After our car was hit by a drunk driver, our auto insurance, basically strong armed us into taking our car to auto mall collision . We received our car back after months of delays. And the turn signal didn t work, the vehicle pulled, braked , and accelerated to the right side of the road. There was grease on the upholstery and a deep scratch on the driver s side interior door molding. I immediately called them and took the vehicle back. They said they would fix the issue and kept the vehicle an additional 3 days. They called and said it was fixed and ready for pick up. Well I got in the vehicle and drove less then 25 feet from their shop and still they did not fix anything. And since it was a late Friday afternoon I couldn t take it back to them. So I called the dealership and made arrangements for them to inspect auto mall collisions repair gob . And I m telling you I am so glad I did. It was worth the money. Because the work that was done was such garbage. I d like to use explicitive words to describe how they supposedly fixed our car. But pictures are worth a thousand words. They charged nearly $9-10,000. For their work. The dealership found roughly 6-7,000 dollars worth of additional damages that was ignored. The steering gear was wrong and installed crooked, rack and pinon , strut job control arm, under carriage , everything was just wrong and sloppy with the repairs. Not to mention that they scratched the hell out of the back sides of the hood and door from trying to straighten it up. The sway bat was out of alignment and bent which they didn t replace either. Just so much underhanded stuff that I don t have time to mention. But if this review doesn t make you Leary of this place or the sublet they use then I wish you well. I would also like to mention that the vehicles suspension was altered making the vehicle higher on the driver side than the passenger side. And the only time it drove straight was on Gene Autry rd going into Palm Springs. That s how badly it was repaired.

Don t recommend this shop at all don t let it be your first choice took my car in to get repainted because paint started peeling off after a year then they return my car to me with my rims scratched Don, said they would take care of it but it s been almost 2 months and I haven t heard from them

Don t get your car fix here unless you re willing to wait weeks, even months to get it fix!Not just that many people had complained about them making insurance frauds. SPECIALLY SAM who has no communication towards their customers!WORSE PLACE EVER!

Okay so I have a 2017 Nissan Sentra I was rear-ended my trunk was pushed in my gas tank was tilted my whole back end was basically out of line. These guys they might have had my car for a little longer than expected but it was worth the wait it looks brand spanking new I'm so impressed with their services I would recommend if you're going private through these guys but also I went through an insurance company the insurance company itself is the one who sent me to these guys and let me tell you it did not disappoint they did a fantastic job thank you guys so much again for the work you did on my carServices: Auto body & trim repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto body & trim replacement

Got an alignment done. Went back the next day because I noticed the wheel was still not straight. Once I got there, I explained what was the situation and they didn t bother on checking my car or anything. They explained that the mechanic who s in charge of these jobs wasn t in today and that he s only in on Tuesday. Which is weird cause I got my alignment done on a Wednesday. They couldn t accept the fact that the job was done poorly. They proceed to to tell me to come back next week. Which is wrong. They let me walk away with a poor job.Service: Wheel alignment

I was having trouble closing the door on my new Ram 1500. The Ram dealer sent me over to Auto Mall Collision to have it looked at. They are great guys. Excellent quality and experience. Don looked at the door, figured out the problem and said, "Let me have the truck for 10 minutes". He fixed the issue and refused to take any money for it. Great guys and definately the kind of business you want to support.

I had an accident for about a month and a half and it's time that they don't solve anything for me, dial and they always tell me that they will call me back and they don't do it. I called them and they tell me that they need a piece to be able to start that that will take 2 to 3 more months apart from the almost 2 that you have there.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Took my car in 4 weeks ago to have window regulator replaced. They said they'd have the part in two days. I took it back over to find out they ordered the part for the wrong window. Then they said the part was on back order, but they couldn't give me a date. I waited two more weeks, then I asked for the name of the part. After two phone calls, I had a place that said they would have it in two days. I called Auto Collison and made an appointment for three days later. That was today, and needless to say, it is still not fixed. They said they got swamped. Sorry, I had an appointment. Went over and got my down payment back! Getting it installed elsewhere tomorrow!

First of i want to thank Don and hes team for such great job on my Sonata. I thought my car was done after the accident. When I saw my car parked outside to get picked up i didnt expect that to be my car. New all over again. Paint job was amazing, really clean. Drives like new too. I'm glad I took my car here.

Took my car here the first time and had my whole drivers door repaired did take them 2 months to fix. Took it the second time has been there for 2 months going to 3. No calls to let me know what's going on with the car, when the first thing they tell you is they're Gona give you calls to keep you on track with what's going on with your car! or why it's taking longer than expected! Every time I called they said my car was waiting to be inspected again. Never going here again!

Had an alignment done but nothing was off but the steering wheel and it pulled to the right. Nothing done but to try to straighten the steering wheel. When done it pulled more to the right and steering wheel further off. Took the car rite back and they got OFENSIVE and tried turning it around on me because I said they didn t even turn a wrench. I still payed I shouldn t have to be harassed when they were in the wrong over such a small matter.

Very Rude Lady who refused to explain herself and their downfalls. She forgot to schedule our vehicle- so first trip was a waste of time- SHOULD OF KNOWN AT THAT POINT!! The Paper work they give you is always incorrect and admitted by Sam it should be changed to prevent confusion- YET mistakes on his estimates aren't his problem. $200.00 later- I will do my best to let people know that they are not organized or helpful. AT LEAST EXPLAIN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS that your paperwork prints out incorrectly! They get 1 star because a NEGATIVE star is not available.

I crashed my lovely 2010 Mazda 3. Don Perea and his team repaired it and it looks like new! Since I moved here in 2006, Don has always worked on my vehicles as well as many of my friends and family members. This is a newer shop, but all of their staff are experienced and have worked in the Coachella Valley for over 20 years.
