I came to this sutozone to replace a battery. At the entrance upon talking with a staff member, was told that the only person who could help replace the battery was out on an hour and a half lunch. There is no manager on Sundays because I guess that is what managers do. I was informed that the manager doesnt work on Sundays (guess thats a perk of being a manager and letting down your team on Sunday) I did have a great experience with Desiree who was very helpful and installed my battery. Overall this store needs more support and better work morale, starting with the manager.

Rude customer service. It s the closest autozone that I have and everytime I HAVE to come in the employees are always rude and hate their job. Maria please fix your attitude might make that extra drive so I can avoid that store. P.S The manager is always arguing with a customer super unprofessional.

Man they are so slow here they don't care about the customers at all and they take there sweet time to assist you well atleast that one girl did just talking on the phone while there is like 10 people in line hahah

I came in and the store manager Marisol was a breath of fresh air. She gave us the best costumes service ever. We left feeling good that we came to AutoZone.

Went In today and all the employees seem mad that they are working today. Not a friendly environment at this store. I felt like I was a the post office or DMV with the grouchie mad sad employees.Time to bring in a new crew owner. Let's make Auto Zone Great Again.

BUYER BEWARE! of price fixing at this location..I went in for a heater hose for my 300 and the lady with fake blonde short hair and glasses pulled up a part on the screen for $380 lol ... When the hose goes for $40-60 online and other auto shops ... So I asked if she was looking at the right part and she said yes I was In disbelief and told my nephew that that's like a 60 sum dollar part and left ... Then went to O'reilys and lord be hold the part was $48 and I was mentioning what happen at the auto zone in Hawthorne and he told me that the same lady is known for her numbers $ for the store that she and that store raise prices ridiculously that I am not the only person that leaves the autozone at Hawthorne Blvd to O'Riely.Price Gouging Is ILLEGAL!!!! ..BBB compliant next- George

I came to the store to buy a wiper replacement for my car. I asked the cashier if she could install it for me, she told a worker named of Victor to help me out. He came and told me I had to wait because he had to wait for another customer who was still paying for her wipers, while I was ready. I asked him if he could install my wiper while the other customer finished paying, because I only had one, he said no because the other customer was waiting for a long time, I was already paying when that customer arrived asking help about the kind of wipers she needed for her car, so that was a lie. I don't think it would of take that long to install one wiper while she was paying. He had me waiting with him for like 10 minutes for the other customer to go back and forth to the aisles to get something she forgot twice and payed. I am patient I couldn't wait because I had to go pick up my son from school to be honest. He could of easily used that time to help me out with my single wiper, I don't think the other customer would of waited that long since she kept getting the things she needed. He could of asked her if it was ok to help me first while she payed? I don't know, I've been to other AutoZone stores and they install wipers under 5 minutes and I only had one. I guess I got upset because he was literally just standing there for 10 min and when I asked him, he just sounded rude with his back turned back at me. Also, the cashier didn't ask me if I needed help installing it, I had to ask her, usually the same cashier helps me install it her/himself. Maybe I just made a big deal out of it, but it really bothered me, him telling me I had to wait for the other customer to finish buying while I was literally ready and waiting. Now I have to watch YouTube videos to know how to do it myself.

Came to get my car battery checked out and Thomas was patient and kind enough to hear me vent about the concerns I had with how my car has been holding up. We figured out the issue and I ll definitely come back to follow up :) thanks Thomas!

I arrived unsure if my car battery was any good. Was assisted by rudolfo. He was very informative. Checked the life of my battery and gave me plenty of options what to do. He was extremely helpful and very professional. Would definitely go again thanks to his service

The best team at Autozone today. I walked in not having a clue of what car battery replacement to purchase but the team at 10110 Hawthorne Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90304 Autozone helped me every step of the way! They truly impressed me when they completed the battery installation. I cannot thank them enough. Thanks to the team there on 08/05/22 at 3pm. Life safers!

Worse customer service ever. After waiting for over 10 minutes, some guys told us that there was only one line for questions (part related) and to pay.There were 3 of us that were ready to pay, there were some people with 100 questions, why they don't have 2 separate lines?I questioned his instructions, I asked, why no employee said anything?, they saw us standing at the cashier area and no one redirected us.Unacceptable.They pretty much don't care about your business.So, I'm taking it somewhere where they care.To me "zero stars"I ended up leaving the place.

I was impressed I went in to have my oil check to purchase some oil they came out check my oil said it was fine I went back in and purchased two quarts I like AutoZone I didn't know they did all of that but then again they did put some windshield wipers on my Volkswagen Passat. They have great customer service skills.

The girl that attended yesterday looked like she didn't want to help us, she was pretty much over her job. Today my husband was first in line to pick up a package he ordered from yesterday that he really needed for his truck && they helped everybody else first instead of him. So unprofessional && so disrespectful.

There is a very nice lady named Yvonne, she was very helpfull,i neeed a fuse that i thought they didnt have...she went out of her way and found one for me at the store...i was ready to go to another location on my ilegal mini bike and she told me to hold on and she would check around ,bcuz it was dangerous on my mini bike and she found one...now thats customer sevice....

Best AutoZone I've been to! Victor helped me get the correct lightbulb for my headlights and even installed them for me!!! Highly recommend this place :)

Workers in this store are very helpful. I didn't know you could get a fee battery check and you could make kep copies as a plus!I find a lot of useful items at this store and location, the line is not too long and it stays open late which is convenient. I love going there as I find the staff very honest and professional

Nice location with good inventory, but no matter what time of day you come in prepare to wait a while. They don't have enough staff to answer the phone when it rings let alone help people in the store. I watched 3 people walk out and multiple calls unanswered while i waited in line. The business is losing money like that. Must be poorly run

I bought IT and installed IT on my car. I was pumped about my purchase. The packaging materials are to disperse with no trash bins on site. Please add trash bins

They got my online order wrong once I went to pick up at store.. Was supposed to get Royal Purple motor oil instead they gave me Mobile 1. I told them thats not what I ordered. They checked to see if they had Royal Purple and did not have it. Very disappointing customer service. The cashier told he read the label wrong. Wy don't they just do a better job at reading the correct oil or order. Half measure effort don't work out. Already filed a complaint to corporate and hope they teach there employees how to properly do there jobs.

Is very helpful and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door customer service is fast it's fast and up-to-date we'll well that does depend on the day and time you go is time to go in, but still good service
