Yvonne B has THEE BEST customer service, which is extremely rare in this era. She was pleasant and extremely helpful. She made recommendations that I hadn't thought of, and made sure that my purchase was quality and worth every dollar I spent. She made my morning, just being pleasant!! The cashier that helped me awesome., however there was an Evonne who was truly disrespectful to my cashier and spoke to him about private auto zone business in front of me the customer with no respect in her tone.

Cristina was amazing! She helped me out and was really kind and patient with me (I don t know much about cars lol!) she changed my wipers and taught me how to replace the air filter in my car! Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get their car whatever it needs

Excellent customer service Yvonne's broke it down and showed me how simple adding freon to my Jeep would be. I appreciate her and Henry coming out to my Jeep and adding the freon. Thanks Christina for looking up my vehicle to make sure I had the right batch.It was so hot and my air conditioner was blowing hot air I didn't know all I needed was freon .Midas quoted me $260 saying that I needed to have an inspection blah blahAll You needed was freonThank you autozone

Alex is a great man with great customer service. He helped me take out the battery of my car and helped me install a new battery back in. He also made sure all my questions were answered. I couldn t ask for a better experience.

After my 4 Runner died in a target parking lot, a good Samaritan gave me a jump and I was able to make it to a nearby AutoZone. I called the store asking if they would be able to replace my battery for me as I didn t have any tools and had my 11 week old baby boy with me. The man on the phone, Henry Sanchez said he could remove my old battery and replace it with a new one doing the installation himself. While he was installing the new battery he offered to test the alternator and starter once finished. I thanked him for going above and beyond, and he replied that he was just doing his job. Faith in human kindness restored, a sincere thanks to you Henry.Daniel Gonzalez and family.

Called to ask for a part. Was asked to hold for help, since the person was helping another client. So I said sure, fair is fair. After 10 minutes on hold, another person, who refused to identify himself. Literally said just go to *competitor* and get it there, we're very busy. That's got to be the most amazing answer I have ever received from any company. Just go to the competitor because we're busy? Really? I'm going to have to call corporate and let them know how busy they are to have to send business away.
