Just another ripoff trick from an auto repair shop. Bring your car to Autozone, Oreilly, or somewhere offering free basic scan. They'll tell you what needs to be ready for the state inspection. This guy just a con artist taking advantage of being closed to the DMV

I take my truck and all my vehicles to Charles every time I need a smog for my taggs he is one of the best in town if you ask me. He has great service and always willing to give you advice if for some reason there was a set back w your smog test. My 2006 truck had been serviced and when I took it to Charles for a smog to get my taggs, he explained to me in detail what was going on that the test he ran had some issues and was not complete....he also helped me on what to do and assured me that it was nothing to worry about. After running my truck for about 150 miles; took it back and Bam past test.Thank you Charles

Shop is nice neat and clean. I wasn't informed that if my truck did not pass smog I would still be paying the full amt. As if it did.I am disappointed and will not return to this shop. I have never had this happen .... It IS illegal to charge the full price for a failed smog .SIGHHHH. Will be going back to NOES IN cat city ....where they fully inform you....and DO NOT CHARGE FOR A FAILED SMOG !!

I've been using Cono's Smog Stop for years and I would never go anywhere else at this point. The service is always friendly and professional. This is a smog testing facility only, no repairs are performed on site.

This guy is a con man boy and girls . There was deal for ten dollars off the smog somehow this guy made me spend ten dollars more please go anywhere else you have a better chance of saving money and a better chance of feeling like someone actually did you right . Now have a nice people
