Shout out to Santiago Gutierrez and the morning service crew for taking good care of me and my GTI this morning!VW Roadside Assist covered the tow in from near Blythe and dropped me off at the drive at 2am.After an uncomfortable night s rest in the little blueberry (GTI), Santiago and the guys had the service station opened at 7am and welcome me in where they quickly offered water, coffee and just warm spirits after a long night.They quickly got the locking lug nut issue resolved, offered to replace the others with standard ones (yes please!) and got the spare on.While they didn t have the tire I needed, Santiago went above and beyond to find me nearby locations that would have one in stock and his recommendation panned out.Thanks for the quick service guys! If I m ever in El Centro again, I owe you beers.

You took a week to work on my vehicle and when I went to pick it up personal belongings were missing from it. While the items were petty items I cannot believe this was even done in the first place. Is this how you do business? Is the integrity of your employees not important that they would have the odassity to steal even though their name is on the receipt that they did the work? Unbelievable, I paid almost $1,400 for the work done now how can I trust that you even did the work right or honestly. Very, very unsatisfied.

The staff was very accommodating and understanding to our situation. We were traveling from Albuquerque to San Diego and while we were driving, we had an issue with our vehicle we pulled into Imperial Valley Volkswagen and they helped us out immediately. Our wait time was reasonable, so what s the price. Very thankful for their assistance.

Saul is awesome ! He really knows his work . He strives on giving great customer service . Every time I have gone in there , Saul has always fixed and explained the solution with a great attitude . I feel he needs another team member to help him out. He really goes over and beyond for his customers!

Customer service is important. One service staff person was on the computer and was dismissive and disrespectful. He was not on the phone and did not need to treat me this way. I went to another person for help and he was able to help me. He offered me water and asked for me to wait while my vehicle got serviced. He also offered to clean my windows before I left. This extra step was appreciated. I would advise continuous customer service training. Every customer and their word of mouth on how they were treated counts.

Sales rep was a nice guy but when it came to working a deal and financing it was a complete 180. Once we had an agreement on what they would give me on my trade in I allowed them to pull credit and proceed with financing options. Sales rep came back with the first quote and was offering $1000 less on my trade and the manager completely denied he ever made an offer. Finally after a few hours of negotiations we had an agreement and I told them I d come the next day to sign and when I returned the rate was an entire point more and payment had gone up. Long story short I thanked the sales rep for his time and told the sales manager I was taking my business to another dealer. I called Herman Cook in Encinitas and had a clear offer within minutes and my vehicle was delivered to my door. Rate was 2% cheaper and gave me $3000 more on my trade.

I HAD TO CALL THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO BRING IT IN FOR SOME RECALLS AND AN OIL CHANGE THE GENTLEMAN SANTIAGO INFORMED ME THERE WAS NOTHING TILL NEXT WEEK.. WHEN I TOLD HIM THIS WAS THE ONLY WEEK I COULD DO IT HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET ME IN ON FRIDAY.. THAT'S WHAT I CALL EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU.HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Edit: love the sock puppet accounts and that lovely review on you know who after mine was made. People are not that stupid when they see a one star..followed by a stack of 5 star review in one day...when your reviews are truly posted sporadically. try harder lol. my review below.Sales "saul" manager is a joke/ made calls to VW regional. even they said, "this service was pure wrong". did i mention our head-unit was stolen on their lot with no police report...... take cars into service at you're own risk!! (go further up or AZ ). this place is a pure joke.

Santiago in the service department goes beyond clients expectations and is always looking out for the clients Best interest. I can always count on them, giving me a ride to work and picking me up. There was a promotional that started the day my tires were being installed and without even mentioning the promotional coupon Santiago had already applied it.

Initially I contacted VW Service by phone on Thursday afternoon asI was going up to San Diego, CA. Your service rep Santiago was very helpful on the phone, so the next day I brought the car for service to Santiago since the San Diego dealers were booked to assist me other than leaving it over the weekend fir 4 to 5 days. Thank God for VW if Imperial County since they immediately took me in on Friday 8:00 am and resolved the problem within 7 hours. Thank You VW.

The sales manager gave me a fake pre-approval to get me to agree to the deal. He said that VW had approved my business for 7.75% and when I was signing, after being at the dealership for around 6 hours, the finance manager told me my rate was going to be 8.25%. I asked why they lied and sales manager said, "it was my mistake". I believe this was NO mistake. The finance manager said that volkswagen does not negotiate rates, but then 3 days after he called and wanted to re-do the whole contract so he could add paint protection in the agreement and THEN he would lower the interest to 7.75% "to hook me up". Ha. Reputation well earned. Such unprofessional managers. Besides taking forever to even print the paperwork, they do not own up to their word. This is the very last time I will ever buy a car from this dealership.

Excellent service! Not only did I get my car back earlier than expected, but also didn't have to pay as much as I thought because my brakes were checked and still in great condition, no replacement was needed. The communication about my car was excellent and I love that they have someone to take to and back home, for those of us who don't have someone to take us back home.

I have only used the service department but the experience was excellent. They found warranty items I was told by other shops weren't covered and imperial valley Volkswagen was able to get it done .

We needed to take our new to us Touareg in for a fuel issue. Holly was above and beyond amazing. She communicated with us every step of the way. She check in on us knowing we are moving across the country. If we weren t moving this would be the ONLY mechanic we would use.

Great shopping experience ordering the car parts with parts department employee Gabriel. Been restoring a vw gti for several weeks. He kept great email and phone communication, easy ordering process and delivery. Even through a pandemic this dealer delivered excellent service.
