DO NOT use this company. I have filed for 3 different repairs that were excluded, when I asked for a reason in writing, I received none. I was told that the policy would include oil changes and tire rotations. When we submitted for that claim, I never received a refund on that. When I called to cancel the rep tried to talk me into keeping the policies. They offered a free month and I agreed. This was Oct 2023. In November I called back and never got on the line with anyone. I kept trying and they would transfer me to another department with no answer. Many frustrating time consuming calls. Today I was on the phone almost an hour. I definitely said - please cancel and I don't want to hear any more reasons why I should keep the policies. I officially was able to cancel, but only after being on hold forever and then transferred to another department to get a refund. Again on hold forever. Then I was told that I had to write a letter of cancellation and .... go to a automotive professional and obtain a " certified odometer reading" - pay for that and then send the receipt with the letter of cancellation, then wait 45 to 90 days for a refund. Very frustrating. Basically they make every attempt to not let you cancel and keep you on the hook for the premiums. Then they make you jump through hoops to get a refund. TOTAL SCAM.

Worst company I have EVER dealt with. Don't believe the hype they give on their radio advertisements. They are crooks who straight out lie, take your money after they lie and say it's refundable. If you stop payment, they use different merchant codes to still access your money. The whole company is a joke. I warning everyone I know not to waste their time even dialing their number. THEE WORST!!!!!

Absolutely horrible! The staff the service from the people handling the phones and even the supervisors are all bad at their jobs!I have been scammed and been asking for a full refund and they refuse to pay me back or call me back.They had told me that my car was fully covered. I asked them on a recorded line about the details of their coverage. It sounded nice and all but once I signed I didn t know what drive America was which is there standard tire replacement and brakes etc. but when I needed to actual service they bailed on me but as quick to take my money . I would have never purchased this if I knew exactly what this was! I m leaving a review so no more customers get scammed on what s covered and not. The fine print says they ll only cover $500 with of damages to the list.That doesn t remotely cover anything! Please contact me back I am very angry

I would give 0 stars if that was possible. They tell you what you want to hear to buy the warranty and they don't live up to what they promise. They give you the run around and make it near impossible to get service or oil changes covered. They take the payment quick and pay out slower than slow.Stay clear of Ox Car Care. With all the complaints on BBB and other sites the CA Attorney General should investigate this company for their sales practices and possible fraud.

Please NEVER get anything through this company.. my father in law called to inquire about this, the lady took his card in for AFTER telling her he was going to think about it, then woke up the next day to a $100 charge. I have called and spoke to multiple people who say "a refund was requested it will be issued in 15-30 days" then nothin happens, we call and were told oh the check will be delivered tomorrow, then it never comes so call today and say oh no refund has been requested please allow 15-30 days.. UNACCEPTABLE! a refund need to be issued TODAY. I am no longer playing your guys games.

Please, Do Not Get a policy from Ox Care Care because they take your money and don t help you get your car fix. My car been the shop for a week before they denied my claim. The things they said to get the policy and for you to pay it was not when it was time to get my car serviced but again, please don t waste your time. They are a big scam

This was about 6 months to a year ago.I had a customer that has this "extended warranty". I've been in the auto industry 25+ years and this is the ONLY ext warranty we don't accept. Trying to file a claim is impossible. No one answers the phone and when they do, they say it's 24-48 to get an inspector to call back. Well this went on for weeks. The customer couldn't leave their vehicle that long with no work being done yet so I gave them their vehicle and told the customer I'd call when I hear when Ox care care was sending someone. When Ox called and said when the inspector was finally coming I told them that I'll call the customer to bring their vehicle back. Ox then told me they are cancelling the claim because the customers vehicle isn't at the dealership. I told Ox that they took too long to get back respond to my messages and that the customer couldn't leave it for that long. They responded with "oh well".Bottom line, Ox car care is a joke and If you feel like wasting money on them, might as well just burn your money.

I gave one star because I couldn t leave a ZERO. People don t waste your hard earned money on purchasing this extended warranty. The repair to my truck was denied because of lack of maintenance. I purchased my truck used and I told them that but no one cared they said no your claim is denied. They keep your money and don t pay for repairs. Please people don t waste your money with this warranty company. I told them that being that I paid 3 months worth of coverage and they won t cover the repair they should refund my money I was told no they won t do that. It took them literally 3 weeks to EVEN go look at my truck then I had to call again to get an update. They are a joke and only out to get people. When I told them I was canceling my policy I was asked what could they do to keep my business. I said pay for the repairs I was told no they cannot do that.

If I could give a zero rating I would. Free oil change is not free at all. They reimburse half of the cost. They lied to me. Total switch and bait. Took my car in for diagnostic on a electrical safety issue, they denied the claim.Waste of my time and money. Buyer be aware.

This company is full of it. They wouldn t cover a timing cover gasket because the timing chain wasn t broken. They said it was covered but wasn t. Then when I told them I was going to leave them they hung up on me. I had to call back and talk to 4 other departments including managers as to why I wanted to leave and then they informed me I wouldn t get a refund for 30 to 45 business days and that I had to send them a letter saying I wanted to leave. For what? I m telling you I m leaving. They guy wait he was a mechanic but I am a ASE certified mechanic and also a certified aircraft technician and when I told them that they hung up again. These people are very unprofessional and won t hold their end of the bargain. One more thing. They also said it could take up to 24 to 48 hours to approve the repair and then since it didn t take a 8 hours to fix I wasn t able to get a rental car. So all these stipulations that weren t conveyed at the beginning. Sounds like and proven they don t pay and won t pay. Also as far as the oil changes you have to pay for them first then they reimburse you which could take up to 30 to 45 days. Really bad company!!! Don t even try them endurance where I left is by far better and glad to be back with them and they gave me my time back so I don t have to pay full price again!!!!

What a scam company. They tell you you can cancel and think about for 30 days and get your money. The down payment is supposedly a hold which is a lie. I called them 20 minutes after getting some info to have my card charged already. I did not even go through their verification proceas which I said I don't want it and they still took my money. They say the money is non refundable when you think about canceling. What a deceptive company that is always trying to rob people. Everyone says I am the THE supervisor. No wonder you have low, ratings, I shoukd have checked first. STAY AWAY PLEASE.

Oxcar DON T care They are the worst extended warranty company on this planet!!! All they do is take your money!!!My vehicle was stuck at the dealership while these crooks just twiddle their thumbs and kept putting me off!!! They said 3 days for the adjuster to go look at my vehicle 3 days came and went They never called me to give their findings, I had to call them Then they tell me they need to see a maintenance invoice I sent that to them then they told me another 3 days .So I made the executive decision to pay for my repairs Now they want to tell me no refund!!! So they have been reported to the BBB!!!!Stay away from these crooks!!! They only want your money!!! They care nothing about their customers!!!!Negative 10000 stars!!!!

Do not do business with this company. They do not give accurate information about their policies, customer service is rude as hell and they never returned my deposit payment. I am reporting this company is operating fraudulently and misleading customers to purchase policies. I canceled my policy within 10 days of the purchase as my car technician advised me that the policy was not in inclusive to the vehicle I drive. One example: brakes for my vehicle cost me on average $1,100 and the maximum repair allowance on brakes for this policy was $180. Thats just to name one item that I was given false information, in regards to the policy. It has been over 30 days and I have yet to receive my deposit back. Im headed to BBB next. Do not do business with Ox Car Care!! Run fast!

Man, let me start off by telling you if you buy this car contract you re full these people are fake and scam artist they talk to consumers Like they are the most stupid people on earth this place is highly unprofessional. I would not give them my money even if A blind man was behind the wheel. He could figure out the this company is poor. There s nothing positive to say about these guys. I did a repair for them as a business, and because the consumer was behind on the bill after giving our authorization decided not to pay out to the shop, and then when the shop called to make acquaintance with the manager they kept giving me the runaround and regards that who told you to release the car and a professional world. Once you pay your deductible that s it it s the business to business job to communicate not to consumer to business please stay away and don t get scam .

Sharing my experience! I ve used my warranty insurance a few times! I did receive a check for my oil change. Now while it wasn t a total refund the fact that I received 70% was huge because no warranty company does that. I know that labor cost varies from shop to shop and that is where we got hung up but they covered a major part of the repairs and what I would spent would have literally been more than I could absorb in one setting! Not saying that OX Car Care is perfect but I am saying I have experienced Car Shield and Endurance and you can t invite me back to either. Car Shield even offered a better rate and OX Car Care met that offer! I submit to all readers please give them a try! I m very pleased with them!

After 9 payments, I had to have some repairs for my 2016 BMW x5. Although I followed their rules, I ended up paying for 80% of the repair cost, which was the majority of the total bill. I bought OX care for the purpose of having peace of mind, but when I made a claim, they did not approve it. My mechanic also informed me that OX car is not the right company for repair coverage. Despite signing up in good faith, they did not reciprocate. Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise against joining OX car, regardless of what they claim. Good luck!

Just got off the phone with this company. Volunteered to take my car in for a 12 pt inspection before paying a deposit. Told them I wanted to read the reviews first! I am so Glad I did!!!! Thank you for the honest reviews. #NotmeISaPERSON!

My experience, so far, is just verbal. When I called to learn about this company, the information was clear and concise. My car has been in good working order, but I am coming due for an oil change which is part of and one of the benefits that convinced me to join. Had to have an oil change done on our cr-v last saturday, called ox car cares claim dept. so they pay the bill, but the office was closed. So I called the next day and sent them the invoice, so they can pay the bill

If I could give 0 stars or less, I would. The reviews regarding the unprofessionalism of this company are all TRUE! I asked to speak to a manager regarding cancellation of my policy and the refund that I was promised by the sales agent if I changed my mind within the first 30 days. The supervisor that I was connected with was extremely rude. He did not listen to my issue and talked over me while I was talking. I asked him why he was talking over me and he CONTINUED to talk over me and continued to not listen to my concern. HE then disconnected the phone. This is EXACTLY why I canceled the policy in the first place. Bad review after bad review. Now they've earned another bad review. Doing business with Ox Car Care was a horrible mistake. NEVER. AGAIN. People, save yourself the trouble and go with a better company for your extended auto warranty. This one is NOT it! Next stop: BBB!

RUN, RUN, PLEASE DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY, I CANCELED MY POLICY AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE THE MONEY BACK. they told me I had to go get the mileage checked and send a letter of cancellation and it would take 45 days to get my money bacK. I only had the policy two weeks. but honestly, being able to write, this review is worth more to me than the money.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM OPERATION. THEY HAVE ZERO PHONE SUPPORT AND THEY DID NOT PAY ME FOR THE CLAIM I SUBMITTED. THEY OWE ME $96.99 FOR SOMETHING A SIMPLE AS AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. IF THEY CAN'T PAY ME FOR THAT, THEY ARE ABSOLUTLY WORTHLESS.CANCEL YOUR AGREEMENTS TODAY AND GET COVERAGE FROM CENTURY WARRANTY SERVICES.

Total joke! Called them to get details on their warranty. Person I spoke with was very vague in their answers. And very unhappy that I was asking so many questions. Definitely something is not right here. Really! You want my money but won't answer all my questions? After telling them I'd think about it and get back to them the phone went dead I was hung up on. I checked the reviews and got my answer! Trust me any of the few positive reviews come from either Ox. Or one of these companies that they pay to do damage control by leaving positive reviews. Don't be an idiot and fall for this. This company will be gone before you know it! And so will everyone's $.

This company is a scam.. it takes them more than 5 days just to tell the dealership either the parts damaged are covered or not. It will take some more days to ask for the inspection of the car and the rental covers only 5 days . That s the time they need to make a decision after that you have no car to move and stuck. This company has to to be seriously investigated. They say that they offer free oil change anytime you need it but when you call they will tell that it s only twice a year and you have to pay for it and send them the receipt of the payment for future refund. They are not what they are saying. You all have to be very careful before signing up with them. The best warranty company is Zurick insurance. I canceled my policy with ox car care and went back to a Zurick . It takes them less than 15 minutes to let the dealership know whether to cover a repair or not.After having paid my premiums on time with ox care care, I requested for a refund of my premiums paid for. I m still waiting. They told me to wait for 45 days before processing any refund.

Very disapointed in OX care. I was told claims are very easy, simply have the service provider call and we can deal with them direct. After 2 weeks waiting for approval, my claim was denied saying it was a pre-existing condition. I had to rent a car for the two weeks while waiting for the service denial. When i signed up for the OX car care policy I was told it was a no questions asked bumper to bumper warranty, they told me it was just like an extended factory warranty. I found this not to be close to the truth. I was asked to provide previous service records that I did not have since I bought my vehicle used. I feel OX car care is a scan, pay your premium then deny any claim submitted. I am a very unsatisfied, ex customer.

I am a new customer at Ox car care. I placed a phone call to them to get information about my policy, the agent was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing the information I requested. He also emailed me a copy of the contract and went over permanent information in. Now I know exactly what is required of me if have to file a claim at some point and time in the future. Thanks Ox Car Care

Free oil change as advertised is only free up to $60. If you own an SUV, you pay the difference. If your car needs repair, the required repair must be submitted to Claims for review, even if it is clearly covered. Review process Natalie more than 72 hours unless your repair is submitted on Wed, Thu or Fri, then add 48 hours.

If I could give them a zero, I will give them a zero as well. Do not deal with these people. It should be a criminal offense.. Do not believe anything they say I have a Hyundai Sonata hybrid. The hybrid battery went out on this vehicle. Total cost to replace the battery was $9000 which is an internal battery. They refused to claim and said that they do not cover those parts, so I have been paying them for a year, on time all the time and this is what happens when I file a claim no one to talk to no one to reason with when you call you get a very loud room of people talking in the background totally unprofessional. I would rate this company do not deal with this company.

Worst warranty service I have ever seen, constantly calling back to back after told them I was CONSIDERING getting their service. Now I will never be getting your warranty service and will recommend everyone away from this fraudulent, harassful company since no one that works for them can actually listen and understand what "time to decide" instead of being pressed for my card info. Called 9 times to ask for my debit card information after being told multiple times I will call them back in a few days. Completely Unacceptable

Will not cover anything! Buyer beware!! They look for any excuse not to cover items that their contract says are covered 7000 miles after purchase, my engine had troubles and needed to be replaced. My claim was denied because I had after market parts on my vehicle! Guess what those parts were? A brush guard!!! Rip offs!!
