Nice stop a few miles off 14 but an easy connection to 395 if you are going to mammoth. When we stopped on 3.17.24 the bay of chargers in the main charging area where the handicap spot is located were not working (four). Everybody helped each other out and let the new cars rolling up know. Convenience store is super convenient and has a bathroom. Rivian has a bay of chargers here too which were completely unoccupied except for one ICE vehicle.

The chargers directly on the side of the gas station are weak and I only was getting 67 kW. We moved to the other ones in the lot and those were much better. The gas station bathroom was horrifying. Don t go in there. The burger place is definitely a great spot!

Very small town, the Supercharger station is behind the small convenience store, so it's a little iffy looking after dark. After 9 pm, there is NO food available, so plan for that. We walked two blocks down the street to Bernardino's Mexican restaurant, which was very nice, with clean restrooms and great service at a reasonable price.

More chargers available than previously. Shared lot with Rivian. Next to gas station and burger spot.

Very fast chargers, but not enough of them here. 1/4 is a handicap spot. I couldn't make it to Lone Pine superchargers because I was driving the speed of traffic from LA. It would be a long wait if more Teslas were here. The store employee was very friendly and nice. I would stop here again.

The right most one seems broken. Max charging speed is 30kw and fluctuating a lot. The left most lane has a handicapped parking mark as shown in the picture. Not sure it's safe to park and charge.

People don't realize that charging your car is the equivalent to paying $ 17.50 per gallon of gas.

Not too far from Hwy. In the parking lot of a local burger place. No other food courts around. The good part was the clean public bathrooms. Expect consistent 100F+ temperature during summer months. Rivian is also sharing this parking lot and has their chargers on the other side of the lot.

Just added 12 new charging spots behind classic burger. The town is very small, but they have a burger shop & Mexican restaurant, plus decent restrooms. A good cup of coffee would be nice, otherwise good stop.

A really nice supercharger in a well lit area. Beside a restaurant and gas station that close at 9. But there is a restroom that stays open. Restroom is actually really clean. A group of rivian superchargers in the lot with it

All the spots here are back in, but it's close to the freeway and there are lots of chargers here. Gas station is close with a single stall bathroom in the back and lots of snack and drink options. There are a few other food options within easy walking distance too.

There are actually two sets of superchargers here. It is almost impossible to see that on the map, especially because ethe parking lots are basically connected. There are 4 chargers behind the bodega on the corner, and then there is a lot that looks like it will ultimately have about 20-30 chargers, although there are only 10 at this time. Very convenient location if you are headed to or from Mammoth.

Stopped at this super charger on the way to Mammoth Lakes. Small charger spot since it only has 4 stations, but I doubt it'll rarely be full since the 395 isn't as busy as other highways. (Might be a bit creepier at night). The town is very small and right next to it is a tiny market with a restroom inside. There's also a burger place that is easily walkable to as well. I'd recommend going there to grab a bite to eat and use the restroom as well. When we stopped, we ate there and were pretty satisfied with it.

This place hates EV drivers. Absolutely no shade. Not even one tree. You have to charge twice as long as normal because you have to blast the a/c in order to survive 115. Can't these guys please build a shade? Plant a couple of trees? Sheesh!?!

Several chargers available. Not much in the way of food options. Classic burger is a good choice. Open restrooms and facilities were clean and well stocked.

Very fast charge rate. Convenience store was on par for a rural town - a bit old/run down, but clean enough. People were very friendly and nice. Bathrooms were sub-optimal, but functional.

This is a whole in the wall type of place, if you can charge elsewhere, try rerouting your navigation. I managed to avoid this place on our way back to LA from Mammoth. Nothing wrong with the chargers, just the shops , restaurants, and amenities are pretty low quality.

Stopped here on the way up to Reno from San Diego and back. Was just us charging so it was pretty quick. The convenience store attached to it is a little run down, but staff was friendly and the place was well stocked.

Some people need to stop complaining. The town is small, roughly 1000 people, many of whom likely work 15 minutes away at the naval base. Don't confuse small, rural, and desert town with dangerous. The town is not dangerous. Some reviewers act like they survived some ordeal charging there. Charging seems slow with multiple cars? Your charging cars probably represent a significant portion of that town's power use! It's a small town... Give it a break. Classic burger is pretty good. Give it a try. Bernardino's is good too. Take your phone and read the Wikipedia page on the naval base and Inyokern airport, including how many car commercials are shot there with the mountains as a back drop. By the way, the first image of a dual motor Tesla was taken at that airport! There is a lot of history you are driving by. Use the charging time to learn some of it. Get a milkshake while you wait!

Sketchiest supercharger location ever... makes Mojave look like Culver City. I would not recommend any woman stop here alone, and I wouldn t come near here at night. Seriously... Inyokern looks like the set of every movie where someone stops for gas and is never heard from again. When I got out of my car two meth heads appeared out of nowhere to ask for cash. I think they hang out and wait for Teslas (at least they re enterprising). And the Inyokern Market leaves much to be desired. The restroom facilities are actually one toilet that s basically in a closet that you have to go through the storage room to get to. Keep driving if you can.

A quite supercharger, at the rear side of a gas station. Only four stalls, some time there is a waiting line.

One of the scarier charging stations. This place is at the corner of noplace and nowhere. And it's right next to this grocery store that's right out of a scene from Oliver Stone's "Natural Born Killers." Two stars for the sense of accomplishment and relief you get when you leave alive.

Kind of out of the way but not bad. There's restrooms, a burger spot, and a gas station to buy drinks or snacks.

No issues. Not a whole lot of places to eat. 1 store with a restroom. It was clean though all good.

Chargers worked great. 12 brand new chargers in the parking lot next door don t seem to be activated yet as of 7/28.

Left charger (opposite of the handicap space) fluctuates between 37 and 10 kW and the one next to it tops out at 72 kw but isn t steady either. Very frustrating since there are only four chargers total.
