Curbed my e30 thurs afternoon, gave the shop owner a heads up & towed it to this shop at night when they were closed. Made a visit the following morning, and both the shop owner/tech was personable, friendly, informative (qualities most shops nowadays don't have.) They lifted the car, I co-witnessed the damage. Gave me a phone call monday morning with a quote for parts/labor. I opted to get it towed back to my place to diy. The shop owner was not disgruntled nor was he hostile with my decision, in fact he agreed it wasn't a bad idea. All in all a very professionally ran shop. Owner is definitely one of the nicest shop owners I've encountered. Higly recommend.

Great kudos to Faro, Simon and the team of Auto Craft! They are honest, professional and patient.This is a late review. I've had my BMW 750 serviced by Auto Craft since 2019. They always provide a decent quote with details and price listed so you are well informed, and they always ask for your permission before they perform on the vehicle.The recent challenge is my friend's BMW X5. The car is old and needs major repair. Inspection, quote, permission and perform. Very professional and patient. They made sure the car goes strong.I'm very glad that I can have a shop like this in OC. Strongly recommend it. Hopefully, Faro and the team could help you out some day!

I brought my car in to get many things fixed and Auto Craft took care of it all within my budget and time. Everyone is extremely friendly and kind. They explain things to you so the pricing and repairs required make sense. I will for sure be bringing my car here again and recommend friends and family.

I feel really fortunate to have found this place tucked away in the auto care center a little south of the Spectrum and Whole Foods! Mr. Furoj is a true professional and one of the most trustworthy men in the business. He is always looking out for my family's safety and will only recommend that necessary repairs to keep your vehicle safe. I just discovered this shop recently ans started taking both my W124 and W140 for service and maintenance. Great guys work there. They know their way around older mercedes and have a great attitude.Finding a shop for these older benzes is getting very difficult nowadays. Very happy to have one close to where i live!

The only shop that I have used for the last four years on my e46. Their work has always been very good, and done on time and on budget. I would readily and gladly refer anyone with a late model BMW.

Excellent service, prompt and professional, went above and beyond. Was new in town, took my Mercedes in for a side mirror issue and Ferogh resolved it on the spot without charging me. I also needed to replace a liner on the left wheel well, they ordered it in and fixed it the next day, just in time for my ski trip to Big Bear. Talk about a quick turnaround. As a favor, they topped off the air in my tires *and* the spare tire in the trunk. They also installed my front license plate frame without charging me. Best experience I've had at a mechanic shop. Not to mention, the owner is personable and considerate. I found out they're working on Christmas Eve just to fix an EPS for a loyal customer so they could make it to Palm Springs. Superb commitment to customer service. 5+ stars.

They got me right in to look at my C300 as the brake light was on and we are preparing for a trip. After inspection, they told me my brakes are fine but there was a sensor or wiring issue and I should take it to the dealer as Mercedes might cover it! They did not charge me anything! I will be back for all my service. Follow up: I took it to the dealer and they were right, the dealer replaced the sensor and wiring at no charge! Thank you so much to Auto Craft!

I had a great experience here today! They quoted me significantly less than the neighboring mechanic, worked quickly and kept me informed the whole way. The girl at the front (Arlene?) was very friendly and helpful, charged me a fair price for everything, and now my car is good as new. I d highly recommend this shop!

I have been an honored customer of Auto Craft since 1998. I have owned a BMW and a Mercedes and I would trust no other team to service my cars. James and Ferogh are my heroes! They always go above and beyond my expectations and treated my cars with excellent care and detail. As a female, we aren't always treated honestly when dealing in this industry and my quotes were the lowest, my time respected and they can fix anything! I will always use Auto Craft because they are the most professional, honest and awesome repair company I have ever encountered!!

Ronnie and his team are extremely helpful. He always gives you his honest opinion and doesn t try to scam you like other auto repair shops. I have taken my car to Ronnie several times and he has always done a great job. I would highly recommend them.

I LOVE Irvine Auto Repair! My husband and I have been going there for the past ten years and you won't find a more personable and Honest man than Ronnie , the owner. He will give you an honest quote and stick to it. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He saved my dad over a thousand dollars off a dealers cost to repair a electrical issue. If you want a mechanic you can trust , Ronnie and Irvine Auto is the place to go!

No doubt Autocraft is the best shop in all of Orange County to take your European car too!! I have been taking my BMW there for over 10 years and the experience and service is unmatched. James and Fero are always friendly and honest with what needs to be done. They always go out of their way to make sure the work is done right at a fair price. I am always impressed with how they can complete the work in a timely manner. They have even gone out of their way to drop me off at work and pick me up in Irvine while my car was being worked on. Autocraft was recommended to me years ago and I know why. I would never take my care anywhere else.

When it comes to making decisions about my car, I am never sure if I getting the best deal, or if I really need what the mechanic suggests. I came into the shop stressed out and crying and left happy with my car in better condition then before I had any problems!It took a few days to fix my car, due to the amount of work that needed to be done, the engine was being rebuilt. Ronnie was so patient with me, and answered all of my questions and he even emailed me pictures of my new engine as he was working on it!I am so thankful that I found Irvine Auto Repair, the prices are fair, and the service was incredible. The owner, Ronnie, is extremely generous, kind, and helpful. It is really nice to be able to give my business to someone that cares. I would recommend Irvine Auto Repair for something as small as an oil change, or as large as rebuilding an engine, which is what came in for.

supper expensive! Labor cost $169/hour, even higher than dealership.B2 service +spark plugs replace + replace transmission fitter and gasket=$1695.00, labor cost $1003.73,parts $691.27. really horrible experience. will not back again.

We've taken our benzes to the folks at Auto Craft for 7 years now and have consistency enjoyed their quality, professional and trustworthy service. The peace of mind that these provide means a lot. Over the years we've been relieved to hear that a problem with a car was minor and inexpensive, when we could have been gouged, as has happened even at a dealer. Maintenance service is done right, cheaper than the dealer and they will work with you to accommodate your schedule. Repairs are fully explained, and if cost or time is a factor for you, they will prioritize or provide alternative solutions for the work needed. That's come in handy a few times! Ferogh, James and the team at Auto Craft clearly take pride in their work, and my wife and I recommend them highly.

Our car had a broken plastic wheel covering. We brought it into Auto Craft to get an estimate, and see what it would take to fix it. They just went ahead and fixed it without even charging us. What a nice surprise. Very hospitable, professional car service.

I have been using Irvine Auto Repair for over 10 years for several vehicles that I have owned. From a Toyota Prius, Nissan Murano to a Lexus LS, they seem to have all the required knowledge to fix a variety of cars. What I also experienced was a respect for the customer and a commitment to quality work. Ronnie has been very trustworthy and responsive.

Found them Yelp while looking for a nearby mechanic quickly as my car s battery was spotty. Ronnie let me leave my car there overnight and was able to get it serviced first thing the next day. Their prices are fair and are accommodating.

I Have had the pleasure of knowing the owner and the staff of Auto Craft, for the pat 8 years. James and Ferough have been taking care of my Beemer (and me!) for all these years. These two fine Engineers are the cause of enjoying my car, by maintainingthe car as if it is their own...Excellent service. Honest Service. Courteous and wonderful people that make you feela family member, to the point that I occasionally come just to say hi, because my car, under their preventive care, rarely has issues!.....and pricing, is great, even although I never cross check the cost, because I truly trust them......They are not in the business of "finding issues" with your car, but anticipating the issues and preventing them.......I strongly recommend "Auto Craft", for preventive maintenance and Services that you require for your car....

Had a serpentine belt replaced at a better than competitive rate for my Honda Si and am going back for a wheel alignment. They have the best service and attitudes I've ever experienced. Ronnie is super cool

Taking a car in for repair is never a fun thing, the cost, the time and never knowing if you are getting ripped off. I am loyal to a business that treats me good, I will yell their name from mountain tops and recommend them to friends and family. Businesses that do not treat me right I will go after them on social media and the better business bureau. Irvine Auto Repair not only treats me right, They treat me like family. I take all my vehicles there and I walk away with confidence knowing I am taken care of. I recommend them to friends and family with out a thought. I have found a mechanic that I will use forever. Finding an auto repair shop you can rely on is rare and when you do it's hard not to share. Auto Craft is therefore of course busy, but you can rely on their honesty and expertise. I highly recommend them!

This is a family business and it shows. Ferogh and James have been servicing my 3 7Series BMWs for 15yrs. I have recommended countless friends and family to them. They are honest and fair in every transaction, and I trust them implicitly.They are creative in solutions, and I have never felt they suggested a repair that was not warranted. They are genuinely interested in their customers and their business.I very highly recommend this shop!
