The repair to the damage on my car is undetectable you can t tell it s ever been in an accident. I am so pleased that they were so prompt with the completion. They also sent my car for review to make sure it was operating well under the hood and fixed additional damage. The ladies in the office are so compassionate and helpful. They called me whenever there was an occurrence with my cars insurance to insure that I was not left out of the loop. 100/100

CAREFUL WITH THIS BODY SHOPTHEY ARE INSURANCE SCAMMERSTHEY HAVE FAKE REVIEWS CHECK FOR YOURSELF THEY'RE NOT EVEN SMART ABOUT IT...THEY ADD SO MUCH CHARGES JUST TO RACK UP THE BILL THATS THE ONLY WAY THEY MAKE THEY'RE MONEY HERETHEY SAY THEY ONLY ACCEPT CASH BUT THEY ALSO ACCEPT ZELLE...THEY JUST WANT YOU TO DRIVE TO THE BACK & TELL YOU THEY ACCEPT ZELLE AFTERThey charged $1,250 for 3 days I REPEAT 3 DAYS

Airport Collison stored my vehicle for 6 weeks with no extra charge. Repair was done by them as well. The office staff Liz and Stephanie is on pointVery nice and friendlyHad the pleasure of speaking to Repairman to guarantee the service renderedStop by you want be disappointed

The stuff is really friendly and nice also they do good work . Put your car back together and it look like it never been hit . So if you are in an accident take your car to them you will love the work trust me try them out . Liz is the one check her out

Does this look like they did a covid sanitation clean up?? 500 bucks for something they haven t done and took my car apart without the insurance approval. Avoiding my insurance calls and HOLDING MY CAR HOSTAGE TO CHARGE ASTRONOMICAL STORAGE FEES!!!

This place is an absolute scam. DO NOT GO THERE WHAT SO EVER. They said they were a storage company but charged 1800 for 3 days of storage. On top of that, started to tear down my car without permission. DO NOT EVER GO THERE. THEY WONT EVEN TAKE CARD ONLY CASH, SHOWS YOU HOW MUCH OF A CRIMINAL PLACE THIS IS

I wish I had read all the reviews before I was scammed into taking my car there. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.A tow truck showed up on the scene right after my accident to "help" me. He towed it here, and they are charging my insurance some ungodly amount to store it there (still accruing). My insurance won't pay it, so basically my car is being held hostage. Nothing can get settled until they release it. I don't have money to pay it and the insurance company won't, so it's stuck for now. And I still have to pay the car note even though it's been totaled.

Warn everyone you know to not come to this place it's been almost 2 months now n they still haven't given me my car backI would Pull my car out but insurance already paid themThey always try to get you off the phone the second you ask what's taking so long. They will also try to negotiate with you to give permission to charge your insurance for more money. My car only the front bumper came off n air bags n Going on 2 months still waiting for my car.Update its now past 2 months they still have not gave me a update on my car they keep saying they will call back and never doAlso they have a attitude n try to rush you off the phone. I regret going here so much.Update its now February going to March they ask for more money from my insurance and still can't give me an estimate of when I'll get my car back. Worst customer service again save yourself from this place

*2.5 stars*2.5 stars*2.5 stars*2.5 stars*Had my vehicle towed to this auto body shop for repair and held my car for 2 months. My vehicle was returned with malfunctioning reverse camera and hi-beams. After a year later, the control module was fried and my official dealership found an extra wire.Hence, without notification, my vehicle was towed back to their shop where the wire was removed and the module was replaced.Huge sigh of relief to say the reverse camera operates now, yeah my car electrical system is no longer fried anymore. A business partner of theirs fixed the issue professionally and avoided more costs. What a journey, Om Guru.Black Lives Matter. Viva La Raza. BIPOC. LGBTQAI+.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!! My worst experience ever!!!! I wouldn t let them touch another car of mine if I was stranded in no man s land. Terrible service. No communication. They gave my attorney the run around until they suggested letting them sell the car because of how high the storage fees were they charge about 7 grand a month if you are going thru litigation so keep that in mind 4 months after the accident they re asking me why it took so long for me to reach out to them when I ve made numerous attempts to contact them only to be told someone else will call me back with the information I m asking for. I don t want to say hate but would not recommend.Update!!!!! So they sold the vehicle and the person that made the purchase still has the vehicle registered in my name. I ve received multiple tickets for a car I no longer have. I called the artists up and was transferred twice before I was told I d get a call back no customer service skills and very shady dealings. DON'T GO!!! If I could I would give them negative 100 stars!! All auto repair shops are shaddy to some degree but Airport Collision Repair is the worst!!!! They are on probation with The Bureau of Automotive Repairs for bad business practices and over charging people as well as insurance companies! Their storage fees are beyond ridiculous and the tow truck company Perfect Timing that works with them to scam people are just as bad. They are all criminals that need to be shut down...permanently!

Took advantage of my insurance company, over charged for work not done. $2500 for 7 days, plus gave tow driver problems to get a few more days of storage. Whenever you get in an accident call your insurance company and don t let these vultures take your car to their storage area. They prey on people that are vulnerable at the moment of an accident. That s how they got me and my insurance company. Don t trust them.

Staff were friendly and really helpful. I did a cash job at a reasonable price compared to other locations and my vehicle was left just like new! they even gave it a quick clean before handing it over to me. Nice front desk clerk asked me if I wanted water while I waited. They were really fast at getting to my car. Helped me get a rental car that's near by. Answered all my questions and got my insurance company out the next day. Had my car fixed in a week in a half and they said it would be 2 weeks. And it was washed and waxed when I got it back and the work was great you can't even tell I had damage. I had a great experience and I will definitely go back.

If you enjoy being overcharged and being told your car still needs another couple of weeks if everything goes well every couple of weeks that you ask, then come on in! You ll love it here.I d sooner ask my 8-year-old sister to do my car repairs than come back here again.

They are complete swindlers. My vehicle was there 2 days and they charged $2,200.00 for a 4 mile tow and storage. I would not recommend anyone to use this company. You will regret it! I cannot stress it enough. DO NOT TRUST AIRPORT COLLISION REPAIR CENTER!!

Once they secure your business they are very nice by the next day they don't even want to take your call. My vehicle was there for 3months and they did a really bad job . My vehicle is making some weird noise. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! They are sharks. They get cars from tow trucks after an accident and have them take the cars to a different location and lie about where the car is located! They then threaten people telling them they need to get their car repaired here. They charge over $1000 a day for each day the car is at their shop but in reality is at a different location. We notified the city of Inglewood about this place. I hope no one ever takes their car here.

I guess those 5 stars are from ppl who work for this company or know someone who does. This company and their associated tow company are money hungry. The company harrassed me when I wanted to remove my car from them. They've had my car over two months and I've had to call for updates. Lies after lies come from the receptionists. They have attitudes when you call.If you do choose to deal with them, I suggest you go check on your vehicle regularly, in person.

This place is a nightmare. At first I thought they were great but they charge 200.00 a day to keep it in the lot. We had an insurance claim and they gave my insurance company such a hard time just so they can run up the storage fees. Never go there and never deal with them is my recommendation! I wish I could give them 0 stars!

This is my first time doing a review but I suggest that you do business with these people at your own risk. They charge me over 3,000 for their services and all they did was give me a rental for 3 days and keep my car hostage so they could rack up the holding fees.

I experienced GREAT service!! I had some front and back bumper damage to my 2003 ES300 Lexus and they repaired quickly for a GREAT price! Looked just like new! I now drive a 2015 C300 and as luck would have it, I was rear ended again! I am on my way to receive an estimate. Ask for the manager, Hero.Update: I don't know why, but I KEEP getting hit! My 2015 C300 Mercedes has been hit FIVE times!! Never my fault! Each time I take to Airport Collision to have repaired and my car is returned to me looking brand new!! Someone hit my mirror while I was sitting at a stop light. I'm going to have Airport Collision repair because I know I will receive great service. :-)

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!My car has been in their care for 6 days after lying and having a person misrepresent himself as their employee, who assured me at the scene of the accident that I could get my care repaired and obtain a loaner car at the same time. Nothing that they said was true and now they have inflated the bill and they are holding my car hostage. It was placed in storage upon receipt and was NEVER taken to the lot for repair, but placed in storage, in an area the indicates that that section is for cars beyond repair. I will call the police and will sue them it that becomes necessary.

This company is a a big ol scam. Don t do business or you will regret it. If you re like me, I was sooocited by a truck driver. So, I didn t have time to check reviews. Beware these ppl are unprofessional and crooks. I m still trying to figure out why the tint on my back window was removed. Plus I still don t have my car and they ve had it since 4/9/18 and it s 6/5 and I promise I only had $1k max damaged and they re trying to bill my insurance company over $8k! When confronted, they told me I needed better insurance. I have Allstate!

I took my Honda Accord in due to an accident, the people there was pleasant. I had a rental car with the company discount. After my car was released from repair it was completely detailed, clean inside and out with a warranty. After about a week, I got a scratch on my car I took it back in, the scratch was repainted with no extra charges. I will use this company again.
