I was charged an interior cleaning fee. I had removed all debris. I think they wanted me to vacuum it out and wipe it down. What joke. Beware when returning a rental car to this place. They look for foolish reasons to change you. Then, they don't answer the phone. I had to challenge the charge on credit card with the bank.

The employees were very helpful and left me with a smile throughout the whole day. I thought I wasn't going to make it through the bad day I was having. I forgot the dudes name but he's a skinny guy with a mustache. He's cool.

Great service upon picking up the car Thursday, but upon returning the car Saturday, the staff (who assured us a ride to the airport in Brawley upon return) left us stranded on the curb. Had to call a cab, and the driver had no idea where the airport was that we needed to get to. Very disappointing lack of customer service.

Do Not ever Rent from the El Centro Hertz. I just needed a rental for 2 days and they tell me that Sunday they were closed, so they were going to have to charge me 2 extra days because of that, so i cut my trip short and traveled back early, dropped off car on Saturday at 1pm, I dropped off car by 1pm in drop box, so they told me that they were going to charge me no matter what for days I didn't have the car. Who does that! My Phoenix stores have drop boxes for this very reason.This feels like Goushing to me and Fraud!.

I absolutely love the service every time, Margot is the best on always making sure everything goes fantastic. This is approximately the 10th time I ve rented a car from imperial airport location n great service every time

For someone who rents a car sometime twice a year. I do not believe in credit cards apparently many people do believe. I have to have a credit check every I rent. Files are for people that return for service. Please take a minute to read.

The service rep was courteous, efficient and super knowledgeable. I arrived and the vehicle was ready to go. Quick signature and I was on my way.

Imperial Airport location really needs to be remodeled the entire Airport is an embarrassing disgrace but back to Hertz employees barely speak English and the rental prices are astronomical so no thank you.

Hertz was not hospitable in El Centro. They nor Avis would not accept my temporary DL combined with a U.S. Passport
