This was our first experience with this company. We are very satisfied with the service they did on both our vehicles. They are friendly, honest, reliable, and gets the job done quickly. We will definitely use them again when we are back in the area.

Took my truck in for an alignment around 8:30 Am. Andy called me to let me know my truck was ready by 12:30pm. We always receive promt professional service. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Ramona now a days Good service is hard to find.

I ordered 2 tires and waited for a call and nothingI call a few days later. And they told me someone started the order but the tires were never ordered. for some reason they don t know what happened. Then ordered two tires Which they received the next day they called me up. I took my car in and got the tires changed. Service is great once you are there. Don t know what happened with the phone call but yes I would still go back. Mistakes happen.

The staff were great and communicating what they found and they warrantied out a part that they put in but they did tell me it might be another part and they were right so now I'm going back to them to change out the other part. I love their honesty and how they communicate

So, I never write reviews, but the service at this location was so far above and beyond that I felt an obligation to write one. I was traveling on a trip across I10. My car started making an awful noise. I pulled into Ramona Tire and Auto Service in Indio. They quickly diagnosed the problem and shortly thereafter had me back on the road. I believe it was Jake who helped me and he was incredibly helpful. Just an amazing place!

Andy was awesome! My husband went in towards the end of business hours to repair a tire and the service was great. He explained there was a pin hole and he put a plug in and did not charge for the service. Will be back for next tire needs.

Mike and his team were honest, friendly, conscientious and made me and my dog feel right at home while we waited for my truck. They answered my questions, gave my dog water and helped me find the wheel lock with patience and humor.

My husband and I were heading back to Yuma. Both of us were not feeling good at all. We we checked out of our motel my husband realized that our rear tire was low on air. He noticed that there was a screw in the tire. He phoned Ramona s and they said to bring it right in. Not only did they work us in, fixed our tire and DID NOT CHARGE US!!!! Thanks to everyone involved. If I lived there I would definitely buy tires from them!!!

Jake and Joseph, THANK you guys so much for taking good car of me! These guys stayed a WHOLE HOUR late on a SATURDAY night to get my car back on the road so I could get back to work and they did a great job even test drove and double checked everything still! Great customer service definitely the place you'll want to take you're vehicle for any issues if you want good quality work they'll go above and beyond for you, guaranteed!

Just had brand new tires put on a few days ago in Arizona, me and my family were on our way to los Angeles for a weekend vacation. As I was driving on the freeway I noticed my tires pulling slightly to the left every now and then. We stopped here and I thought I may need tire alignment. Andy found a way to squeeze me in to their busy schedule, in fact he had them look at my vehicle right away with no wait. After they inspected my vehicle Andy called me and let me know I don t actually need an alignment and found the solution saving me a lot of money! Thank you Andy and all those who work there at Ramona Tire

Went in for some grinding brakes. They fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost and only replaced things that were needed. Thought they did an excellent job overall and very promptly.

Very professional and courteous! Highly recommended!Driving through SA morning, thought having brake problem. Jake got us into the shop quickly. He and his team thoroughly diagnosed the vehicle and found no problems. Refused to charge us for his time and efforts.We're thankful for business like this one!

had a slow leak my Rav4 tire and, being a snowbird, I wanted it fixed before the 1800 miles back to the cold. Ramona Tire in Indio fixed it same day for no charge. Excellent service.

Blew a tire on the freeway changed it but came in without a spare and needing to travel for the thanksgiving weekend. and Andy at 6pm closing time just couldn t have been more patient, and helpful and got me a new tire mounted and worked about an hour late to help me. I cannot say enough good things about him helping me on a holiday weekend to get me safely where I need to go (thanksgiving). I m a Ramona tire customer for life thanks to Andy at the Indio store! And his guys!!

Came in with a dead battery under warranty. Mr. Vega quickly assessed and communicated to me that his shop would get it handled. Waited just over 1 hour and was back on the road. Thank you Ramona Tire and Mr. Vega.

All the employees were very nice and helped me feel better about my car when I left. One extra step could be to offer to reset clocks, etc that go off time when battery is removed n replaced.

Jake and Johnny were especially helpful. But the entire team was so informative and friendly. I will never go anywhere else! My wife and I have come here for flat fixes and we're never charged. I always swore that as soon as I needed to buy tires I would be sure to repay their generosity. After this experience, you have a customer for life. Jack and his team are all about service. Diagnosed my vehicle and as it was a small issue did the repair and honest to let me know and charged me a minimal service fee. Honesty and Integrity!!

Polite staff but they did not have the tire I needed in stock.Ordering one was not an option as we had suffered a blowout en route and had a long drive left to go. Fortunately, our spare was good.This store would be a good place to get tires for a more normal vehicle than our Beast - 4wd, 3500, dually- and I would not hesitate to try them again in the future.
