I highly recommend this service because it is professional, fast, and convenient. They respond promptly on Yelp for quotes, and they also have good availability.I had my rear brake pads replaced along with the brake fluid; they arrived a few minutes early and completed the job in just 35 minutes. The inspection was very thorough, and they are honest, taking the time to explain what is in good condition and what isn t, without rushing or being overly eager to take your money.Prices for the services and parts are fair, even lower than those of regular tire companies.The service comes with a warranty, and they follow up with you, providing their contact information in case of any concerns.I appreciate Britt and Parker's commitment to quality and their efforts to build customer loyalty.

DO NOT BOTHER calling other places, when you want the best, you've got it here with EZ-Brakes!! I was so impressed from the moment the phone was picked up I had a mini breakdown! I had made several calls around my area & either I couldn't understand them or they wanted me to leave my vehicle for a day or two, PLUS the prices quoted me DID NOT take into consideration that I might need rotors nor did they ask ANY QUESTIONS as to why I thought I needed brakes! Parker truly calmed my nervous, asked me a couple of questions & he made sure he was able to get the parts. I have a vehicle that's 30 yrs old & it is hard to find those parts (dealer said they were obsolete)! He not only found them but scheduled my appoint for the next day! That's what I call AWESOMELY FAST!! Not only are THEY, but THEIR WORK was fast, honest & EPICLY GRACIOUS!! If I could give them 10 STARS, I WOULD!! If you want AWESOMELY FAST, EPICLY GRACIOUS & THE BEST SERVICE AVAILABLE, YOU HAVE GOT TO CALL THEM!!! You will not be sorry!!! Many blessings and THANK~YOU EZ-Brakes!!!!!

I have had my Model 3 for three years now and it started squeaking. I wanted to get my brakes checked out at an affordable location near my home. I called different places and they all either didn t have the parts available, had little knowledge, or offered me absurd estimates. LUCKILY I found EZ-Brakes! I spoke to Parker and his experience with Teslas made me feel comfortable that I was receiving honest work for a great price! I was able to make an appointment the next morning and received service at my home. I appreciate Parker taking the time to explain and show me the conditions of my brakes. The entire appointment took less than an hour! Super happy with the experience!!!

Parker and Britt were polite, courteous, and very professional. What s more is that the work was done fast and efficiently. This worked out really well for us as we only have one vehicle at the moment and did not want to sit at a brake shop waiting for our brakes to be installed. I highly recommend E-Z brakes.

Amazing service from a family owned and operated business. From the moment I called and spoke with Brit to the texting/messaging with Patrick. Great friendly communication! Patrick and Chase showed up not just on time but early actually, it was perfect timing. The fact that they come to your house to do your brakes the convenience alone is worth it, and then you add on their customer service, you can t beat it. They were friendly, professional and fast. I can t say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants service like this.

Don t waste your time calling anyone else. I was so happy to support a family business and even happier when the job was immaculately finished. The best father and son duet I have seen in a long time, working and communicating as one, and executing the job as a team. Will definitely use this very convenient service again. I went to Disneyland on the weekend with my kids, and on the drive my truck started making a loud squealing sound. With a one day turnaround, I was afraid that I would have to wait until Monday to get my truck fixed.I looked for brake repair shops that showed open and was ecstatic when I got a response to my inquiry. Parker showed up and fixed my brakes on the spot at the hotel really quickly and for a reasonable price. I was expecting it to cost substantially more.I would recommend EZ Brakes for ANY brake issues. Solid brake and rotor service. Parker, who I spoke with over the phone, was professional and kind. Great follow up as well. Britt, who came out to work on the car, was also professional, courteous, and understanding, did great work on the car. They test drive first to make sure it s a correct diagnosis, work promptly, and again to test to make sure everything s functioning properly. Pricing seems reasonable, but huge upside is they come to you and work outside your place. Overall solid professionalism and service. Would recommend!

Highly recommend this business for brakes service in Orange County! The price was very reasonable and it was so convenient to have the work done from my house instead of having to drive to a shop. The team was super friendly and took the time to explain how everything worked with my rotors and brake pads, which I greatly appreciated. The work only took about an hour to complete. I will be recommending to all of my friends in OC!

THE best experience I ve had when it came to service on my car! Communication was responsive through the estimate/quote process even when I asked for an additional quote. Their prices can t be beat! Even the car guy s in my life agree! The process was smooth and Chase was so understanding since I was in a meeting while he was working on my brakes! It s took less than an hour for my brakes (pad and rotors) were completed! I will be a repeating customer. (Along with a few of my neighbors that Chase peaked their attention). I had a great experience with EZ-Brakes: Mobile Brake Service. I had to get both of my rear rotors and brake pads replaced and I was dreading it. But EZ-Brakes made it easy and affordable. They were kind over the phone, quick to get me scheduled, and efficient with their work. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. They're a family-owned business and the family is truly so kind. 10/10 would recommend.

Reached out via yelp & Parker was very responsive with my questions. Had my own parts & needed a brake service done asap and the convenience of him coming to me was all I needed to sign up. Told me he & another worker would get job done relatively quick. He was able to fit me in next day, & although he showed up alone, he had the job done quicker than originally stated. Absolutely amazing! Legit service, had all 4 brakes and rotors replaced in an hour flat, when every other shop told me it would take 2-3 hours. Would recommend to anyone looking for seamless experience.

I called EZ Brakes to replace a battery on my Ford Transit. It was dead and parked at our office, so the mobile service really came in handy. Not only did they come out to do this the next business day, but they were finished within less than an hour, maybe even took 30 minutes max. They arrived on time, finished the job, and the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend and would use their service again if I am ever in need of it! Thank you Parker for following up, and Britt for the service! (There was one more gentleman present, but I forgot his name so thank you as well lol.)

This was my second time going to EZ-Brakes within the last few years, and both experiences have been excellent. Parker was very informative on what he thought the issue was, as well as pointed out other issues he saw during his test drive (such as a slow start, which was due to a weak battery).After he serviced the car, the shaking steering wheel issue was fixed and I felt confident in driving again. I believe he provides the best service that you can get in terms of value, convenience, professionalism and quality. I needed my brakes serviced and didn t want to waste my entire day off work leaving my car at a shop and coming to pick it up later. I m SO glad I found EZ Brakes (via Yelp). They drove to me, which allowed me to enjoy my day off work! Super fast response and easy to get a quote. They were so honest and professional, they fixed my brakes in about 45 minutes. They did flawless work and my brakes now feel safe again! The price was very fair and reasonable. I m highly recommending to all my friends and family! Highly recommend! Brakes were squealing in reverse at 41k miles. Texted EZ-Brakes and got a call soon after. Immediate estimate for new rear brake pads and appointment setup. Britt and his brother arrived on time, completed the work quickly and didn't try to sell more products/services than originally estimated, which was a relief. They checked front brakes too, which didn't need to be changed yet. I will definitely be calling them back when I need brake services. These guys are great!!

With a hectic work schedule, the holidays and a 1 year old son, my brake pad warning light was the very last thing I needed to happen in December. With no time to deal with the dealer or a loaner car, I searched for a brake shop nearby instead. I had no idea mobile service was even a thing and now I don t think I can ever go back. Parker was extremely responsive, provided a quote quickly over text and was able to get out to me almost next day to replace my pads. I am so grateful I found EZ Brakes and will definitely be using them again!

I had a great experience with EZ-Brakes. Their mobile service made everything so much easier. Taking the car to the dealership is almost guaranteed to eat up half a day or more, but getting my brake pads replaced in this case took only about 15 minutes of my time, and probably saved me money to boot. The two gentlemen who showed up were knowledgeable, informative, polite, and efficient. Highly recommended.Service: Brakes

5 stars isn t enough! I did quite a bit of research to find a reputable and trustworthy company to get my brakes replaced. Looking for not only a fair price, but an honest company just looking to help get the job done. I reached out to a few different companies and EZ-Brakes responded diligently and ethically. They provided a quote including everything (brake replacement, rotors, labor, etc.) just so there would be no surprises and even the quote was a great price for everything I would be expecting! Not only was the quote/response fast, but I was able to get a next day appointment. The techs that came were super friendly, genuine, and did a full inspection prior to any work and explained everything that was going to be done. Needless to say I will 100% be going to EZ-Brakes moving forward. Thank you for your honorable business!

Outstanding service. The two gentlemen that came to my home were on time as promised. Parker and Chase were professional, honest and effective. My wife drove her car a little too long and was making terrible noises. Before the service all repairs were explained to me and afterwards the car brakes work like new. I know I saved money by not taking it to the dealer and paying for work I didn t need and probably they would not have done. It s nice when EZ guys tell/show you what s wrong and then you see them fix it. I don t mind paying for work that is needed, I just don t want to feel ripped off.I strongly/highly recommend EZ brakes. I ll be a return customer along with all my friends and neighbors.

Competitive prices, convenient, and reliable. Initially, I requested a replacement for both front and rear brake pads. However, upon inspection, they informed me that the rear ones didn't require replacement yet. Their honesty impressed me, and that's why I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I scheduled an appointment with EZ Brakes to have my front brakes replaced. They were on time and proceeded to install the new brakes and realized that actually we did not need any brakes at all. There was a loose bolt on the stud that was causing all the problems and after tightening the bolt our problems disappeared. I highly recommend this company and will be promoting them to my family and friends...

A most surprisingly pleasant experience. EZ brakes truly makes getting your brakes done easy. Everything you want in an auto service but better. EZ brakes made the experience almost too easy. Called them and had a quote in a few minutes and appointment next day. Showed up early and the job was done under an hour. Brakes are perfect and they use OEM parts. Do yourself a favor and call them if you need your brakes done, I ll never go to a brake shop again.

Honestly, this was the easiest and most hassle free experience. Parker was really nice and inspected our brakes right in front of us while explaining pretty much every component as he took them apart. The Whole process didn t even take an hour; to change brakes and rotors. These are my new brake guys until we get flying cars.
