I went to my dealer first and got a quote on a set of new tires, some front brake pads, rotors and the cost was going to be combined around $3300.00. I was referred by Mario in the past from a friend. I thought before I pay this amount let me check in with Mario to see if he can do better. Mario wasn t in but the Assistant Manager Marco was in. Not only did Marco patiently give me different options on what I was looking for but he was very patient and explained and answered all my questions over the phone before I had spent one dime. The cost was almost half. I ended up paying only $1835.00 for the same thing that my dealer was trying to charge me $3300.00 for. On top of it all Marco while explaining everything told me about the American Tire Depot card from Synchrony Bank and basically allowed me to pay the whole amount in six months totally interest free. On approved credit of course. Talk about a complete change of emotions in a day. This place literally just saved me a ton of money. Amazing service! Thanks Marco, and I ll definitely be a repeat customer.

Amazing customer service and attention to detail on car repairs. Would recommend to anyone to check them out! Mario Romero did an amazing job accommodating me when the wrong parts were sent to the store, he was very polite and made sure to get the job done even after hours, can t say that for a lot of other shops; they ll make you wait for the following day. Made sure to have me driving out of there happy and fully satisfied with the TLC they took with my car.

Came in looking for some tires for my S2000. Mario wasted no time when it came to finding me the right tires for my car and at the lowest price by far. By the time I knew it the technicians already had my car on the lift and wheels were going back on. Will definitely be coming back to them for service and future purchases. Great job from the whole team

Marco, the manager, was extremely pleasant and helpful, showing me just what was needed and why. They ordered the tires, and I returned, and the job was done efficiently. They don't try to upsell you or get unnecessary work. Have had too many experiences like that, and their honesty was refreshing. Would 100% recommend.

Family and I were on our way to Arizona and we got a flat tire, tried to call around to a couple places and reached this American Tire Depot they are super friendly and just all around amazing, if you can get Mario to help you out, do it! He is super helpful. I really appreciated the fact that when they had me on hold and I hung up they called me back!!?!!? I ve never had a business call me back after I hung up!! And that to me is great customer service. Highly recommend this place for last minute emergency s

The called at 4:45pm for a leak tire repair, Mario( I hope I got the name right) said bring it in. Had it repaired before closing. Very friendly, courteous and professional.I am from Canada and he didn't charge me, that is unheard of from where I am from. Would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks

Worst tire place in history. I bought a set of tires from them that were rated for 40,000 miles the tires are 20,000 miles old and bald. They refusing to honor their warranty. The people at the desk are extremely rude. I would not recommend going to Discount Tire or American tire depot for anyone of avoid this place at all cost

On my way to Encinitas to visit my son and his family, my passenger side front tire blew out. I was able to pull off of westbound I-10. The traffic was awful. AAA had to send a tow truck to take me to Indio to get a new tire. Mario the store manager was very helpful. He stayed late to finish the job. When I left to go with my trip, I forgot my phone which I had been charging. The manager of a convenience store nearby helped me get back to American Tire Depot. Mario returned to the store late at night to return my phone to me. Mario and Jose the convenience store manager are my heroes.

Mario is accommodation and professional. He makes sure that you leave with a peace of mind that your vehicle is in great working order. I ve taken two cars to his location in Indio and will continue to go there.

Despite a little hiccup the two guys on the desk went out of they're way to make sure I was happy. I've been an American Tire customer for many years at different locations and the pricing is always competitive. So the customer service is what sets them apart.

All of the staff especially Mario located at Indio #1133 83191 CA - 111 Indio 92201are top notch. I value Mario s opinion and his recommendations. Everything he has told me has been true and it has all worked out in my favor.

I was hear to place a patch one of the tier my car.I did called over the phone and manger now answered and straight on front told me no charges for patch repairs. They kept the location nice and clean service very professional. The only problem I have took little while to get the service done so it understandable place kind of busy. Aldo and Beau two managers who I spoke and served me very professional.

I discovered a giant screw in my tire after driving over from Arizona. Mario and the guys at American Tire Depot were able to get me in the same day, just an hour before closing, to take care of my tire. It was such a relief to have this fixed before driving back to Arizona. There was literally zero stress in what could have been a stressful and expensive situation. Highly recommend them. THANK YOU!!!

Driving from Phoenix to LA and we were losing air in our tire slowly. They guys at ATD could have easily sold us a new tire, instead they fixed the small hole in our existing tire and sent us on our way free of charge.These guys are professionals, honest, and well worth your business.

We had a problem with a tire while traveling to Los Angeles. Marco helped us out even though it was closing time. It made all the difference in us getting home safely and on the same day. We are very grateful.

Excellent place to get new tires good prices an very good customer service. Way better than other tire shops. Don't hesitate come to this tire shop you won't regret it. I would recommend you to do an appointment or just drop off your car it get busy

Great service! Called the same day to ask for an alignment price. Got the price and was given a $25 dollar coupon. Scheduled an appointment, dropped off the car and the car was ready in an hour. Wonderful debriefing of the service done and the status of my car. Thank you very much!
