Great experience from start to finish! Oscar went above and beyond to help us get the car we wanted. Finance/signing was also a painless and (dare I say) pleasant experience (can you imagine?!?). Oh, and we love the car too! Thank you CVVW!

UPDATE - 1 Star Review is the best I can do.It's April 4, 2024 and I took my VW Atlas to CV Volkswagen a day ago because of 1) the Front Assist not working, 2) coolant warning light coming on and 3) a Recall of the PODS system (Passenger Air Bag malfunction). Turns out the Atlas has a head gasket leak which the warranty does not fully cover. As a result, I'm going to have to pay a little over $2,000 for the repair. Tried talking to the sales manager about why they never mentioned that their 6 month warranty only covered 50% of the cost and he just stated that that's the policy. When I was sold the VW Atlas and told about the Warranty, I was never once told the warranty only covered 50% of the cost. I'm really disappointed. BTW, I posted their Warranty Flyer which doesn't state it only covers 50%.Recently purchased a used 2018 Volkswagen Atlas. Was looking at a similar Atlas in Orange, CA at a great price but decided to check my local VW Dealer. Was surprised to find an identical 2018 VW Atlas at about the same price. So, I decided to call Coachella Valley VW and when they told me they had it in stock I went over right away. First thing, Oscar (the Sales Person) was courteous and friendly. He showed me the Atlas and told me all the important information about it. Plus, he informed me that it has gone through Volkswagen Point Inspection which makes sure the vehicle is running great. However, when we get to the office I am told that the price is what was advertised PLUS about $1,200 more because of some add-on's. At this point, now the Atlas at Orange, CA is a better deal. However, we talk and negotiate and he talks to his manager who comes back with a discount. Unfortunately, the discount wasn't enough for me to accept and I ended up leaving. Oscar calls me the next day and asks if he can get closer to the price I want, would I buy it. I told him yes. So, he tells me to come over to CVVW and I do. We agree on a price and the deal is done. I am happy with the transaction so far.A couple days later:I return to the dealership to purchase the Windshield Wiper Reservoir Cap. I know this cap was broken off when I first looked at the engine with Oscar. I was told it wouldn't be replaced with the purchase which was fine with me.In the first two days...I also notice that the volume button on the Infotainment System is not working properly and when I have the system in Apple CarPlay the screen goes blank. I can still listen to the music being played but the screen is black. So, when I went in to pick up the cap for the reservoir I spoke to Service and they check to see if it was under warranty but it was not. This means that I will have to pay $195 for an Update to the system. Nikki was very helpful with her information (and friendly). She told me that the update usually fixes the issues I was notices. I'm hoping this will be all it needs.In addition, the Atlas came only with 1 Key Fob which means I will have to purchase one for my wife. I just found out the Key Fob and Programing of it will cost me an additional $465. I wish I would have been told the Atlas only had 1 key fob before the purchase.To conclude, I was happy with most of my experience. However, I think that the Update to the Infotainment System should have been done as part of the VW Point Inspection or I should have been told that it was an expense I would need to make in the future. I also think that they could have told me there was only 1 Key Fob included and the second key fob would be something I needed to purchase on my own - this is important information because these are expensive parts and services.This is why I am giving them 3.5 stars out of 5. They could have easily been 4.5 out of 5 stars IF... I would have been given the information about the Update and Key Fob OR 5 out of 5 stars IF... they would have taken care of the Infotainment System Update and added the second Key Fob. Either way, I look forward to taking my VW Atlas to them for service & parts and hope I have great experiences with them in the future.

This has been the most pleasant experience I have ever had getting my car serviced. Nikki was absolutely outstanding in the way she cares for her customers. We were on our way to a funeral from arizona when we began having car troubles and she was able to squeeze us in on a busy Friday. She has the best attitude & is very attentive. She was able to get us into a loaner so we wouldn t miss the funeral and when we returned she gave me all of the details about my car and was very responsive with us throughout the whole process. We were more than happy to leave our car with such a great team! My car is now working perfectly! You save us Nikki!

I have been looking for a Golf R with a manual transmission in Lapiz Blue at a fair price. I found it here. Oscar and Sylvester made the purchase process really smooth and comfortable.Now for the good part. I am north of Seattle and we did this all over the phone. A shipping company will pick up the car and deliver it to me at home. How cool was that!

Tim was responsive to all our questions and had everything ready for us when we arrived. We are thrilled with our new Taos! We were in and out so quick, we were able to make our dinner plans with friends that evening. Great customer service!

I was greeted in the service department by three women, all smiling and saying hello. Nikki is who helped me. I had a unique problem with my gear shift that they really spent time trying to figure out. It well may be something I am doing but no one said that. They took me seriously and really tried to reproduce the issue. As it IHas only happened to me 3 times in 18 months, it is no surprise it could not be duplicated. I also had routine service. The price was very reasonable. They did not do anything that did not need to be done and they took my concern seriously. My car is safe to drive and I k is that because of the care they took in evaluating the car. It was not just a computer hook up. Also they did not charge me for the time it took to do the eval just for what they did for routine service. I will have ALL my work done here

Big thanks to Jose Sevilla for such a wonderful and quick paying process. One the best I've had in a long time. Some dealerships choose to do things the right way, and some just don't. Luckily for me, Coachella Valley Volkswagen is one of those dealerships that does it the right way.

I brought in my 2019 VW Tiguan and had a great experience. Denise and Nikki at the intake counter were happy, pleasant and efficient. They got me in and out very quickly. I also met the Service Manager Steve and he was very welcoming. The loaner car was great and my repair was completed on time.

Juan Valenzuela was the great person who sold us our truck! We kept in contact for the truck that we were interested in. We got there we had a really nice conversation. He guided us through the entire process, from test driving to different financing options. Not only was he professional but he also had a friendly and respectful manner. he answered all our questions and gave us information. His customer service skills were excellent. We didn t feel rushed or peer pressured into making our decision. He made our purchase smooth and enjoyable, thank you Juan!

Coachella Valley VW is the best place in the valley to purchase a vehicle! It doesn t have that usual car dealership vibe that I ve dealt with in the past. They will take great care of you and treat you like family here! Phil and Todd, the owners are great guys and won t steer you wrong! All the sales guys here are very nice and patient with helping you find exactly it is you are looking for! They don t pressure or hassle you! The two ladies greeted me and asked what I needed service for I said service for lube and a replacement for a front tire sensor I left my car there and they had some one take me home and I received a call at 1 pm or so that the charge for the sensor is $$ I told them ok put in so a hr later they called again to say the car was ready what I didn t like that I have a slip stating I would get a lube job at no cost while I owe the car I showed them the paperwork but do to new ownership it will not be able to use and I m not to happy about that but the rest in there service is very GOOD!! MR FLORES.

Worst experience ever!!!Took my car in to get it repaired for 2 things and then more things needed repair paid for the repairs and at the end they gave it to me supposedly test drive 11 miles and they only test drove 4 miles. Then they towed it back and checked it they messed up radiator, I fixed the radiator out of my pocket , car wouldn t start due to battery being faulty and when I took car in it was perfect , then after that on top of everything various things were left loose like a hose and the bottom cover of my car !!! Called to get screws so I can put them and they said they couldn t help me. Stuck on the freeway with a lose cover and wondering how I m supposed to screw it back on with no screws !!!! Definitely do not recommend this dealer !!!! Wanted to be on the safe side with professional mechanics but I was wrong about them

Just purchased a new Tiguan at Coachella Valley Volkswagen- andit was the best car buying experience we've had. I went to many dealerships of different types of cars. You were the only ones who seemed to interested in selling a car! The others were complacent - no greeting when I walked in, didn t have what I was looking for so tried to sell me what they had. I was greeted when I came into your dealership, the salesman was pleasant and able to answer all my questions. Everyone was friendly and one of the owners came over and introduced himself.

The waiting time was too long. I delivered my car on 02/29/24 because the front tire making and a noise I received it on 06/24/03. Unfortunately, today one of the coolant water warning lights comes on and this warning was not there before. I don't know why the water is running low! And the second thing, the cost that was spent on me was $1018 When they delivered it, they said that we replaced parts, and the cost of repairs and parts was $ 2005.45 . I work with this car to the Uber and lyft , I could not work for eight days and I had no income. The staff there were very nice. I give five stars for the treatment of the staff and two stars for Volkswagen because since I bought this car, I only paid for repairs equal to the price of this car.

Juan Valenzuela responded quickly to an email and we set up an appt for the next day to look at a new Atlas. There was no high pressure sales, Juan was very knowledgeable regarding the VE products, and he took his time to go over everything with me. All in all, quite a pleasant experience.

Jose Sevilla. Whoever this man s manager is please give him a raise. Communication was on point. And servicing for a PRE OWNED GTR was amazing. Every concern I had he addressed .. I live in Vegas and I ve never felt so confident about getting a car out of state. And this isn t my first out of state vehicle. If this dealership can have all the cars, I d love to just keep coming here. Jose thank you so much for everything you did ! Literally they repainted a bumper over a quarter sized chip. Free of charge . Just such a selfless company and they try to just make ends meet with selling a car. No sketchy stuff either. David and Ali as well thank you guys so much ! I love this car !

Nikki was wonderful and so was the gentleman that worked on my vehicle, wished I had caught his name but I did not. Too bad the battery and whatever else they did was not under warranty even though I only had 17,000 miles on the car and almost $600 later it was fixed, however, I have no idea if it was programmed correctly because it does not do the same things that it did when I took it in there as far as what comes up when you start it, and I still don t know how to use MapQuest!
