I ve had cars repaired twice before at this CC and always was a very satisfied customer. This time Cameron was my coordinator and found him to be exemplary! He is an excellent communicator and went above and beyond to assist me with my car. Example: Cameron showed me how to pair my contacts on car n gave me a sample of my paint color as I requested. What a refreshing experience in today s work environment!!

It was truly an outstanding experience after an accident. From our first interaction with the front office: Office Manager, Britta Sweetman, and Alma, we were blown away by the top rated customer service. Efficient, friendly & humerous all rolled into one. Good service seems to be a lost art these days. Caliber Collision is serious about creating the best experience. Our service advisor, Josue Marcial, was able to provide immediate action for the repair process. He checked in regularly. Completed the work in a timely fashion. He consistently updated us with information on the process. All around, good communication & service. A special shout out for Mike, who provided us with a ride back to our community on the day of drop off as well as a pickup the day the work was completed on the car repair. Excellent service from all staff from beginning to end. They offer a lifetime guarantee on their work as well. We highly recommend Caliber Collison!

My wife's rav 4 was damaged by storm, we had a brand new vehicle ended up with scratched up interior and damaged parts with loose moldings after some areas had over spray visible. Not there best to say the least.

This is the second time I've used Caliber and I was 100% satisfied, both times. They are very courteous and provide excellent customer service. I'm a loyal customer and I won't even consider taking my vehicle to any other shop.

They are very friendly and keep you updated in the progress of your car, and they go out of they to find the parts needed to finish the job at hand. I highly recommend them.

Process was very difficult. I dropped off my traverse March 21st. I was told my first estimated date would be April 7th. April 7th comes the day of I get a call from David it is not finished (even though on my Tuesday update was told everything was on track) and that the new estimated date is now April 14th. April 13th comes along and I have had 0 updates this week, I have to call caliber myself where the receptionist told me David was out sick made no notes, so I would not be able to pick up my vehicle. At this point frustration is rising , now I wouldn t get even an answer until Monday 17th. 17th comes around I get a call from David that the car is barely getting repaired, very hard to hear after having the car for almost a month. The new expected day is now April 21st. April 21st comes I get the call to pick up my Traverse, upon inspection the paint was unfinished and there was chips on the door. Upon further inspection there was a whole new damage and hit on the back of the bumper that wasn t there when the vehicle was dropped off. Meaning to me that the vehicle was poorly inspected and there is no integrity with your workers for even acknowledging new damage that was caused by someone in the Caliber staff. David takes my vehicle back and now I am being told it s gonna be another day to fix the damage and imperfections. April 25th comes I finally get my vehicle the repair finally looks good. When I arrived home I a opened the repaired door and now it wobbles upon opening and closure, so the door was put back inappropriately. At this point I m so tired of the poor performance and experience that I don t even take my vehicle back. I would not recommend anyone to go to the this establishment.

They did an amazing job fixing my vehicle. They had constant communication and let me know when my vehicle would be ready, and it was ready on the date they said it would be. They went above and beyond what I would have expected.

Fantastic customer service and great job fixing paint job on Lexus recently.This is the 2nd time I have had great work. The first time they fixed the entire front end of my car after I rolled over something left on the freeway at night that went up under the hood. I never had an issue since that fix years ago. They are on time and provide great work at a reasonable price.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Our experience was excellent! Caliber communicated with our insurance company, made sure we were kept up to date with progress and details, and the quality of the work was amazing! Hopefully we won't need body work on our car too soon in the future, but when we do, we will definitely use Caliber!

Our Subaru was hit in our associations parking lot the rear bumper had to be replaced,the insurance company recommended caliber collision,they made the experience stress free and had our subie clean and ready to go in 3day our advisor Jose was great and professional

I am in my elder years and have never had an automobile accident. Until now! A fender bender, my car and another involved. Thankfully neither of us injured. Police arrived and reviewed insurance and other paperwork connected to my Lexus. In a rattled and emotional state I phoned a dear friend who lives nearby and his comforting words settled me down. I related I had a friend Britta who worked in a high level job at a Collision company located in Indio not far from where I live. He urged me to phone her . I did and received directions to her facility. She inquired if my auto was drivable, it was and she urged us to come to the repair shop as soon as possible. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Alma the receptionist, Britta was immediately summoned and speaking to her I was filled with confidence that I'd have my car back on the road in no time. My anxiety literally melted and I knew instinctively I was in the right place. Caliber is the industry leader both in quality and collison repair. Britta explained the firm has earned the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the industry. I was at ease. A young man named Cameron appeared, introduced himself and inquired about the location of the car in the parking lot . Off he went as my friend and I drank a cup of hot coffee and when he returned explained in great detail what he could do to bring my Lexus back to normal. There were issues he explained but felt my confidence soar. As a mater of fact on this day Thursday October 26th I've just received a phone call from Cameron who reports my automobile has been restored to tip top shape and ready for pickup in five days! I am over the moon with Caliber Collision and those who staff it. I recommend it highly.

I know they are the best. They communicate often to let me know when my car is going to be ready and where they are in the process of fixing my car. The ladies in front are kind , they work hard, and I really appreciate how organized they are.

Had an unfortunate incident in snow while moving to Wyoming from California. The staff at caliber collision in Cheyenne were very friendly, helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire process. My car looked good as new when I picked it up, like nothing ever happened. Paint and body work was very well done, blended in perfectly. I would definitely recommend if you ever have an unfortunate incident, you won t be disappointed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Insurance recommended we use Caliber Collision to fix the damage caused by another driver. From the moment I walked into the front office I was treated with respect and kindness. Of course, I understood that it was going to be a wait due to supply chain issues and had already waited for an inspection appointment. But once I dropped my vehicle off to be fixed, it was quickly and professionally handled. I received text message updates to let me know how quickly the job was going and that everything was progressing well. They got the job done ahead of schedule.
