I came looking to purchase a specific car model and trim. I found everyone very helpful and respectful. I got a good trade-in deal for my old car and I believe I am getting a good price for what will eventually be delivered (without too many frills that I did not want from dealerships in San Diego).

The experience of leasing with KIA of Imperial was awesome. Jose Chavez was great to work with. He heard what I wanted my first KIA experience to be and made it happen. He was patient, listened well and was very knowledgeable and detailed in showing me everything there is to know about my new KIA Sportage. **Update 3/11/24 - I guess United Kia has a new GM. I had one more free oil change left, but they were not going to honor it... until I brought out the last receipt from my last oil change. Even after that, I wasn't sure they'd honor it. After asking the new GM, the employee just asked me to sign for it. Change of demeanor... kind of weird. *End of update*I like all the staff at Kia. They are friendly and helpful each time I take my car in for an oil change.However, since I bought my car and have gone in faithfully when it (the car) tells me to go get service (almost TWO years now, in February), I thought that they were rotating the tires each time! It says right on top of my bill "rotation of tires." So, I don't understand why they weren't rotated. Now, I need an alignment and 2 new tires (one is especially worn on the inside)! This could have been prevented if only they were doing what they were supposed to do. I've only had the tires on my car since last November, and now I need to buy new ones...again.I'm not sure why this wasn't done, but the next time you take your car in for the oil change and just assume they'll rotate your tires also, you might want to ask, just to be sure.

Just wish they kept there work on service plans bought I bought a plan that they said covered everything including windshield wipers but I find out the air filters are not included. Other then that I get good service friendly people

Made an appointment for an oil change and they told me 3 hours. Why make an appointment then? To top it off it ended up taking 6 hours. Just for an oil change. The service department is so slow. Just based on service 1 star. I will give 3 though because James Sparks has sold us every vehicle and he's been the best sales man to have when buying a car. Totally recommend James Sparks at Kia.

Service department is horrible. So many disappointments and time lost here. Also beware of salesman for their scammy ways and read all of your contracts word by word. Do not trust them but just summarizing it for you .

Since we bought our KIA Sportage in 2020, we have not had any problems or issues with Service Dept. Flavio & Alberto at the El Centro location, have always been attentive in assuring we are taken care of with best customer service. This recent visit for the oil change on the vehicle, I was sitting in the lobby when Vincent one of the salesperson walked by remembered me and stopped to chat and see how things were going from last time I was there. That's a plus ,out of many customers they see everyday.

Francisco and Angel gave me immediate attention as soon as I stepped foot at United KIA in Imperial. Without hesitation I was behind the wheel test driving a 2024 Telluride. It met my expectations. I drove off with the show room model in record time and received a high return on my BMW XI as trade-in. An excellent experience making my wife s Christmas a memorable one!

Called in ahead and asked about the "ESC" CODE. The service person replied and after I took the car in. UKI even though I had no appointment took and repaired the issue. Wasn't turn away and told to make an appointment, again courtesy and professional

I have found United Kia in Imperial,CA always professional, friendly and providing great service. I live in San Felipe, Mexico and have to drive up and cross the border for each service. I had a choice to go to either Yuma, AZ or Imperial, CA. I'm glad l chose Imperial Kia to make my Go To Kia dealership, because they always ensure my drive up for service is worthwhile. My service advisor, Alberto, always makes me feel welcome and makes sure EVERYTHING is taken care of and is done right! He is a great asset to United Kia in Imperial, CA and the entire Kia Family!!
