Recently left with a new Toyota, with actually an overall great experience. As a first-time buyer I went in with a lot of preconceived thoughts, but luckily the process was a lot easier than I have anticipated. I give the sole credit to my specific sales person that helped me, Taha. I came in twice trying to test drive and decide on what car I was in the market for and was stood up twice. Taha stepped up and was the only person I was actually in contact with. He took me through the test drive, explaining all the cars features and technology, and finally the numbers game. He addressed all my concerns and issues throughout the entire ordeal. Included it s nice going through a sale having someone be transparent with you rather than forcing you into things you don t need.Even after the purchase Taha s dedication continues to show his outstanding care to make sure everything has been going well with the vehicle. He also went out of his way to get the car in pristine condition from the previous few days of it sitting on the lot. If you re coming to AutoNation Irvine I d recommend going and directly asking for Taha to skip the hassle of the normal sales experience.Final thoughts for this dealership: Ask for Taha, ask a lot questions, and sleep on it before making a decision.

Picked up my brand new 4Runner TRD Pro today. My sales associate Kayla was incredibly friendly and helpful during the 6 week process of getting it to me. She was always there to answer any questions I had no matter how impatient I was.

Thankful for Stewart and him helping me and my girlfriend look for a car! We didn t end up purchasing any but they walked us through the whole process and was super patient with us. He was kind and showed us all the different possibilities and cars that they had. We are super grateful for his time and for helping us see all our different options. Thankful for Trevor for appraising our car and being super honest with us too. He gave us good input on what to do and how to navigate that. And lastly for Eric for being so helpful on showing us the payments and walking us through potential leasing and financing options..

Alex, Kirk and Faisal did a great job and were unlike usual car salesmen. We were pleasantly surprised with how nice everyone is. The only negative thing we thought was the ambiance music was way too loud to be able to have a good conversation. Other than that, Alex, Kirk -and Faisal were very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

One phone call to Kaela and the rest is history. She made me feel like a family member and so kind to us. Always there for me when I have a question, which brought me in to AutoNation in Irvine and met her manger . Lee made me feel comfortable and welcomed . I would highly recommend Kaela and Lee if you are the market for a Toyota. I guaranteed you, you will have the same experience I had.Thank you Lee and Kaela for making a great experienced.

Bought a certified used 2023 Toyota Corolla with 14k miles from George Reyes and he made the process incredibly smooth. Easy to communicate with and honest and when I wasn't sure if we were going to be able to come last night or this morning he assured me he was willing to stay late if it worked better for my schedule. I highly recommend.

I just bought a new RAV4 Prime and traded in my old Prius C. Not only did I get the best deal for the trade, but I also had the best deal EVER for this new car. I can't express how good of a service I got from Abe! He patiently went through every detail and provided the BEST customer service.

I made a 10am appointment and arrived a bit early. It was mid week so they took me right away. My van is nearing 100K so there were a few minor things to look at in addition to my oil change. It wasn't until well after 1 that I hard back. I don't understand why it took so long to change the oil and do an inspection. Then, I was pressed really hard to get additional work done and it would be labor intensive and take time. When I turned down the work then called me back saying they could finish the job today if I went ahead with it and they could give me a discount which was less then 10% off. After searching the costs of the work I am finding they charged me more than double what the costs should have been. I am hoping because it is Toyota they did everything correctly and used good parts. Unfortunately, my windshield wipers (simple job) never have worked well since they replaced them. When I got my van back there was a large oil smudge on the arm rest. My service person can out and cleaned it for me. He was always really nice and polite.

Great people at this dealership! Each and every encounter from sales to fincance was professional and courteous. Very happy we ended up purchasing a car here. They followed through on anything they promised and beyond. Thank you to Natalie in sales, her managers Shawn and Ray, and Mark in finance for making this a very positive first experience. I would happily recommend friends or family to shop here.

Service writer Eric was great. I guess the new policy is to take care at their appointment only. That they no longer take you if you re early. He accommodated me. Only thing that was disappointing was m that I never got the car wash I requested. This seems to happen every time I go there. Didn t make a stink because I got my oil change done in 2 hours wherein normally I sat for 5 hours or so and they had snacks.

Tony was my service representative. He helped a great deal with getting my new phone linked to my car. He suggested a check up for my car while I was there and an important repair issue was discovered. I was able to have it fixed while I was there.

Alex did an amazing job and made my car buying experience stress-free & comfortable. He breaks it down to you perfectly and everybody that is working there as well is extremely friendly. I would recommend anybody who is looking for a car to go to this location and speak with Alex. Very knowledgeable, honest, & will go above and beyond to make things right. Best car buying experience I have had so far thanks to Alex and everybody working there as well.

We came to Toyota AutoNation to look at the Hybrid Rav4 and met with both Chris who worked there and they gave amazing service. Took down all of our information about what we were interested in for a car and let us test drive. Customer service was exceptional. Did not feel any pressure to make a decision today, but gained all of the facts I needed prior to leaving.

Chris Ward and Chris Yee were outgoing and understanding when it came to buying my first Car off the lot. They tried their best to get my the rates I was looking for and kept me updated throughout the whole process. If you come looking for a used or brand new car.. Ask for them!

Eric and his staff at the Irvine store went above and beyond to take care of my daughter s car. Me being in in Spokane WA, I wasn t able to be there in person.The communication, time and effort they put into helping with her vehicle was above and beyond! I will make it a point to visit in person next time I get a chance to visit.Without a doubt a 5 star place and experience!!

As consumer, still recommend to do your studies, check prices and APR before going to a dealer, so you are not being taken advantage.

This last visit was a good one and Manny was very helpful. I needed a 35000 tune up on my car and they found some things that I was not aware of. The warranty through Auto Nation was applied for some things and I had a few other things that came up that were recommended and we agreed some aren t necessary. The process is very thorough and I m grateful that my vehicle is in good hands when I come here.

I had a very straightforward, easy experience at the Irvine dealership. Brian Miller was my rep, and he was very thorough in showing me my options but was never pushy. He was also really easy to talk to overall. I highly recommend working with him! I was also very fortunate to be able to get the model and color I wanted on the spot, but be prepared to have a wait time due to shipping/manufacturing delays (which are still happening all over the world, of course).

Even though my warranty expired years ago I still bring my car here. I always get great service. I m not sure if I could get a better deal somewhere else, but I know that my repairs will be done right at AutoNation Toyota. Gilbert is my Service Rep and I ask for him every time. I believe he is honest and does put his customers first. He is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with and that s important to me.

I bought my truck here and also a service package. They were pretty good about honoring the tire/wheel package I bought after some complaining they got me a tire that matched the tires they sold me the truck with. Both times to the service department the rep who was handling my service disappeared for a while and none of the other reps could look up my order or tell me the status while he was missing. A simple tire change took over 2.5 hours and I saw my truck sitting completed in the lot after 1.5 hours because my rep was on break or something.
