My friend went there today 2/15/24 in the afternoon after receiving a call that the tires arrived because she purchased 4 new tires. So when she got there around 2pm the guy told her she needed to wait up to 5 hrs which would be 7pm. So she went to do errands while she was doing her errands, she got a call that she's next around4pm and she wasn't at the location so the guy told her he would do someone else. So my friend went there around 430pm she had to wait for 2 hrs to get her tires done & when the service was done no one call her to let her know that she could pick up the car. The guy was very rude. They shouldn't have someone working there with that attitude. Very poor customer service. I myself wasgoing to buy 4 new tires there but now I won't purchase my tires there with that poor customer service. Awful. It's ashamed.

Toyrel is the best when it comes to quality service care. He went above and beyond when we needed help and rescued us without any hesitation and got our flat-on-the-ground tire running again for nothing...now that's genuine and rare customer care!

When we arrived at 9am on Sat no cars were there and they open at 9:30. We went to the office and they stated it would be a 2 hr wait due to appointments. So we ordered our tires and paid for them and they said they would be there on Monday and they would call us. They called on Monday and said they were there. I asked if I should make an appointment and was told "We're not busy now so come on in " so my husband did. When he got there they again said 2 hr wait...appointments !!Luckily it was only an hr but we will not deal with this Costco again !!

Cheapest batteries for cars, trucks, and vans are sold here. You could save from 10 to 50% than elsewhere.
