from Tesla is never good it seems. Unable to assist with a tire with a bubble in the side and told me about warranty that is not applicable to my car. Asked about wiper fluid and was told to go elsewhere.It s apparent that it s about selling cars, not continued service.Another guy in line was frustrated as well, him with parts ordering. Glad I m not the only one but sad this is what it is.Also, came in on Saturday and was directed to come in on Sunday by the door keeper. Not only did Sunday turn out to be Easter but parts is closed EVERYDAY SUNDAY.

So impressed by the professional, efficient and super caring service Paul provided us with. Not only he was knowledgeable, but he went out of his way to help us and ensure that we get the best service and the best product. The sales manager of the Irvine Tesla was most helpful as well, so I feel I have to acknowledge his help as well. In short the whole team is great, made us feel very welcomed in the Tesla family!

Zero stars: My experience with the Tesla SC Irvine and their extended warranty policies.Dealing with Tesla and its service center, the initial charm of the futuristic vibe crumbles when dealing with an odyssey of inefficiency, incompetence, and an infuriating encounter with a manager who redefined the term "customer disservice."The manager, a human embodiment of corporate apathy, instead of listening and doing what is right, she launched into a condescending lecture about how the terms of the extended warranty are buried in the website and can be found by googling them. Not listing them or providing a phone number to contact to explain the terms. No apologies, just an air of smug indifference as they take your money without providing any service.A symphony of frustration:Dealing with the service center, I felt cheated, frustrated, and frankly, insulted. My trust in Tesla as a brand has evaporated. This wasn't just a service failure; it was a customer service debacle orchestrated by a manager who should not be servicing premium electric cars.Before you buy into the hype, take a good, hard look at the service behind the revolutionary product. My experience was a cautionary tale, a glimpse into a future where innovation outpaces basic customer care. Unless you enjoy being treated like a number in a soulless equation, steer clear of this particular service center (and maybe the brand altogether).

Andrew, the Irvine Service Center manager was more helpful than anyone I have ever interacted with at Tesla and I have had a lot of great experiences with Tesla over the past 8 years. He was my knight in shining armor and the rest of the team who I dealt with were equally great. I just wanted to say thank you again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Paul Alvarez at Tesla for a demo drive of the model 3 and Y. Paul was incredibly enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire experience. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the features of the car in detail. He was also very patient and understanding when I had trouble figuring out how to use some of the car's technology.I would highly recommend Paul to anyone who is considering buying a Tesla. He is a true asset to the company and a pleasure to work with.

I took my newly purchased Tesla for a service, they said they fixed the issue, but instead they caused another issue. Now I'll have to spend more time to fix the issue they caused. Plus, they left a mess after the service, including a utility knife blade left on seat!!!

Such an easy and streamlined process. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. I worked closely with Paul and Brian who were tremendous during the entire process. Prisca was the one who had helped me out during delivery and gave top notch service and addressed every single one of my concerns without hesitation. We have taken deliveries of Teslas in the past and have never had such a good quality of service than with Prisca. She is simply the most kindest person that I have ever met and is simple outstanding. Tesla NEEDS more employees like her!

Yesterday, their customer service called me to come pick up the car today. I came, and they made me wait for 3 hours, only to tell me it still wasn't ready to take. Such a poor car pickup experience.

Took delivery of our Model Y here. We were helped by Marco and Prisca. Marco checked us in at the counter, helped us through the paperwork, and got us set up on the Tesla app. Aftwards, Prisca showed us to our car and gave us a very helpful orientation.They were both very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, making the overall process very smooth and seamless. We were in and out in about 30 minutes.

Customer service is terrible. I ordered a MY, paint was bad and they agreed. Told me to order another one but the $3000 discount I had from an existing new inventory vehicle would not transfer to the same exact vehicle. Makes no sense to not give me the car for the price I paid. They get a 0 from me.

Dear Tesla Customer Service Team,I am writing to convey my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction regarding my car purchase and the subsequent after-sales service. Regrettably, the assigned body shop from Tesla made absurd mistakes that prolonged the car repair process, consuming 47% of the leasing contract period. I entered into a 36-month leasing agreement for a Tesla Model X at the end of June 2022. Unfortunately, Tesla and their designated body shop dedicated nearly 17 months to repairing the issues with the vehicle.In September 2022, my vehicle suffered significant damage due to the malfunction of Tesla s self-driving technology. The right front wheel suspension was directly affected, rendering the vehicle undrivable. This incident has raised serious concerns about the safety of Tesla s self-driving technology, as it led to oversteering and subsequent collision of the wheels with the curb."Upon reporting the incident through Tesla s official app, Tesla automatically assigned my vehicle to a body shop. However, the entire repair process has extended beyond 16 months. Despite numerous attempts to seek explanations and updates from the body shop and Tesla, I received minimal positive responses. The repeated postponement of the vehicle pickup date has caused considerable frustration due to the lack of communication and updates on the repair progress.In January 2024, upon reaching a Tesla service center, I found that one of the wheels had a mismatched tire. To compound matters, I was informed of a $5000 tire replacement cost. This seems unjust and unreasonable, especially considering that the vehicle required repairs due to an error in Tesla s Autopilot system.Upon finally retrieving my vehicle, I discovered several troubling issues. The body shop failed to perform effective repairs from September 2022 to July 2023. Incorrect parts were ordered, and this information was not communicated to me. When the mistake was realized, the correct parts were not promptly ordered. Furthermore, the assigned agent was changed three times during this period without any notification to the car owner. There was a lack of effective follow-up on the vehicle repair case until July 2023. Due to long-term parking, the vehicle's battery has been rendered unusable, necessitating a complete battery replacement.Throughout the prolonged and ineffective repair process (with nearly a year of waiting time due to the body shop's mistakes), I incurred exorbitant leasing fees, and my insurance costs skyrocketed. These expenses resulted from a technical error on Tesla's part, preventing the vehicle from functioning correctly, and the ridiculous mistakes from the body shop. I find this situation deeply disappointing.

There's a reason that Tesla service and aftermarket support gets horrible reviews. Enjoy your car when you pick it up, because after that, if you have any issues, you're likely going to experience the worst customer service imaginable.Imagine Tesla telling you that your car not seeing a GPS signal means the car is functioning normally. Don't know why Tesla likes to hire young, inexperienced employees. Really does not help their image to be a premium brand and feels like I'm at a Kia or Hyundai dealership instead. The sales rep I was working with had never even seen a wheel lock before. Good thing co-workers were there to help him out, otherwise what was a fast process could have turned out to be a very long day. Having said that, Tesla's processes are quick, efficient and a welcome breath of fresh air compared to traditional auto dealerships.

I ordered Tesla X online for my son that s first Tesla in our family. Everyone so excited for it . But Irvine dealer ship delivery service was really rude and raced made our family disappointed . Since I ordered the car my app shows delivery to my home . And one of the salespeople from Irvine dealership confirmed delivery time with me one day before delivery . My whole family stay home and wait whole day . My delivery appointment is 2 pm and until 4 pm nobody showed up. Then I call them the girl answered the phone told me I need go pickup by myself and need be there by 5pm . I told her my app showed delivery to my home and I already confirmed with your sales person but she not listened to me and changed my app delivery status to head to Irvine pickup . Later on she changed my car on hold . I bought more than 20 new cars from different dealers but never seen them treat customers like this dealer ship . I don t know Tesla is good car or not but their services was really bad ! I will find out way to cancel the deal and never buy Tesla again!
