We had a wonderful one night stay at Osprey Peak, which was immaculate & peaceful. The location is fantastic - close to trails and beaches, with convenience stores and restaurants within 10 mins. Nancy & David were communicative and very accommodating. So many nice small touches like a tea service and wine & cheese on the patio when you arrive. The homemade breakfast was outstanding!

An absolutely wonderful experience. The BnB itself is beautiful - nestled on a hilltop surrounded by trees and birds. Sitting on the deck you'll be greeted by hummingbirds and woodpeckers in the day, and hear owls calling at night. The hosts are incredibly kind and generous, with one of the best breakfasts we've ever had - not to mention locally-sourced wine, tea, and cheesesAnd to think all of this is just a few minutes drive away from the natural wonderland of Point Reyes and Tomales Bay.I can't recommend this enough!

Nancy and David, the Innkeepers, do their utmost to ensure that guests have a serene and cozy experience at their gem of a B&B tucked away in the woods, off the main road. We were looking for a quiet setting to relax and rejuvenate and that is exactly what we found. We especially appreciated the Japanese aesthetic which added to the tranquility of our experience. Each morning we started the day with a scrumptious organic breakfast prepared exactly to our liking and we started our evenings off with a (complimentary) wine and cheese plate on the beautiful back terrace. Nancy and David were happy to make suggestions as to hikes and other activities and to recommend delicious local lunch and dinner spots. Osprey Peak Bed and Breakfast was everything we'd hoped for and more!

This B&B sits right in the beautiful forest of a national park, Pt. Reyes. (the only on the west coast!) The location is sublime, quiet and serene. The real jewel of this B&B are the innkeepers, Nancy and Dave. They respect your privacy and manage the guests requests, special occasions and dietary needs with grace and class. They know the area like nobody's business, and are quick to answer questions, so helpful. The rooms are so well appointed (all EO natural products!) and super comfortable. It was hard to get up and go do the hiking! ha ;)

We spent two nights at Osprey Peak in March and had a very relaxing and pleasant stay. Nancy and David are such kind and attentive hosts! The organic, delicious, personalized breakfast menu was a delightful surprise! In terms of location and setting, it couldn t have been better. It s secluded enough to be serene, yet close (5-10 min drive) to many wonderful restaurants at Point Reyes station! Thank you for a great weekend!

Nancy and David are meticulous in cultivating an environment that makes guests feel thoroughly taken care of while while also honoring their privacy in the serene and enchanting environs of the house and surrounding forests. The breakfast is outstanding - do not miss out on Nancy s sourdough! We would recommend Osprey Peak without hesitation to anyone lucky enough to find themselves in the Tmales Bay area. Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely loved our two nights. We were in the Pacific room. Room was spacious, high ceilings, clean, warm, comfortable. Same for the bathroom - filled with amenities, warm water with strong pressure in the shower. The breakfast was amazing; personalized menus to complete the night before. Every tasty and served with care. The wine & cheese in the afternoon/evenings was delightful too.Loved the outdoor deck too.Great location - peaceful, quiet, safe, beautifully nestled in the trees.I cannot wait to visit again and have my family and friends experience it too.Thank you Nancy & David!

Nancy and David are wonderful hosts. They provided great suggestions for local hikes and other activities. The breakfasts were delicious and sumptuous, with an amazing array of choices for both food and drink, and the complimentary wine and local cheese were excellent. The setting is serene and restorative, on a hillside surrounded by forest. This was our first visit to Osprey Peak, but we will definitely return.

Serene, fabulous hospitality-food-room-atmosphere through out!The crazy heatwave cross CA dampened everyone around but we escaped to the nearby seashore and discovered wonderful sights and cooling temperatures. We took our enjoyment of wonderful cheese and wine from there to explorations into Sonoma - a memorable and restful vacation for us.This was our first but not last time. Nancy and David are supreme hosts and humans. May their spirit touch all who have the blessing to stay here.

We recently shared a delightful stay at Osprey Peak with close friends. Our rooms were comfortable and immaculate; we loved the Japanese aesthetic. Breakfasts were delicious, with a wide range of options.Nancy and David are extremely knowledgeable about the area, and they went out of their way to arrange outstanding dinners at a local restaurant, a boat ride on Tomales Bay, a tour and tasting at a nearby maker of artisan cheeses, and a full day trip to the Point Reyes National Seashore, guided by two expert naturalists. It was a memorable experience, and we can t wait to return to this charming bed and breakfast.

Thoughtful, considerate hosts, impeccably clean, beautiful rooms and facilities located within the strength of a Bishop Pine forest allowed serene energy to surround me.If you desire privacy, want to read on the deck, or bird-sit with hummingbirds, you ll find it. If you want information about the area s recreation, restaurants, art community, or shopping, the Innkeepers are knowledgeable and helpful. Their breakfasts are yummy, and you can pack any leftovers for a lunch/hike. I love this nurturing place!A three-day stay at Osprey Peak has renewed my spirit.

Looking for a quiet place to stay with great rooms, quiet, and with no TV/radio/alarms to bother you. Look no further than Osprey Peak B&B in Inverness. Nancy and David are super friendly and helpful, and they ensure that you enjoy your time at their Bed and Breakfast retreat. The morning breakfast is fresh with choices from local farms and more than enough to see you through your morning walks or hikes. And in the afternoon, local cheeses and wine see you through to dinner if you are not already sated.

Innkeepers were extremely attentive to comfort. Wine and cheese on the patio when you arrive. Breakfast menu is AMAZING. I've never seen anything like it-you won't be disappointed. You're close to everything but the inn is secluded atop a hill so things are quiet. Absolutely zero complaints about this lovely place. Its beautiful and the hosts are lovely.

We visit Point Reyes frequently, but this was out first experience with Osprey Peak B&B. We stayed there 2 nights on our anniversary weekend. We stayed in the Woods Room, which has a private deck. The Japanese decor is quite nice. The location is up the hill in the woods. It's very quiet and secluded. Perfect for our weekend getaway.David and Nancy are great hosts. We were offered refreshments each evening and enjoyed watching the hummingbirds at the feeders over a glass of wine. The breakfast was fantastic. They have so many options to choose from, but be careful or you'll end up with too much food! On the morning of our anniversary, they even brought out a brownie with a candle to help our celebration. How sweet.I would definitely recommend Osprey Peak B&B for a comfortable, quiet weekend at Point Reyes Seashore. I expect we will be visiting again in the not too distant future.

Osprey Peak B&B is one of those rare finds. Located on an isolated hilltop up a private road, it makes for the perfect setting for a quality, relaxing break from the stress of life. The building architecture is Japanese inspired and the three rooms are nice sized. All around you are trees and views of nature. Although you feel quite isolated you are just minutes from Inverness and Point Reyes Station and many options for hiking, shopping and fine dining. The hosts, David and Nancy, are welcoming and seem to enjoy making sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Nancy is a fabulous local artist and you will be surrounded by her wonderful, Zen-inspired art. David is a font of local information and entertaining stories. We learned that a recent guest had been the great cellist Yoyo Ma. The generous breakfast is beautifully prepared and presented. You choose from many options of local, organic and home baked foods cooked to order that are a delight to the eye as well as the tongue. We will be back.

I've stayed here twice now and both time the experience was incredible. The rooms are cozy, breakfast is delicious, and the hosts are very welcoming.Plus the location is magical: you're perched on the side of the Inverness Ridge with birds in the forest outside.Lastly, it's an easy drive to a range of wonders: Tule elk at Tomales Point, kayaking on Tomales Bay, and superb hiking throughout Point Reyes National Seashore.

My husband and I had an amazing time at this B&B. The B&B was incredibly welcoming, peaceful, and relaxing. It was like no other place we'd ever been. The innkeepers took great care of us -- providing an incredible breakfast each morning and in the evenings they were gracious enough to provide cheese and wine. They were both so kind and generous with their advice on things to see and do in the area. The BEST B&B experience we've ever stayed in -- what a place! We'll be back for sure.

We are return guests to Osprey and enjoyed ourselves just as much, if not more, than our previous visits. The B&B is beautifully appointed, cozy and comfortable. We especially enjoy the setting - on a hilltop, quiet and secluded and yet only a few minutes from Tomales Bay, where we enjoying kayaking. The breakfast is fabulous and is an insight into how much our hosts emphasize details - custom breakfasts for each guest, made to our only wants/needs. The food was fresh, perfectly proportioned and served with great care. We find all the "little things" like notes, suggestions, room appointments etc. make this a special place to stay.
