Good evening everyone I m excited to say that I am very impressed with a United Toyota especialy the gentleman Thomas Gunn, who worked hard to get me what my extended warranty was to cover. I went one day to get an oil change and something else done and just had a conversation I had said one day I hope I can get a whole paint job then he started taking a ton of pictures more than what is normal for leaving your car there, he kept saying just wait it s your lucky day , so come to find out my Toyota, which was bought used in May it was a 2016 Toyota RAV4. It did have some damage which wasn t covered in the extended warranty but due to my car s paint wearing and chipping extended warranty covered a whole new paint job and he managed to get my bumper. Replaced for free. Plus I got a new stereo because that was under the extended warranty because I kept having problems with it. I m happy to say that my car is totally new on the outside and it s a nice car in the inside overall, I am very pleased with my vehicle. Thank you united Toyota, and especially a thank you to Thomas Gunn. FYI, I did not have to spend a penny but the overall work that has been done through my extended warrantly like the suspensions and other other work, I think maybe he said it was about a $20,000 job total.. it pays to have extended warranty. I ve always said no to extended warranty but you know what it s worth it. My car payment wouldn t be much less if I hadn t had the extended warranty.

Got a really great deal on a used 2021 Honda CR-V Hybrid at United Toyota Imperial. Carlos, the internet sales manager was wonderful making it all happen with great communication, handling all the paper, and post sales questions that I had. It was more than worth it to take a day off work and drive out to Imperial from San Diego where I live. I saved thousands $$$$ of dollars, and really enjoyed a break in my routine. A special thanks to Carlos, and United Toyota of Imperial!

I just pulled up to have my 4runner looked at (it's 1:16 p.m.) for a noise coming from my car and to get an oil change.I was told that I'd could either drop off my car or I'd have to come back tomorrow because their technicians get off at 5:30, and they're wrapping up for the day.Wrapping up 4 hours early?Nobody even attempted to walk out and look at it. I can understand waiting for an oil change, but not even a "oh, yeah. This (whatever) is an issue that needs (whatever), or yeah... we're not sure. We're gonna need to do further investigation or anything.Horrible customer service.

Fair price on a great car. Process takes all day. OUT-OF-STATE Purchase is not worth it here.1. I chose a car to purchase and had cash to buy it. from the time I walked in to when I left was 6.5 hours! Even when intentionally trying to speed the process. So prepare for an all day ordeal.2. When we finally got into the vehicle with my pregnant wife and kids to fire it up. It would not start. I had previously told them that the vehicle needed a new battery based on its corrosion and appearance but was assured it was good. We jumped it with a giant truck and it still would not start. The battery was completely dead. Since the 'service' depo was closed they said we should come back on Monday (it was Saturday). But we had just traded in our car and had no vehicle. There was no good solution so I took the battery out of the car I traded in and put it into my newly purchased car myself. Be prepared to think and come up with those solutions.3. OUT OF STATE purchase (I registered in another state with the purchased vehicle). California will force you to pay taxes on the vehicle even if registering in another state. Unless the dealer does a meaningless drive to Yuma to get a notorized sale in AZ to avoid paying in CA. just another 3 hours and gas and mileage waster. I wasn't going to do that so we agreed to pay and they would send me the Title. I'm paying in full and was told that Titles are sent out immediately when paid in full. Then after I reached out was told 4 weeks! Then after following up and up, the incompetent people told me to get a VIN inspection from law enforcement and send to them. Incompetence. So I did. It has been 5 weeks... still waiting for the Title of the vehicle I legally purchased in full....Solution for Management:- Reduce ridiculous amounts of paperwork and lag in this process- Every battery needs to be checked and if there is no sticker date on it then it's got to be swapped. My battery had no sticker perhaps intentionally because it was already terrible.- Remediate your out of state process and be up front about all timelines. How long? What is needed? etc.

Was told I needed a rep to know what my vehicle need. Too long of a wait for basic maintenance everywhere else 45 min tops here min 3 hrs.Response to owner: Reviewing your feedback to my comment is false, I ve brought this issue to management before and nothing has been done. The fact that I can go to yuma get an oil change, all fluids top and tires rotated and be back before you guys are done with my vehicle is sad. A majority of your employees state that you guys allways over book sounds like greed and not customer service.

Catedral City dealers have excellent service and free beverages: Hot and cold coffee, snacks, and popcorn. Also, movies if you are waiting for your car service. Imperial Valley service does not always have friendly personnel and does not provide you with nothing but water, if you are a new potential customer.

Closest dealer to get my Tacoma serviced. Always fit me in since I have to cross the border and never know what time frame that will take. The staff here is very friendly. Update....Coming from Mexico, the border crossing took almost 2 hours midday on Thursday. I was about half an hour late for my appointment. They still got my Tacoma services done and got me on my way.

Salesmen don't listen, I repeated myself at least a dozen times as to what we were there for. 4 year old used cars are at least $10k overpriced. If you don't know the answer, don't just make something up.The bathroom was clean

CARLOS ABUNDIS of UNITED TOYOTA IMPERIAL worked hard to find the car I drove home with yesterday.I had mentioned to MR. ABUNDIS that I was looking to trade-up for a very specific model - he assured me that with a little patience on my part he d find it.Throughout the process of it arriving CARLOS kept me up to date and well informed. In early Spring he called to tell me that if I was still interested, my car would be at the dealership by late June/early July. I was updated of the model particulars and confirmed that a Hybrid was located - Yeay!It wasn t just a matter of patience on my part - but the professional-knowledgeable handling and determination of MR. They told me two and a half hours to do my truck I took six and a half Palm Desert Toyota your going to get all my Business now I'm done. I wouldn't have been so mad that I missed my cancer appointments. I would never come here if they told me five hours or more.

The valley never stops amazing me. I ve been shopping with Nissan and Toyota since 2008 and still today they amaze me. My husband was shopping for a jeep and Brandon worked his magic. Him and his team made it happen and my husband came home happy with his Rubicon. It s is absolutely gorgeous and they took our trade in. Thank you United Nissan and thank you Brandon Phillips!

Well service was good but my new vehicle didn't have a second key,and a front license plate I have to go out of my way to get my license plate but they will pay for it also for the second key. Other than that they were very courteous.

My husband and I were most impressed withSean the Redhead. He explained everything in detail and made the car buying experience easy and smooth. We have purchased several vehicles from United Toyota and before that Rogers and Rogers. Hands down the best car dealership in the Imperial Valley.Thanks again to Sean and the staff. Was transferred to the sales manager who said his system was down when I asked about the particulars of what I was seeking.When I asked him about an estimate, he said the system was down. When I asked if he had any idea what the what the final cost might look like, he said the system was down.When I tried probing further, the call dropped. Would not recommend.

Parts guy was awesome but Service needs tons of help. All I wanted was a oil change, shouldn t take over 40 minutes to get checked in. Your not gonna find my service records because I got tired of waiting to be checked in and left. They got my name, phone number, vehicle and that took 40 minutes so I left.

I bought a Toyota Camry and I have nothing else to say other than BEST SERVICE and SALE. They were great courteous, professional without delays, it took no more than an hour to be able to drive off with a bra d new car. As far as money YES that is the name of the game it is up to the client to negotiate. I gave 0 down and it was financed at 0 interest, couldn't ask for more

bad experience with sales person Michelle and Luis they never call customers and have a excuses about it and their job is selling cars but looks like they dont care about out of town customers so I dont recommend this place to buy a vehicle

Went for an appointment at 4pm but Service did not call or text or even email me that my car was ready. I was told they will call or contact me but I didn t receive any call except for a text report late in the evening. I have to work early the next day and I m gonna be late because of this. Thank you Toyota!

Lol beware the emails and calls to get you to sell your vehicle are all false advertising. The sales department literally said they say they'll pay 110% above blue book just to get you there they'll offer way below blue book when you go in...go out elsewhere out of the valley..these guys are worse than Honda. Pretty sure they tampered with a tire..it was perfect when we took the car in for appraisal...now it's been going flat ever since, this was for my fianc�'s car.

Every time I com to Toyota, it is a disappointing and frustrating experience. Today was the cherry on top. They definitely need to improve on their customer service. My specialist was not there at the time of my appointment and no one wanted to receive my car. I had to ask the cashier for help. She was very nice and went out of her way to help me out. They should also be more careful about the comments they make in front of customers. I am not one to write reviews but I felt like I had to after my experience today. Thank you to the young lady that helped me out.

Worst customer service ever! Clearly these people do not have customer service skills. I went in because I needed nitrogen in my tires and after standing in the service department for almost 20 minutes did one of the workers acknowledge me just to be rude and tell me their nitrogen tank is out of service and has been out of service for over a month and even if it did work I would be charged (which I wouldn t mind paying for if I needed to) and then he tells me to try Costco or any other tire shop. So I m having to pay out of pocket every time I need nitrogen when I should be getting it for free at the dealership because I paid for it to be included in my package. My other issue was that the employee tells me he doesn t have nitrogen but he can put regular air in my tires but he doesn t recommend it. Well then why are you giving me that option??????

I went to get my tires checked since my sensor and app said one of them was low.They said they did tire rotation so the tire that had low air was ay the front now and had a nail so I had to get it patch up. I went to get it patch up at a Walmart and they said they didnt find a y nails on any of my 4 tires. So idk of they did the rotation on my tires or if they lied about my tire having a nail stuck on it.Also my roof was leaking water when it rain but theybdidnt want to check that becuase it was a saturday and they wanted to get off early. They told me to make another appointment but the appointment I made that day was for that. Really bad service. They're polite butth3 mechanics they're not doing the job right.

Called more than 20 dealers and none wanted to play ball on a 4Runner TRD PRO. Reached out to United Toyota and spoke to sales manager John and Sean Lincoln in Sales who took my offer on the vehicle and started working on my deal. They were both very communicative. Took a deposit and held the vehicle while I figured out how to make the 6 hour journey. Rosa Maria in finance was the sweetest and nicest Finance Manager I had ever dealt with. She addressed ALL of my concerns and helped me out to the best she could. 10/10 for Sales, 10/10 for Finance and another 10/10 for the entire experience. I can't wait to purchase more vehicles here. The drive is worth it. Thank you to the team at United Toyota!
