Jonathan has been absolutely wonderful to work with. He's always there when I need him, following up regularly and providing valuable advice on what repairs are urgent and what can wait. He's respectful of my time and budget, which I really appreciate. After four years of great service, I have complete confidence in Jonathan and Irvine Porsche. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, and I'm looking forward to many more years of bringing my Porsche to him for maintenance.

I ve had one negative experience here when it comes to service for my Porsche about a year ago, but I decided to give them another chance. It s been 3 years and I d say overall and especially my last service was super easy, straight forward, quick, complimentary loaner car, no surprises. Service advisor Thomas was great and I picked up my car and it was fully washed and clean!

I had my Macan in for routine oil service and Vincent Wu was my advisor. He s by far the best advisor I ve worked with at the dealership. Patient, thorough in explaining things and VERY good communicator. It turns out my car needed timing cover bolts replaced upon inspection. He promptly advised me by text and responded to my text quickly. I didn t spend time on hold or waiting for updates. The loaner vehicle was great and others I encountered at the dealership were friendly: offered water, coffee, etc. I ve only been to the dealer a handful of times but this was my best experience by far.

I recently purchased 2014 Cayman and brought it to Porsche Irvine to have a new key programmed for it. Yves was my Service Department representative. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with great courtesy and with respect for my time. This service was completed quickly (much faster than expected) and to my full satisfaction. I should also mention that the key itself was ordered through Porsche Irvine s Parts Department and it, too, came in faster than expected! I look forward to having my car serviced at Porsche Irvine whenever the need arises. Thanks!

I've been to Porsche Irvine for the first maintenance service of my Macan. My service advisor was Mr. Vincent Wu and he explained me very kindly and professionally about the service that will be performed on my car. All service maintenance was completed by the promised time, and the car was also thoroughly cleaned. I am very satisfied with the service from Irvine Porsche. I will definitely come here for the next service.

I had a service at this location, I must say that I am very happy and satisfied first and foremost with the way the management dealt with my situation. I had a check engine and this why I brought my vehicle to the dealership. I've been told that there is a high possibility that the reason is X but turn out it was Y, So I had a conversation with the management and they worked this out at the most professional way. I had a great experience at PORSCHE Irvine. Jonathan did a great job! He took care of all of our issues, and even contacted me a day or two later to make sure I was completely satisfied. Their service attitude is very good. My tire was flat. Since I bought insurance when I bought it, they helped me apply for a new tire from the insurance company. It was just a bit long to wait for the insurance company's reply. I could only pick up my car the next day. The overall feeling is great

I just had the first service performed on my one-year-old Boxster GTS at Porsche Irvine. Everything went perfectly, from scheduling to reception to the actual service. My service advisor, Jonathan, kept me posted throughout the process and was very accommodating about getting us a nice new loan car. And my car came back absolutely spotless, windows and all. Thanks, guys.

Porsche Irvine has been a pleasure to deal with. Their friendly informative sales staff helped me to choose and build my dream car. The Porsche Taycan. Their help and input was invaluable. Since then their service department has bent over backwards to give the best service. I have been made to feel like part of the Porsche family.

I called last minute and was able to reserve a same day service appointment. I was met by my Service Advisor James, who was professional and accommodating. My car was serviced and ready as promised. The facility is top notch and the folks are the best - a great representation of the Porsche crest.

Yves at Porsche Irvine treated me exactly how I d expect to be treated - like a human.My interactions with Yves were filled with care and concern. The vibes were up and he was excited to assist me with any and all questions. Even questions entirely unrelated to the reason I was there.We had a nice time chatting about some of the newest models and their intricacies which was really fun.

I had the opportunity to meet and work with Larry Swartz at Irvine Porsche while buying a new convertible. It was a great experience! The car I was looking for was located at another AutoNation dealership, Larry worked with his sales manager, Jason Williams, to ship the car to Irvine. Larry made the process easy, communicated regularly with updates and was very helpful making sure the car was prepped for us. The team at Irvine Porsche is amazing and I m looking forward to working with Larry again!

Just got my oil changed here and it couldn't have been an easier process. Jonathan helped me out and scheduled a Lyft ride to take me home and pick me up when my car was ready. Super convenient. Porsche Irvine fixed the USB socket it the armrest of my 911. The process was quick and easy, the service team worked with my extended coverage vendor to complete work under plan.Very happy with work down and can now enjoy CarPlay in my car.

Unfortunately I have to give one star. I would give no stars if I could. I m extremely disappointed with this dealership. I originally came in with an oil leak on my Cayenne. I was charged almost 9k for a service and repair on the timing chamber. I was assured the problem was fixed. However I got home and two days later noticed I still had an oil leak. It took a month to get back into the dealership and I was then told the oil leak was from the filter housing and a quote of almost 3k. I called around and got many other quotes of around 600 dollars to do this repair. However I felt the dealership should fix it due to the cost of the initial repair that didn t even fix my problem. The auto technician even said on the video he was basing things off experience not actually diagnosing the issue and fixing it. I feel extremely taken advantage of as I am a female and not very mechanically savvy. Upon reviews on yelp I ve noticed this service center is extremely shady and unprofessional. I have contacted an attorney and I m hoping this can correct the way this service center handles future clients and prevents anyone else from being swindled out of thousands of dollars on unnecessary repairs.

they claimed that the parking sensor was damaged, they would not warranty the sensor, where there was no indication of damage, either the sensor was faulty or come loose. they should have covered it under the warranty. the Service writer when arrived James Holman was great, but since he was off, i had a diffrent service writer. he was opposite of James. I visited the Porsche@Irvine for 30K maintenance. It was well organized and staffs were kind to explain. They seemed to make full efforts for fast services to meet my schedule. I appreciate it.
