The folks at Ladera Heights Auto.There is a lot of back story but needless to say, Emad and his team requires recognition for the great work they doAug 2023.I had just move back from Vegas. The mechanic there was price gouging me big time.The first time i brought my car in, I told Emad how i was new to the area and had really bad experiences with the last mechanic to work on my BMW. He got the message, and the visit was a hose replacement. I found Emad very understanding of my circumstances and made it clear he would take good care of meThe next visit was more in terms of what was needed in service. I had an rear axle break and brand new the part alone would be over $3k! Emad took the extra step of looking for use parts and save me a ton of money.Emad makes you feel welcome the moment you pull in!Emad has a customer for life!Myron

My catalytic converter was stolen. I anticipated a long painful wait to replace it and budget-crushing costs for parts and labor. Once Ladera Heights Auto Center had the information they needed, they ordered the part and repaired my car within one day. Labor charges were much less than I expected. They even buffed out an old annoying scratch on my bumper. All the mechanics were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and very helpful. I cannot recommend this repair shop highly enough!

Awesome service and fair pricing. They analyzed the shaking of my car using a hand diagnostic tool and confirmed I needed an ignition coil on cylinder #6 and a sparkplug. 1 hour later no more shaking. I found my new auto repair shop. Great job!

Asked for a full diagnostic inspection once and they just looked under the hood and that was it. They don't let you buy aftermarket parts yourself to save money, they try to push expensive top tier parts or they won't do it at all. Today I called and asked them to look into a code I got and they told me they don't look at cars anymore and hung up on me. Rude, disrespectful and shady place.

Been going here for years. Very Honest Owner!! The mechanics do excellent work. Highly recommend if you need service on your vehicle!!

Please. Please do not have work done by this outfit without comparison shopping AND getting an estimate IN WRITING.I was grossly overcharged for a replacement water pump on my Jeep. I found a repair bill for the same work (including 2 hoses more than this time) 6 years ago for $165.Realizing times change, after being charged $480 for the same repair, I called two garage/repair shops to compare prices. One was $220, the other was $240-$275.One shop told me many places/guys charge more for single women who don t know anything ... who are more vulnerable to flim-flam practices. BEWARE.

Have been here before for smog check next door who also do great work. Owner is professional, friendly and honest. Brought my Prius in he took a quick look, checked my fluids, referred me to a nearby place to buy tires and didn't even charge me! I will definitely be back this is only place i'm bringing my car for mechanical services.

This is a great shop. The owner of this shop is informative and has an AMAZING spirit . Today was my 4th time receiving service, the most consistent and worry free service . They will not BS you, every mechanic seems to be working under the lead and direction of the owner who is a genuine GOOD person.

Fast and honest service for my A/C problem. Emad was upfront with all cost and he completed the job quicker than was expected. I just move to Inglewood but I think I have found my go to mechanic! Thank you!!

The manager is very honest and friendly and the mechanics are great so i really recommend . If your vehicle's is no longer covered by manufacturer's warranty, this would be your best choice for mechanic that you can trust with your car.

The owner is my friend for over 15yrs he fixes or works on my car as soon as i bring it to him.and of course i get great deals u will too.this is how every garage should be.they will never over charge you.

I recommend not going to this place the owner is an irresponsible and prepotende, I took my car to fix it and they ruined something else and I had to spend extra to repair it again
