This is a poor excuse for a business rip me off. Never fixed or checked my transmission. And won t answer no question. Very poor service. Don t trust this company of guyService: TransmissionService: Transmission

Very fair prices, Cesar knew so much about cars, transmissions that I asked him how long he'd been repairing them he said since a teenager and it shows.. truly a Master Transmission Specialist in this field! Awesome work ethic providing me a very smooth running transmission that he rebuilt from scratch basically. He will give you a few different avenues that are available to customers we worked with the budget I had and their prices are right in conjuction of all the other local shops but more on the fair side and not greedy. In addition he guaranteed his work(some 18 moswarranty some limited warranty) and I am very happy with the way my car runs. They also gave me the option to replace mine with a new transmission or a good used transmission. (different prices)Thank You Cesar and Sal this business is making profits but more importantly they are making friends and happy customers!!!

My experience with LA NTX was great. After repairing the first car, the owner called and asked that I bring the car in to make sure all was okay. I told him the car was driving great and still took it in. Now 2 years later my second car's transmission went out and we took it there. The owner kept in touch to give me play by play as to what as going on with the transmission. I saw the parts as well as have a photocopy of the actual part (s) as it was being repaired. They are honest, do great work, and the warranty. I would highly recommend dealing with LA NTX.

It s sad that a business has to steal from people the way this place does. EVERYONE is going through rough times with this pandemic right now. My husband s car needed repair and Sal said well have it ready by this date...nope he kept giving excuses why the was not ready and when we finally got an answer they told us the car needed all this other stuff. Pretty much took $600 to keep our car in their shop! They did nothing to the car and returned it extremely poor conditions. Another mechanic fixed my husband s car and only charged him $250 for the labor! A good business ALWAYS underpromises and over delivers.

Please Don't come here! I was quoted $1495 for a rebuilt transmission and after they took my car a part they couldn't fix it and told me to call the dealer and buy the part through them. After the car was in the shop for 3 weeks and I paid almost $3000 I was told to take the car back to the dealership to have it reprogrammed. When I finally got it back from the shop my car was leaking transmission oil and they refused to fix it! I had to go back to the dealer to pay an additional $500! Please save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere!

This is one of the worst transmission spot ever sal is liar stold my money said one thing and pop up with another and the worst part is my truck continue to leak a lot of transmission oil!!! 100% not recommendedService: Clutches & transmissions service & repairService: Clutches & transmissions service & repair

Horrible service, got there and on one was there at 10:45 am. They had a be back in 5 sign out wasn't back for 20+ minutes. Anyways took my car in for a leaking differential told me my transfer case was going out. When I ask about the differential they didn't even know. The guys tried to scam me for 2100 for a job I didn't need.
