All these reviews are accurate about how Exotic Auto Body really is. I will only ever knock on wood; if I ever get into an accident, take my vehicle to Exotic Auto Body. Wendy does the very best at the front desk, provides the best customer service, and knows exactly who she's speaking with and how to handle all questions. Gary, I cannot thank you enough for your care and what you do beyond just having our vehicles fixed. He always explains everything thoroughly, reassures that everything will be taken care of, and his actions prove it too. My 2018 Honda Civic was ready quicker than expected and looks like a brand new car! All their actions prove that Exotic Body Shop has the best customer service, quality, trust and care. Just picked up my car today (March 07, 2024) from Exotic Autobody! Someone backed into my parked car and damaged the entire rear drivers side door. My vehicle is a Alfa Romeo Guilia - Exotic Auto Body did a really great job and quality workmanship, almost like nothing even happened. It took a bit to get the job done but some things were out of their control (i.e. weather, parts delivery, etc.). I would recommend anyone to check this shop out! I hope I don't have to go through this process ever again but I know where to go if I have to.

Amazing staff and super efficient and professional. Had my father's car ready quicker than we expected. I would totally come back for business here and recommend it. Super happy with the outcome and staff's professionalism.

On 12-8-20, I went to Exotic auto body to get the rear drip moldings replaced on my 2013 Ford Raptor. Gary the owner quoted me a great price. The job was finished quickly and even though the job was more work than we had initially thought, Gary didn't change the price he quoted me. He could have easily charged me twice as much. They even still washed the car after taking a loss ! Great character guy I highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

If you re looking for a body shop that will not only fix any and all issues you might have with your car but will also do so with the upmost professionalism and customer service Exotic body shop is the body shop for you. I usually dread going to a body shop but this one makes the experience as enjoyable as going to a body shop can be. They re honest and upfront and don t mess around. Definitely will be going back in the future!

The body shop owner Gary was very professional and informative. I do however wish they would have kept me a little more updated on the status of my car while it was getting repaired, but on the repairs themselves all I can say is that they look great. I ve been meaning to post this for a couple of weeks but the holidays were hectic! I cannot speak highly enough of Gary and the outstanding work he and his team provided for my car post-accident.Not only were they super efficient even despite it being SO close to Thanksgiving, but Gary went above and beyond to ensure my car was looked after and made the entire insurance/rental process smooth and as easy as possible. He was extremely transparent throughout and was so thorough in explaining everything to me.I want to write more and will update with more details later on why it was such a high quality experience and how grateful I am, but I wanted to add my positive review before I forget! I can see how popular they are, and yet Gary readily fit me in and completed the repairs most efficiently! My looks as good as new after their work.Gary and his team are proficient, trustworthy, and a valuable asset to the automative world.

These guys did a phenomenal job, I can t recommend them enough. Gary handled all communication with the insurance company, gave accurate and honest timeline, and was a very pleasant guy to work with. They even washed my car. It looks brand new. 10/10

They give you the run around and for some reason they shredded the repair check twice without letting me know. The receptionist is lazy and the owner isn't very helpful customer service skills no good I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here repairs, not black people friendly.

Best auto body shop in Los Angeles. I was helped by Gary who was super friendly and accommodating. Not only was he able to squeeze me in but I was able to be back on the road in a short amount of time. I had called around and Gary by far had the best rates and quickest turn around time. I came to them with work paid by the insurance company and they refused to work on the car. They lied and claimed they could not work on the car because it "looks" like it was repaired previously. This 2012 Mustang has been in the family since 2011 and has never seen the inside of a body shop. Horrible business.Reply: 1.) The insurance estimate was sent to another shop. No other shop refused to work on the car. More lies by you.2.) The insurance Estimate includes replacement of bumper because it is not repairable due to the accident. Why do you care abought sun damage if you wont be using that bumper cover?3.) Unless you are able to find a cover that does not need paint, you'd have to paint the cover anyways!Did you plan to bondo that torn plastic bumper cover together and claim to have replaced it to make a bigger profit?

I cross-referenced this shop on Yelp and there is a reason Exotic Auto Body has a perfect 5 star score there! I was introduced to Gary and his staff after an accident that left my newly purchased Range Rover with an approximately 3.5-4 foot swipe and dent along the side of it. The idea of having to leave my car with a busy shop over the course of a few days was unappealing as I've had to in the past and have come back to find new dings and scratches compliments of the shop and their tightly fitting parking arrangements between cars they are working on. But I did my research and found Exotic Auto Body on Yelp who are a certified repair shop for Geico (which was the person's insurance who hit me). Although this shop is 30-45 minutes from me and I could have gone to a shop that was 10 minutes away, Gary's place was the only one where I read any reviews from people with luxury vehicles. Not only that but the reviews were from people who traveled from far away to work with them. I have 3 small children so I only wanted to do this once and not have to haggle back and forth over sub-par work so I decided to not take any chances. What I found is that it was worth it to me to drive the extra distance to guarantee that I'd get incredible work done. In the end, the Exotic Auto Body lived up to their reputation and exceeded my expectations. Not only was I met by Gary (the owner) himself, but he and his entire staff were all professional and communicative and they went above and beyond from the quality of the work that was done to managing the rental car's communication to meticulously cleaning my car (it's seriously cleaner than it has been in a long time which was beyond wonderful). I'm so SO glad I did my research and opted to work with them ~ well worth the slightly longer drive to get the results I did in a more than reasonable amount of time... I drove away feeling like I just drove it off the lot (again). THANK YOU, EXOTIC AUTO BODY!! Go here... you won't regret it.Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Great experience here. Had to get some repairs done after a collision and Gary's communication throughout the process was top-notch, from the initial scheduling call to updates on their progress to the final pickup. Final product looks great, and they even cleaned the inside and outside of the car when finished. If I get in another accident, these are the guys I'll use to get back on the road.

This review is about Gary. I was rear-ended on the 105. The driver of the car that hit me was forced by other traffic into the back of my car. She told me while we were exchanging phone numbers that she was nervous about what this was going to do to her insurance costs. I imagined the cosmetic damage to my car would be no more than $300-$500 but it could cause financial hardship for her.This morning I called Exotic Auto on La Cienega near LAX and spoke to Gary. I brought the car in and told him what happened. 2 seconds later he's in his shop and back with couple of tools, snapped the bumper back together and then buffed the other car's paint off my car making the car look exactly like it did before the accident. On the spot. Gary wouldn't let me pay him.He told me to tell her to enjoy her day.He was genuinely happy to be helping her.I can tell he did this from the heart to help this woman's anxiety and worry, considering she was also dealing with some medical bills.Unexpected and amazing experience meeting Gary. I came to Gary at Exotic Auto as one of the body shops listed on my insurance's preferred spots, and I am beyond grateful that I chose them. Gary was extremely helpful, going above and beyond. When I was having difficulty with my car insurance and getting the car rental, Gary offered to pay for the first day of the car rental while I worked it out with the agency. He was very professional, kept me updated, and got my car back to me in less that two weeks -- not bad considering there was more damage than originally anticipated.100/10 would go again and recommend the team at Exotic Auto Body. While I hope nothing like this ever happens again, I know who I'll be going to if it does. Gary at Exotic Auto Body was just amazing. I have never gotten more respect, professionalism and high quality work done on my car at any other place in the 30 years I've been driving. My boyfriend recommended this place and at first I was skeptical but he was very right. Since you can get your car's auto body fixed anywhere, you might as well get it fixed right and have the best service possible. Living in LA, you know you're gonna get dings and scratches, dents and issues. I know for me, I'm going to be bringing my car and my kids' cars here from now on.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Exotic Auto Body is the only body shop I trust to work on my cars. I ve taken four vehicles to them over the years and have been impressed with the great quality of their work, the personalized customer experience and the family atmosphere. Gary and his team are truly phenomenal. I highly recommend Exotic Auto Body and wouldn t trust my car with anyone else and recommend you do the same.

AMAZING PLACE! My insurance company recommended these guys and so glad they did! Gary was AWESOME! Made sure I got everything fixed and that my van looked good as new and even tried to look into my van door and why it wasn't working (non accident related). He was so kind! Exotix fixed my car in half the original time they stated. My VAN LOOKS BRAND SPAKIN NEW! It's a 2010 Sienna so it's an oldie but looks as if the model JUST came out this year! They did an amazing job and are LEGIT. Nice guys and great service!

Gary was amazing! He made this awful experience of dealing with repairs after a car crash easy. He helped in every step of the process and went above and beyond to assist me. He got me a lyft to the car rental place, and also got me the best pricing on a rental since my insurance company did not cover the rental. They fixed the car in a timely manner and he stayed in touch with me throughout the whole time to keep me updated on the car repair. If you ever get into a car accident and you need repairs Gary and the people at Exotic Auto Body are the go to. I cant stress this enough how easy they made the process and how hapy I am. I drive a 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium and it looks brand new like it was never in an accident.

Had a great experience with Exotic! I accidentally scratched my paint all over the hood and was freaking out. Gary relieved my stress and him and his team had it back to looking perfect in no time! Would highly recommend. Hope you never need to use them but glad they re there for when things happen

Gary and Exotic Auto Body are the best most helpful shop I ve ever been to! Amazingly communicative and made my whole process (rental car, insurance, etc.) much easier.I feel like it s rare to find a good body shop that will look out for the consumer. This place does just that. If I ever need more body work or god forbid I m in an accident I m definitely coming back!!

I took my 2014 Chevrolet Volt to get the door repaired. When i arrived the first thing I noticed was that the shop was both clean and friendly. Gary did a great job repairing my quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Was stupid enough to save on collision insurance. Guy who hit me had no insurance at all. Gary and Alex where third shop I visited - Need to visit no more. Respectful, punctual, professional.Fixed my GLE like new in one week, other guys were asking for three. Just to make sure they didn t cut any corners I went to the shop I visited before them and ask to check their work. To my surprise, they gave 5 stars Exotic s work as I did.Services: Painting, Welding
