Anna and Ben have been servicing my Mercedes for 10 years now. They really know what your car needs and don't overcharge or upsell, like how a dealership does. Trustworthy, friendly, and skillful. My car hasn't had any issues for over ten years because they've helped me maintain it. I'm very happy with their pricing and service. I highly recommend them! I just took my used car in because it recently had transmission issues and Anna as always is the only person I trust to tell me what's really going on with my car.

I drive an ordinary Honda Accord and have been coming to Mobilex for a few years now for all of my car maintenance needs. They are always honest and upfront about what repairs are needed which I really appreciate. These techs really know their stuff! The quality of service here far outshines what I was getting at the Honda dealership. With the pandemic still going on, they've swiftly adopted new safety precautions to ensure the safety of customers as well as their employees. Car drop off was really simple with clear instructions provided in advance of the appointment. Anna kept me posted via text on the status of my car with detailed photos of repairs that are needed, including quotes for each item. I was blown away by the level of service and highly recommend Mobilex.Service: Oil change

UPDATE 2- Disputing the charges and they were naughty and I allege they were not honest with the bank.- Having to re-file the chargeback.- State of CA Bureau of Automotive Repair is working on trying to resolve this but it s such a mess****** UPDATE ******Anna The owner has gone on to just attack me personally. She never stood behind the shops work. Her so called Reputation is from 4+ YEARS AGO********This place was one of the worst experiences in my life. This business is purely fraud on every level and I would stay far away from here.I ve filed a complaint with the following state of California government agencies and recommend you do the same if you have ever used this scam company- Bureau of Automotive Repair- State Attorney general s office- Orange County district attorneyTheir corporate name is Mobilex automotivesworst part was when dealing with the state bureau is that they seemed to know Anna and this auto repair shop by name as if they re a known scam operation. They misled with quotes that jumped up 40-50% not even 1-2 hours into having my car. They told me at 5:30 when I was going to go pick up my car that they would have to have my car overnight because they didn t pay their workers overtime.Clearly she did this maliciously because the next day there was now more repairs that made my car unsafe to drive and she wouldn t let me get my car. Their invoices and paperwork is shoddy and sketchy.

One of the best auto shops in OC, super honest people, very thorough and truly professional. I ve been coming here for years and have never ever had a bad experience. As an Audi owner, service at the dealership can get very expensive and it s what they want to sell you vs what you really need. Honestly if it wasn t for these guys and their care and expertise, I m not sure if I could afford an Audi with those marked up unnecessary services at the dealership. They also work on my girlfriend s Mercedes. These guys truly love what they do and really treat every single one of their customers like a VIP. Highly recommended.

Anna is good and knowledgeable. Sent Mercedes GLK350 for maintenance. She replied message very quickly and provided few options to me. She will not force you to change unnecessary parts or services if your car is okay. The location is a little bit hard to find, but she provided very detailed instructions. Self-drop service is very convenient, but remember to call your friend/family to pick/drop you off. Credit card payment is accepted, the service fee is reasonable compared to the dealer. Support women-own business and am happy to know Anna in the Irvine/Tustin CA area.Service: Oil change

Came in because I had check engine codes signaling multiple fuel/air related issues. Was also experiencing abnormal fluctuations of RPMs while at stop lights. Once we got to the bottom of the problem it turned out that my intake manifold was leaking oil and needed a new one along with some new gaskets and such. Once repaired, my car ran great. Then a month later the check engine light came back on with the same codes. So I brought my car back to MOBILEX Auto salon. Anna the owner and her team got down to the root of the problem. This time it was just a small hose. Definitely loyal work here, great customer service, and excellent at explaining issues.

Great service!Everyone is nice and very knowledgeable and honest. My Mercedes got check engine light on. I called them and left car in the shop. They gave me a ride home. I got a call after they did all the checks and was told the car has no problem. They waved the service charge. I am very impressed with their honesty. I definitely recommend this place for all your car problems.

Just got my Honda Odyssey fixed and am very happy with the quality and service. The mini van had 176,000 miles and I was planning to dispose it due to some front suspension problems. Russ of Auto Clinic took the time to explain the repair work and for a small cost, the vehicle is now running very well. The location is in a highly dusty part of construction supplies area and is quite unpleasant to visit. However, the staff is tops in customer service and their prices are inexpensive with high quality. The friendly folks, Russ, Natalie and Jeff are wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this place.

I found this company by way of Yelp after moving to Orange County. The many reviews they have speak to the kind of company they are. The customer care is awesome. The people are great. The work is great. The prices are great. This is how all companies should operate.I destroyed my brakes on my Lexus during a cross country trip to Orange County (I'll blame the wife for this). This situation involved bringing in aftermarket performance parts and multiple shop visits. The Auto Clinic took it in stride without a complaint.Did I mention this is a great company.

I have been having my car serviced at The Auto Clinic for several years now. There is a well deserved sense of pride that the employees share. Everything a consumer looks for from their mechanic can be found here. Great customer service, honest mechanics and front desk personnel and of course - Reasonable pricing. I do not take my car anywhere else. Keep up the good work!

Excellent service! If you re looking for a reliable and superb car maint specialist, look no further. Anna is patient and detail-oriented when providing inspection/service to your car; never trying to upsell you, or pressure you into doing unnecessary services for your car. Will be returning without a doubt. Thank you Anna, my new car maint tech!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I've taken my car to The Auto Clinic several times, and I've always felt like they did a good job, were reasonably priced, and treated me fairly. They've always been very welcoming and given me good advice on my car maintenance. Additionally, they've also been extremely accommodating with my schedule.

Very friendly and professional staff. I saved several hundred dollars in comparison to other shops around the Newport Beach and Costa Mesa. The dealer couldn't fix the problem for two years. I had a very slow oil leak on my BMW 545i. The Auto Clinic found the problem within an hour and told me it was a very simple fix. It only costs me $870 in comparison to the other independent BMW shop that quoted me over $2,000. I recommend the Auto Clinic for their ethical and professional integrity that really show in their demeanor and their workmanship. Thank you again. (Return Customer)

These guys are legitimately the best mechanics and shop I ve used since moving to California. They fix what is needed to be done and they don t try to pressure you into unnecessary repairs. That is so rare in this industry. I had a problem recently that one shop said would be $1400 in repairs so I went back to these guys even though I moved 20 miles away from their shop. Mobilex/auto clinic fixed it for $180 and it s been running great. Thanks so much for the honesty and great service. I don t care that I don t live near you guys anymore I will continue to do what I can to use your shop when issues with my xterra come up in the future.

The last owner of my car often went to this shop, so I go there too, as he recommended.Performed oil change once. They used 76 5W-20 synthetic oil for my Honda. (I don't know if it is a good product or not. Just telling the fact.) Oh, also I wanted them to change brake fluid. Didn't ask what brake oil they were using. The guys were very nice. They were patient to my questions. I was no expert on car maintenance or car repairing. Once I was outside CA and needed to perform oil change, I called to ask about the engine oil they last time used for my car. They gave me oil information as well as other tips for car maintenance. Later I emailed them with questions on maintenance. They replied to me very quickly. One thing however might affect my impression about auto clinic. Recently I have taken my car to a dealer for oil change. They said to me that the drain plug or something was too tight because the guy who changed the oil tightened the plug too much. There was a chance they might damage the oil pan permanently if they continued. They asked for my permission to continue. Luckily, nothing happened.

After lending out my Tacoma, it was returned with some wear and tear. The check engine light decided to go on and off as it pleased, was leaking oil like crazy, and it felt a little shaky.I asked The Auto Clinic to look it over and report issues that needed to be addressed. They found and fixed the oil leak, found a crack in the radiator, but had trouble isolating the cause for the check engine light (because of course when I took it in the light would not turn on). With a slew of tests and repairs, my truck was finally ready! They were very helpful, accommodating, and reasonably priced. I was very satisfied and will return.

Geoff and the team make the experience of maintaining a car easy. They are honest and give you options on how you want your car maintained. They make the process much easier. I would continue going to them, but now they are so busy it's hard to get an appointment! Thanks Auto Clinic!

They are all very friendly and professional. My mercedes wouldn't start and i took it to a different shop b they kept it for a month and couldn't figure out the problem. I towed it to The Auto Clinic and they found the problem within a day! They charged me a very reasonable price and i got my baby back the same day. I'm bringing all my cars here!

I wish I could give zero stars for Auto Clinic with the new management. Had been a happy customer there for years. Unfortunately, they have had a recent terrible change in management, and the new manager (Jospeh) has no clue about customer service.I have recently had to take my car there 4-5 times for leaks. Every time, they diagnosed and claimed to have fixed the issue, only for me to learn the next day that it is still leaking. Over multiple visits, I think they have charged me over ~$1K in total (don't have the exact amount handy, should be in their system), and the car is still leaking. So had to take thecar there yet again today, and the new manager (Joseph) would even refuse to put the car on a rack to see where the leak is actually coming from, and he told me (and these are his exact quotes): "I would have to charge you to put the car on the rack" (despite all the money they had already charged me over multiple visits for essentially the same problem), and "do you expect us to completely seal your engine?!" (no, but I do expect you to properly diagnose the issue for which I brought the car there to begin with, correctly identify the source of the leaks and properly fix the problem after 4-5 visits and all the repair money charged). His main technical guy (Thuc ("Tuck") who I think was the previous owner/manager) was still willing to look at the car again and see where the leak was really coming from, but Joseph would not allow that and asked me to leave when I requested to talk to Tuck, and when I insisted, he called the police who came and after talking to both Joseph and me, suggested that it would be better if I leave and file a BBB complaint instead, possibly followed by a small claim court. If they treat their old time customers like this, imagine what they would do with their new customers!

I dropped my car off on Saturday, March 9th.Spent $160 on a rental car in order to leave my car at The Auto Clinic for service. It needed the brakes changed, front light changed, air conditioner charged and the usual maintenance service.I was told the car would be inspected and that the technician would call me. I was also told all services would be completed by Monday, March 11th. By Monday at 3:00 pm I had not heard from anyone. I called The Auto Clinic and I was told the car was ready and that they had some recommendations. When I arrived I paid and was given my keys. I noticed the recommendations outlined everything the car needed that I asked them to fix, which they didn t. The light alert was on when I started the car, which means they didn t fix the light bulb. I waited another 1.5 to be told by the Manager Ricardo that nothing was done. He said sorry. When you bring the car back I ll see what I can do!

When it comes to taking care of the necessities, such as a scheduled maintenance like an oil change, brake service, or a transmission flush let's face it, we don't all have enough time in the day even if we have the tools and the garage. But for those of us who are still auto enthusiasts, even if our day job is not working on set for Shade Tree Mechanic, we tend to be picky about who we let work on our cars. I am talking to all of you Porsche, Audi, and BMW enthusiasts.I first discovered this little tucked away spot when I relocated to Southern California, and lucky for me it is probably the best crew of German mechanics I have ever met. I am the guy who purchased an Audi Quattro from a dealer and not a week later had the bumpers and panels off and yelled at the dealer's service department for the shoddy way that the car was assembled and also over all of the missing fasteners. Yes, I am that guy. So when I try out a new shop I am always hesitant. But this shop is great. Their attention to detail has been flawless, and up front at the counter they are professional, courteous, and never impatient. It is clearly obvious that they love what they do.

I took my car to them twice and both visit they can not diagnose the problem. First time was at the old location and recently at the new location. I had to take it to the dealership to have it fix. Both time it turn out to be something really simple that they over looked. Their diagnosis fee is not far off from the dealership fee. I don t think these guys know what they are doing. They should stick to changing oil and rotating tire. I hope they remember to put oil in the engine or tighten the lug nuts your car. Anyway next time I ll be taking my car straight to the dealership instead of wasting my time with these guy. I don t recommend anyone going to this shop.

I have brought my Audi in to this shop more times than I can count and they have always looked at it and advised me on what needs to be done. So far, for this service, they have charged me absolutely NOTHING. That is how awesome these guys are. Even when it was being towed away because these guys couldn't save it this last time (had to go to the dealer; boooo!) one of the reps came out to check up on me and gave me some more information about what I could expect next from the dealer. These guys are honest, helpful, and amazing. Thank you, Auto Clinic, for all of your help.

I had car service at Auto Clinic twice. I both cases the quality of work was excellent. The adviser, Russ, gave me few very valuable recommendations and his suggestions have been implemented by technicians while they fixed my car. I will always do maintenance of my cars at Auto Clinic in the future. I can give the best recommendations for this shop.Emmanuel Rabinovich, Irvine, California

I wasn t going to leave this review, but the owner or whoever she is, Anna, decides to get very rude and disrespectful as a result of me leaving an innocent review on Yelp so here it goes, if you bring your car here, know that your car isn t being worked on by the same mechanic, it gets vendored out, and you ll have to wait all day to get it back, because who knows who s really working on your car. Also, Anna lies and tells you that this is the old Auro clinic that was in Irvine. That s not true. Auto clinic is now Intune Motors. Anna thinks people won t figure this out, she s never at the shop. She s set up an online system to wheee she ll text you info, you drop off the car, someone else works on the car, Anna upcharges that and gives you a higher rate which she take a large profit out of. Go here at your own risk, you ve been warned.

Brought in my 2014 Lexus ES 350 for an oil change and they got me out of there in 45 min. No hassle and price was great. Couldn't ask for better service! I will definitely be bringing in my Mercedes for more complicated service.
