Poor customer service and highly unprofessional! I booked an appointment yesterday for 8am today. As of 8:11am, no call from the service tech. I called but received an automated reply stating that the caller I was trying to reach was not accepting calls. I waited until 8:26am before I cancelled. I made a total of eight (8) calls. All were blocked. No notice, no communication, nothing. I read the other negative reviews regarding the same issue but I wanted to give the business the benefit of the doubt. I strongly recommend you find another service company. This company is not worth your time or effort.

We agreed upon a time to get a few minor things on my truck fixed in which he canceled because perhaps he was a bit too busy which was understandable..so I texted him if we can reschedule and never heard back from him. He's pretty much hit an miss..a friend had told me the same..but he's very experienced from what I've been told..wont ever call him again..good luck

Jesse is Amazing! He saved us from going to the dealer. We had a tire problem called him within an hour he was at our house fixing the problem! We will be using him from now on for any car problems. I highly recommend him thank you so much for the best service!

Absolutely the best!!!Jesse is Awesome!!!5 star work and above and beyond customer service.He fixed our clutch line on a 1999 truck.All the work put in the late hours of the day with a respectful attitude.Most definitely use him again and would recommend him.

Great meeting Jesse he was quick to respond, reliable affordable and knowledgeable. Came to my house fixed everything as promised within hours in the hot sun. Our car broke down in the desert far from the city. After a long search on the Internet, I accidentally found Jesse's number.He drove several hours to our car in the desert and did everything and helped us.We wouldn't have gotten out without him. Jesse came and diagnosed the clutch problem in our diesel Chevrolet K3500 dually.He figured it out right away. The hydraulic clutch line had melted so he had to bleed the clutch and replace the line and clutch fluid. He went to the parts store, bought the parts, fixed the problem and got the guys back on the road. He is a very good mechanic. Very honest and reasonable.Being stranded on the side of the highway puts one in a very vulnerable situation. Thank you Jesse for helping us out! We were stuck in Indio headed back home and couldn t find enough help but Jesse came to the rescue and helped us out. He fixed the problem within minutes and even help grab the parts for my car. We wouldn t have made it home safely if it wasn t for him. I definitely recommend him if you re in the area. This guy is was amazing ! Sold a car had it shipped from Illinois to California. Somehow when the car was delivered oil was pouring out all over the guy s driveway. He was pretty bummed and rightfully so , I called this company and he immediately showed up for the issue and fixed it ! I called and spoke to Jesse about coming out to to evaluate and hopefully fix my car..He couldn t come out that Day, which was fine so we both agreed to have him come to the house the next day at 12:00pm. I thought that was pretty simple . He said to text him our address which we did and I also gave him my fianc� s phone number since he would be home and I had to work.The next day at 12;00 he did not show up. My fianc� waited 45 min after the hour. I tried calling (no answer), texted , no response. Seriously that is not how you run a business and very unreliable. For the positive reviews, I guess you got him when he wanted to work. By my standards he is not professional at all . I read one review that went through the same problem Obviously this is how it isBEWARE DO not count on this guy

I found Jesse here in Google search for mechanic and he respond to my text and the next day he checked my Dad's car, and order the parts needed right away and the next day replaced the bad one. My 30 ft RV overheated on 10 westbound just past Dessert center exit 172 at 1:00 pm after AAA and Good Sam left me there till next morning I called big rig tow company that dropped me at RV Service center ( that doesn't do engine work! On arrival driver disconects me but won't rehook up drive train he insisted on disconnecting before towing and RV shop he dropped me at DOESNT do that( Sunbird RV) even though owner was most understanding and patient and I bought battery had it installed while I waited for true hero of this disaster...Jesse who came in hour went got parts and had me back on road by 10:30am! Honest nice as far as I am concerned reliable and fast and if his landlord raises his rent again he can come to Jackson and I help him start over!! Great fully thankful David G
