PJ is absolutely wonderful!I had a very crazy situation- long story short I came from about 3 hours away and needed a car that same day! Which eventually turned into night. I believe i spent around 4 hours at the dealership and PJ was very patient with me. I test drove around 7 cars?! By the end of the evening it felt like PJ and I were best friends. He was more than helpful to me and I will go back to him the next time I need a 4runner or tacoma.I came to him based off the reviews- so it's true, he is the best!I've had my truck just a couple days now and I'm loving it and could be more happy. Thank you again PJ for helping me.Namaste!

PJ and his brother were so professional, patient and kind to us. They gave us a great deal on a 4Runner for our daughter and even came by my house to make sure everything was perfect with car. I highly recommend Cars R Us, we could not be happier with the service.

Wow just wow! Pj is the nicest car salesperson! Bought my son his first car from him and he made sure I was completely satisfied. Great car, great deal, overall outstanding car purchase! Highly recommend Pj and his team ! After 5 bad experiences and ready to give up! He restored my faith!Yay!!!

My husband and I went to PJ because we saw that he had a 2009 Chevrolet Aveo with only 22K miles for $10K! We saw the car, test drove it and fell in love with it.My husband and I don t have good credit at the moment and we were unable to be approved at first but PJ did not stop until we had the car. He helped us get approved with another financing company and even let us set us payments with him so that we could take the car home.The next day we noticed that a few lights in the dashboard had turned on, the coolant thermostat was not reading, and the A/C was no longer cooling. I called PJ and he immediately agreed to get it fixed with his mechanic that same day. His mechanic is amazing and does amazing work!Thank you so much for everything, PJ! We will be back to purchase another car from Cars R Us in the future!

I just purchased a used 2015 BMW from P.J at Cars R Us and the experience couldn t have been any better! He was very friendly, helpful, and walked me through the entire process. It s been a while since I ve purchased a vehicle, and I appreciate all of his help! Would definitely recommend

After finding a rare vintage model Subaru in GREAT condition at Cars ' R ' Us , I was elated to visit Pj and purchase this vehicle. His prompt response and hospitality was unmatched.Upon receipt of the vehicle, a sensor malfunction took place, in addition to some noticeable wear and tear on a major part under the hood which I diagnosed after the purchase was complete. Pj worked with me to remedy the malfunctioning part immediately.... even after all paperwork was signed and the vehicle was 100% my responsibility ! Furthermore, PJ provided me with his personal loaner car while my vehicle was being fixed and with great pleasure I am currently on the road with a car of my dreams!You must check out Cars R Us and ask for Pj !

We had been shopping a couple weeks for a modestly priced subcompact car. Went through some of the other local dealers to only find misrepresentations, smh.PJ and Cars R Us was a breath of fresh air. This is the best used Car Dealer I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I grew up in LA/OC... used car salesmen are usually horrible to deal with. Not at this place!PJ and Cars R Us s vehicles are in superb shape and mechanically sound. I have done a ton of research and there is not a better dealer in Orange County and honestly California. PJ specializes in Toyota s, specifically the 4Runner, and that s why I purchased my 2001 Toyota 4Runner Limited edition from him. The pricing is extremely fair. There is no need to haggle on the price at this dealership because the vehicles are in that good of shape!I see someone has left a negative review. Disregard whatever that guy said. I had a great experience doing business at Cars R Us. Whether you re in the market for a 4Runner or any used car. Check this place out!

I bought a 2000 4Runner from PJ and he went out of his way to convince me that he would do what he could to get the car in working condition with the problems I saw from the pre purchase inspection he had done at a nearby Toyota dealership when I asked for it. He even went out of his way to get some body work done as I was going to leave from some bad rust I had found.The problem came about from his mechanic. PJ said his mechanic would fix the oil leak. He did not. I had to spend over 2000$ fixing the oil leaks on this car and some other un professional mechanical work that was done to the vehicle. That being said you can buy cars from PJ just make sure you get a pre purchase inspection and do not let his mechanic touch them.Edit: PJ has decided to communicate on here and he is correct I had to spend 1000$ to fix what he promised to fix, not 2000$. That being said I will leave it at two stars because PJ did do a good job communicating with me but the mechanics warranty is not worth much if his work is not done well.The mechanic took apart the entire intake manifold to replace the valve cover gasket and did not replace the cam plugs so there was still a oil leak from the cam plugs and the intake manifold had to be removed again to replace the cam plugs as well as the valve cover gasket again, 345$ in labor alone. Then when the spark plugs were placed back they were finger tight and had to be re torqued to spec. Just be wary of his mechanics work and have it checked over.

I wanted a 3rd generation 4runner and I found the perfect one I had been looking for.P.J. came through for me and is a great guy to work with.I've serviced and repaired vehicles for years and the vehicles I looked at were mechanically sound.Any regular service or maintenance needed had been addressed and they were finished off with nice detailing. Good honest vehicles.I look forward to doing business with again.

I recently purchased a Toyota Camry from P.J. for my parents and without a doubt it was the best car experience I ever had thanks to P.JP.J is very professional and very polite and helpful. He was very cooperative and shared every little detail about the car. He did not hesitate to share the issues with the car either and that tells you he is very honest.I did lots of research on price and he is very fair and square in his pricing as well. I'm very happy I found him since his dealership is near me and for my next car haunting he will be my number one choice.

It s been over a year since I bought my truckfrom PJ. My experience has been good. I told him I wanted to buy the truck and he held it for me for 2 days. The truck has been pretty awesome, I enjoy driving it. PJ took care of the issues I had to my total satisfaction. We did have a small rough spot in the transaction. There was a warranty, but after my wife said she didn t trust car salespeople he got a little offended. He did offer to let metake the truck to my mechanic, but then told me there would be no warranty. It worked out. There was an issue with the thermostat gasket leaking after 7 months but it was easy to fix. Overall, I think it s a goodplace to buy a car.

I like how PJ does business. I hope to be approved to purchase a vehicle from him. One of very few dealers who doesn't come at you ready to sink their teeth in a customer. See photos uploaded for update on my experience.[This is after a year update] well a lil over a year now and the amount of stuff i have fixed on this Jeep are endless. One word comes to mind, [lemon] and it currently needs a new motor. I have routine oil changes, and radiator fluid flushes. I have a long list of recites that can confirm. I have documentation of all the work ive had done to this Jeep including dates.I haven't payed off the loan yet but the car definitely needs a new motor as of right now. Note and full disclosure. Maybe all Jeeps are lemons this is my first one but not my first car. My Honda (that i bought else where) has out lasted the Jeep 4 times over.2nd year update: after a new engine the car was better for a couple months. Now catalytic converters are bad. Maybe it's just the Jeep idk. I dont blame PJ or want to harm his business. I dont think he knew he was selling me a lemon honestly.

P.J was a fabulous guy to work with. His friendly demeanor was a big factor on why I decided to buy my car from him. His brother was also a very great guy and I have much respect for these hard working men. My experience with Cars R Us was amazing. First of all, the owner PJ is fantastic. He is a great guy who is super passionate about his cars. He provides excellent business, and is always in communication.Just bought a Toyota 4Runner from here, and it is everything that I have been looking for. We purchased a 2003 4Runner from PJFor our daughter.Although we are from NorCal and purchased over the phone he was honest and upfront about all the details we asked about the car and made up very comfortable and confident. We would definitely recommend Cars R Us to anyone.

I really wanted a Toyota Tacoma and the place was able to find one with just one previous owner. I was having trouble because my credit was not the best and I desperately needed a car. The owner of the company was able to help me with my application and somehow was able to help be get approved, even at the cost of his own profit. I am a happy customer and who would have thought with a dealership!

Pj was an honest guy and totally took care of me! I bought a 4 runner 2001 and it was clean and great looking! He takes care of his cars and makes sure the customer gets the best Toyota around for the price!My car got totaled and he s looking for another 4runner for me. I had a great experience at Cars R Us. PJ is friendly, knowledgeable about his vehicles, accommodating, and easy to work with. The car my son in law bought was serviced and well taken care of. Buy with confidence from here. PJ provides all the service history of the vehicle through Carfax before hand so you know the history of the vehicle you are purchasing. I d recommend calling first and making an appointment so you know the car will be there when you arrive. I seen on here (google) a bad review due to a car a customer was looking at being sold before they arrived but I made an appointment and the car I was looking at was still there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know looking to buy a used car and if I m back in the market for one I will definitely be checking in with Cars R Us. Thanks again PJ! A+ seller

I bought a Porsche Targa sight unseen from Cars R Us. PJ was extremely honest with me and gave me a fair price. When I was in a hurry to buy the car without an inspection he volunteered to take it to Porsche to have it inspected before closing the deal. After the car checked out he helped me arrange delivery and gave me some tips to keep the car in good condition. The car arrived and I couldn't be happier. The entire experience was without pressure and enjoyable. I recommend Cars R Us!

Excellent experience. I went there interested in one car and when I arrived he said he had just purchased another car the night before asked if I wanted to look at it. I said yes and immediately liked the car better than the one I went to look at. I might add that I would have purchased the initial car but decided on buying the newer one. More mileage, 3 years newer, but a more preferred color. Both cars were immaculate. I can say enough positive things about the entire experience. Very professional, very customer service focused. I would not hesitate to come back.
