Fernando the owner is very courteous. The techs are also very nice. Fast, reliable, and honest service and prices. Other shops in the area are shady but this is an honest shop. Highly recommend for all tire, breaks, and wheels needs.

Nothing short of outstanding! They are actually what they claim to be; professional. Being what one claims to be is all to rare these days.My experience was prompt, kind, and courteous service.I also noted that along with their high standards in customer care, they also have high standards in their tires.

Woke up with low tire pressure on a Saturday morning. Tried 2 local places, both with several hour wait to patch a tire. Found PTW and couldn t have been taken care of any better. Highly recommend them.

Found PTW while searching for an alignment shop, i was so happy with their service and pricing. The guys were so helpful and took my car in once i got there and was out in less than 20 minutes. Will definitely be going back and would be recommending them to family and friends.

Great customer service. I wanted to get bigger tires for my truck. They helped me find the right size so i would not have to purchase a lift kit. They also have a 90 day same as cash program. Definitely going back for my next set of wheels.

Great service and value. I was selling my Corvette and curb rash was turning off buyers. I brought it to Pro Wheel and they fixed and made them like new. Excellent work.

My husband had lost sleep trying to figure out a problem his car was having with the tires & wheels...UNTIL he was introduced to FERNANDO!!! Meeting Fernando changed everything! He confidently assured us that he knew exactly how to take care of the problem and that is exactly what he did...the very same day!!! By the way, his son & crew are just like him...what an awesome experience!!!THANK YOU, YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!

Genuine old town class and integrity. Getting me back on the road with immediacy should always be enough, but to be repaired with such a cultured attitude as Fernando, the mechanic and staff gave me a calmness about my 'flat tire' thing. It was a big deal rescue for me. Huge Mahalos.

I have an XJ Jaguar and the chrome rims were peeling and were scraped in several areas. I called what few plating houses there were and I was given a ridiculously high price and when I priced new on Ebay and elsewhere I was shocked at the prices. PTW were beyond accommodating in price and quality of work. The rims look better than when I first purchased the car. It is nice when someone actually does what they say they are going to do and you do not have to hear oops I did not see that or the marring is normal or.... 5 stars are not enough for these guys.

I was in desperate need for four new 235/45/15 tires for my 2014 Toyota Sienna. I called around the Indio, CA area and this was the only tire store that carried tires of this size. The customer service was incredible! They were extremely friendly, helpful, efficent, and quoted me signifigantly less than other area stores. Also, they were the only shop in the area that had these size tires in stock. Within an hour of my initial phone call to PTW Enterprise, I had 4 brand new tires with an alignment on my vehicle. Thank you so much PTW! You saved a family of 5 from being stranded. We are now safely driving home to San Diego.

Want to give Fernando and his staff 10 stars they help us out big time we have lexani wheels and we had an accident and rims where bent bad and they fixed them and they look amazing... Thanks PTW I RECOMMEND EVERY BODY TO COME HERE ......

Use a plastic bag on my tire. I came in having a problem on my tire loosing air, the person who help me seem knowledgeable of what need it to be done so they remove my tire and sanded the inside of the rim, this result on my tire not holding air at all. Then they put a plastic bag between the tire an rim to make it hold enough just for me to drive away from the place. This place have the professional just on the name. If needed I have pictures of it.

I really appreciate the Help and customer service that was given to me today, as a women most places try to either rip you off or sell you more products or try to convince you that your car needs a whole lot more then what you originally went in for, I had a great experience today and I would recommend anyone to get there at tries in wheel off of Indio Blvd in Indio.

I needed a wheel alignment ASAP, Fernando and the guys are extremely helpful, they got right down to business, very honest, they don t try selling you things you don t need unlike dealerships and what not. So I definitely recommend this place to everyone

Owner over charged me for some lug nuts when my car was already mounted with no tires $50 never again I thought they would give me good prices cuz it s the 3rd set of tires I buy of them
