Century 1st Auto was an awesome experience. The customer service was amazing and the relationship that they had with Enterprise Rental made my experience seamless. My car was repaired in 2 days and it was beautiful. I will always refer them to my family and friends.

They got me right! Didn t even recognize it was my truck when I pulled up to pick it up.I do like that I received text messages keeping me up to date on the repair status so I didn t have to wonder when I would get my truck back.And they finished a day ahead of schedule.

I appreciate the customer service and very quick turn around. I had a hit and run driver hit my parked car (Lexus RX350) and Century 1st fixed my car in less than a week. Andrea in the office is very kind and everyone else that I encountered who assisted me was honest and professional. The job is clean and well done! I would definitely recommend them!

First, I would like to to say that this is the most Professional body shop that I have known, they go all out for their customers and their labor and skills says it all, Andrea, Armad and the Management are the best, if you are a new body shop Owner and you want to truly please your customers, please ask this body shop to give you a few pointers on how remain Professional at all times and how is it their finished product is always outstanding, I have the PROOF, please check out these before and after, Love you guys, the damage you see in the photos left much suspension damage not visible to the eye, this job should have take at least a month, Century 1st finished in half the time, and my vehicle runs smoother now then it did before the accident, Century 1st is bad to the bone, thank you, Century 1st

To say that the Century 1st Auto Body and Paint experience was great would be an understatement. Armen and the team were exceptional. Greg was very transparent and informative when it came to repairing my vehicle. Staff was warm and welcoming , further , they give out completely coffee in the office ! Will never go to another auto body shop as long as I m breathing

Some POS had vandalized my Jeep, keyed up both front doors. Eventually I ended up here at Century 1st and they did a GREAT job on the repairs, at a very good price (literally HALF what others estimated!!). They also took the time to redo (re-attach) the custom badges on my Jeep that were in the affected paint area, and irreplaceable! Cool people. Try 'em out!!

They are a Business who keeps their Word. What they Advertise They Can Do. They Can and Will Do It. My Car looks brand new. Not only are they very Skilled at their Craft ; They are genuinely very Nice people as well. Also, it was completed on the date they gave me. They made me feel hopeful again in people and business. Century 1st Auto Body is a first class company. They came highly rated by our Insurance provider and I can see why. Out car was returned with the repairs performed right the first time and it appears that they even detailed it. There was an area of concern that I pointed out to the gentleman who gave me the keys. He had the car taken back immediately to have the spot buffed. All ended well. If you need a reliable and local Auto Body shop give them a call.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I Ronnie Williams Owner of RW Transportation Service. I've been around Limousine and black car service for 30 years. I got a ding /dent in my passenger rear quarter panel of my 2018 Cadillac Escalade ESV. These people at Century 1st did a good job on the body work, but did a subpar job on the painting and clear coat. They had a nerve to try and compare it to the driver's side that was not damaged... go figure the manager Vache was very unpleasant and had a what ever attitude. I paid cash, he said the job would have been better if I went through the insurance company, UNBELIEVABLE!. Arman Sarkisyan looked uncomfortable as he attempted to make it right. My SUV had a white film on the finish due to "condensation getting under the tape" per Arman Sarkisyan. This is still an on going problem. Century 1st said I have a lifetime warranty on the shabby work they did. I will take my SUV to the Cadillac dealership and get this corrected like I should have done initially. Coveat Emptor... Let the buyer beware.

The management and the workers are all polite, respectful and professionals.. Great experience from Jose and the front office team. Very nice, professional, and helpful and answers all your questions; they practically made my car look brand new by the time they were finished! Andrea was polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She took her time in explaining a few things I didn't understand and she patiently took all my questions. Took my car in for an estimate on a Saturday to determine if my car was a total loss and got a call back by Tuesday. To me that was fast service knowing how busy of a shop they are. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for impeccable service.

First I want to say how extremely professional and friendly everyone was when I brought my car in. They gave me regular updates and also gave me a timeline on when my car would be completed. My car was completed a week later and on the day it was scheduled to completed My car looks great and I was so happy with the job they did. Thank you so much!

AMAZING! My car looks brand new again. Great customer service and support from drop off to pick up. They helped get my rental car brought over to the shop since I had many things to transfer over. Insanely unprofessional. It s been almost 500 days since I had work done here and now I m getting calls from them saying that I never paid them. (I obviously did and have proof) how do you run a company like this? Just check your records

I'm amazed how quickly and easily this whole process went. I had some damage to the rear of my car and they were able to do the repairs in half of their estimated time! Not only that, but when I got my car back it was clean both inside and out. One of the best experiences I've had with a body shop during my 40 years here in LA.

I called three different places before calling century1st. Every place I called had an attitude, and I felt like they didn t want the business. Century1st was the complete opposite, receptionist was very helpful, nice, set me up with an appointment right away. When I arrived Armand relieved a stressful situation and made the whole process very easy. My vehicle was done ahead of schedule and looked good as new.Service: Body & Trim
