Horrible place to come get an oil change at, respectfully I would recommend not to come to Ben's Tire & Brakes Auto Center after being greeted thru the phone and recommended to stop by to get a precise price for the model of car we have. Inappropriately misguided for what we needed, and clearly, the gentleman(who we spoke thru the phone) lacks customer service skills. Zero stars would be our appropriate rating for the shop!

I got my rack n pinion replaced here and my brakes adjusted, very fair pricing and friendly staff members, would recommend, my car drives a lot better now! (2006 nissan sentra)

Mr. Junior was more than fair. I went in to get brakes and sparks plugs done. They noticed that I did not need brakes and had already had new spark plugs installed. They said it was my rotors that needed to be turned. This saved me hundreds of dollars. I am grateful for their honesty, professionalism, reasonable prices, and great work. If you want to try elsewhere, good luck. I am coming back here when I need work. Btw I was in/out no time. Thank you!Service: Brakes

Very happy the brake service I got, I went in with an aftermarket brake kit I wanted installed, it wasn t as straight forward (bolt on) as I thought and explained why I didn t even need it really so I got a regular brake job instead, ended up saying me money in the end. Nice guys and very communicative with the services they recommend and issues they found along the way. Very honest and fair prices. Will definitely come back. Thx jr!

Last week I had a flat tire on my way to LAX. I knew I couldn t drive home on the donut spare, so I looked for a tire shop to get my tire repaired. After stopping at four other shops that could not help me or told me I had a 4 hour wait time, I pulled into Ben s Tires & Brakes. They immediately helped me. They outfitted me with a very economical used tire that would get me home and they repaired another of my tires that had a nail sparing me future problems. I m sorry I don t remember the two technicians that helped but the service they provided is not forgotten. I highly recommend this shop!Service: Tires

I'm usually hesitant walking into car repair shops because more often than not they tell you repairs that you don't really need but not this place. I texted before coming in to ask if there's a wait, fortunately none so I went immediately and got my alignment. Very pleased with their service, very respectful and honest. Highly recommend this place!

Brought the company F-250 to do oil change there, the service was great, the guys were awesome. I am bringing my 2006 4Runner for brakes replacement for sure. Big like, keep the good work up guys!

Ben is knowledgeable and his pricing is fair. He replaced my transmission last year and now I got my oil changed and learned from him the long term benefits of synthetic vs. regular oil. Great service and trustworthy mechanic.

Every time I go in for anything related to my car, they give me honest and amazing service. The price is wonderful for all that you get! In addition, they answer all of the questions that I have about my car in an easy to understand way and are never condescending when answering my questions. Keep doing what you're doing!

Always excellent service, never try to sale you anything you don't need. They're very knowledgeable mechanics. Highly recommend this place of business to anyone looking for a place to take there car, they do oil changes , to also doing alignments on lowered cars.

I ve had my breaks done at Bens few times with my older BMW and was always satisfied with their work. I called this morning to get a quote for brakes/rotors for my 2019 BMW (based off the dealerships recommendation) and he basically called the dealership s BS saying that it was way too soon to need that work done. Needless to say, when it is the time to have my brakes serviced, I ll be going back to them for sure.

Went in for some new tires for my Audi .. lower car friendly and also honest sells person . Price was just what I was looking for and left happy with what I bought .. definitely coming back again and recommending this shop to every one I know...bens tires is a one stop shop for your tire and engine/ transmission needs .. thanks fam!

Excellent place! Very knowledgeable, cares about doing good work, which is why people go back. His business has grown so much that he had to move to a bigger place recently. He and his son make a good team!

This place is amazing we took our blue Yukon XL everywhere to get the shocks fix and the other guys took weeks to fix it and failed but we came here they fixed it in one day my husband picked up the truck and put it to the test on the freeway and it runs smooth I recommend this guys good customer service and great prices

I don't recommend this place for maintenance. They give you a warranty but they never grant it. they do not know how to detect or diagnose the problem they end up costing you more. They charged exactly as any name in the industry so you might as well go somewhere trusted

Not only tires but a mechanic that's so reasonable and can show up to your car location but don't call tire shop just roll up and make a connection with mechanic number. Its a father son team and all your needs will be revolved. Take some donuts as a tip b4 u start them cause u will save
