The staff at this location are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We've visited numerous times over the years. Last weekend, Solomon popped outside and installed our latest purchase of wind shield wipers in the time it would have taken me to get the package open.

Had to stop by the shop in the evening on Thursday. Two associates were talking to each other and didn't even bother to ask me what I wanted despite standing in front of them. They kept chatting until I had to tell them I needed that particular item even then that one guy ignored my question. Finally, one of the guys decided to respond to my question in the most disrespectful way possible. Long story short those two guys on Thursday night were extremely rude and had zero manners. Whoever is the manager needs to teach them some customer service skills. It looked like both of the guys grew up in the streets not in a house with a family.

Saturday evening Irvine Culver location, 2 young attendants, very poor customer service skills...Not very helpful, changed battery on key fob, fob wouldn't work, wouldn't do anything to help re-set fob...I go outside by myself to try it, still doesn't work, I go back inside to tell them & place purchase, I'm left hanging by the counter with no attendants by myself for quite some time until after 3 other customers come in...Complete waste of a trip & both attendants bit attitudy & arrogant...Better to next time drive further out to the Bristol location where the service & care was so much better...

I would highly recommend O Reilly Auto Parts in Irvine. I stopped in needing a new battery. They tested the battery and confirmed that was the issue, but so kindly explained to me that the dead battery was still under warranty and said I should go back to the place it was purchased. I very much appreciated his honesty and I will be back the next time they have a part, etc., that I need for my car!

Great service from Jose and David! They tested my battery both in my car and in the store. Jose said come inside while we test the battery in the store. Then they installed my new battery. All while helping many other customers.

John (Jon?) and Davin were so helpful! I ve been to many O Reilly stores before but I ve never received such excellent customer service than I have today at this location so much so, that I m writing a 5 star review for a chain location!They were attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They helped me with my new battery and air filter. I also saw the other employees help out other customers and were so efficient. For the whole team working on 6/15/23, thank you all for your help! I hope the managers recognize this team, especially John and Davin!

Young kid working there, I think his name was Nick?? had great hair, anyways he changed out my headlight on my kia sorento, quickly, did not touch the bulb and bam!i was back on the road!

Wow this is the first time the manager jump in when someone has questions about their cars. The answered all my questions even he suggested to check the gas filter before to to buy something more expensive. Cool guy. Also I bought some fuses and gas cleaner too. Definitely I will buy more stuff with O'Reilly parts. Thanks Jose for your help

the stuff are extremely helpful and nice. I always buy parts from this store, oil, filters, brake pads and other product. One day, I was looking for a 4 inch long vacuum hose which they sell by foot, they cut the exact length and give me for free.

Our work truck blew a air hose for the fifth time today and ended up at this O'Reilly and the customer service was A+ they had the parts we needed tools for emergency use and on demand service. Highly recommended.

Outstanding customer service. I came in for a headlight. Mark worked with me to verify that I had the right part. I did not. Mark took it a step further and checked the lights on my car. Upon getting me the right part, I was assisted with returning the wrong part I previously purchased.I am beyond stoked about the customer service I received there. This is my go to auto store.

I want to give five stars to the shop stuff "Morre". I went there to replace battery of my Jeep Cherokee. Firstly, I asked about battery replacement service to other stuff and he said "We can't. go to other repair shop". I really disappointed about their service, but I didn't know other shop and didn't have any tools to replace battery although my battery died. I was very troubled. So, I gave it tried to ask Morre. But he said "let me check your car" and replaced battery as his own service !! His kindly and warm service really helped me !! If there wasn't him, I must at a loss at their parking lot. If you need something to help, you must ask "Morre" first !

This location has a law suite waiting to happen. Aside from trying to sell me the wrong oil weights and filters for my cars thinking I won t realize. One of there younger employees convinced me he knows about fuses, talked his way into coming out and changing my fuze and managed to short circuit the whole car. I had to go into BMW and find out it takes a $5 thousand dollar scanner to re program what that kid messed up. I don t recommend this location other ones have a lot smarter employees who don t mess with things unless they are actually knowledgeable about it.

Thank you Morre for your help. This is a great place, I just walked in and purchased a 12 V battery for my Toyota Prius. They installed it for free in 15 minutes. Loved the attitude of Morre who was willing to help.I will never go anywhere else.

I had to file a battery warranty claim and was impressed with the level of customer service I received. Jose was the person who took the time to understand the circumstances of the battery warranty. He was very professional and provided great feedback.

Walked in store for first time and was helped by super helpful staff member - Tim. Tim offered me a low cost solution to a battery disconnection issue I was facing and offered some additional unsolicited/helpful guidance. Was really impressed with my first stop; will be back to store for future auto needs. Thanks Tim.

Very upsetting. I waited in line, someone at the counter couldn t help me although he tried. So I had to wait for someone else to help me and he continued to help several people before me. I went over and let him know I d been there before all the people there he said, you re next, after waiting longer, I left. I m not returning, I m very upset! I had one simple question!

Jose and Malik are the go-to guys here. Very direct, and will go out of their way to get help you. I came in one day and was assisted by another person. While I did get to receive the help I needed, they were slightly demeaning. I ask questions because I do not know much about cars, but am willing to learn since I'm a new driver. Not everyone that walks through their doors will have the same knowledge as the workers there. Next time I go here, I'll scope the place for those two first.

Awesome experience every time so far. 7 for 7. One person definitely stands out ......Malik!!! This guy makes sure that everyone around is comfortable . Also very informative. Never have to worry about getting the wrong part from this guy.

their customer service is AMAZING! twice now i have needed to just pick something up and my baby has fallen asleep in the car - the staff has been so kind and actually brought the parts to my car and taken my payment so i wouldn't have to wake the baby.the prices are always fair and they have great coupons and deals. sign up for the emails for more coupons!

This is the second time every single employee at this location has gone above and beyond to help me out. A project that was supposed to take an hour and a half ended up taking close to four hours. The employees on staff allowed me to borrow tools, lend advice, and clean my hands afterwards. Great team they have here!!
