Made an appointment to go look at a van and the guys were super helpful showing me around. I was able to take it on a test drive to wherever I wanted to try it out no issues. They also agreed to a profesional out of shop inspection. They worked with me on a price. I would go back to purchase good experience.

Stay away from this place I bought a car last week and they told me nothing was wrong with it. I was with my son so I was distracted and they were already telling me to take out a loan from the bank to pay for the car I didn t even test drive it!! They assured that the car was great and it won t leave me down or stranded. Three days later it didn t turn on. I paid 300 for a new starter and it still acting up and doesn t start at times. To top it off it already needs an oil change and one of the tires had a nail. This car is a lemon!! Now I m struggling paying the bank back for a car that doesn t work. I called them and they act like they have no idea and say call this person stating they aren t at the shop etc. when I was signing the papers they were talking to me at the same time and rushing me through the process. When I paid to replace the starter I checked the paperwork and in one of the 100 pages it says sale as is and that they aren t responsible for anything!!! No warranty are you serious??? Why couldn t they tell me this? I tell you why, they just want money they can careless about anyone. Please don t go here. Now im stuck paying for a car that doesnt work. This is not fair.

I had an excellent experience at this shop. I found a gorgeous car, and took it for a spin. I got all my questions answered, and was offered an outstanding deal. I ultimately decided to pursue some other leads. The car was in great shape, and I was very close to pulling the trigger. I highly appreciate the professionalism offered by the owners here. I will certainly look to this shop next time I am in the market. Thanks guys.

PLEASE GO ANYWHERE but here!!! The owners are really sketchy and even though I've already been pre-approved for an auto loan by my bank(with a down pmt large enough to buy the car outright) they tried to force me to apply for THEIR "EZ financing" BEFORE they would allow a test drive. But, why would I agree to a hard pull on my credit when I might not buy the car??? When I questioned the owner about the discriminatory nature of this "policy" he stuttered and stammered about the "Kids" who come to play around to drive the car without buying. Uh, I'm 50 and still have other lots to visit.That's when the owner promptly told me to leave bc he didn't want to do business with me. Huh???Business people who don't trust customers are typically people who can't be trusted. Save yourself the headache, there are more trustworthy professionals to buy from.

I guess we all fell victims to the fine auto store here is my story bought a diesel truck from this place and it went down in 3 weeks only been driven 6 times short periods took it to a reputable shop to learn it had bad injectors and a host of things after being told it was in great condition showed me a car report with no accidents well pulled my own after it went down and it showed one I don't no how they sleep at night ripping hard working people off the cost of living in san Diego is high enough without having to make unnecessary car repairs on top of the car payment so I'm taking them to court to take a stance against a business that take advantage of people who work hard to make a honest living and you should too my advice to you is not do what I did spent 14000 grand for some 4k auction junk! Still have not sent registration or title to the lien holder bad business all the way around!

The guys that run this place are crooks and shady in all aspects. I should of known not to buy a vehicle from here. I purchased a Jeep Liberty from this place at the end of June and now at the beginning of August the Jeep sporadically over heated this morning on my way to work and blew the engine, now I have to pay and replace the entire thing. I have not even received the plates and registration for it yet! Literally days after I purchased it, I had trouble with it randomly stalling out on me at traffic lights, then I had to get an oil change and tire rotation because the oil needed to be changed. Also, replaced the air filters because they were done too. This all has happened in less than two months time. The sad part is it looked like it was in great condition and ran well on the test drive. Just so you know looks like they dealt me a lemon and now I am having to deal with it. The sales guy basically lied the entire time telling me not a thing is wrong with it, it is in perfect condition.

I don't write reviews. But, I met the team at The Fine Auto Store in Imperial Beach and I have to say, I've never met a better set of people. Its family owned, Son Ernie, Father Ernie Sr. and close family friend Jose who were attentive, kind and understanding of what I wanted and needed in my next car purchase. Bought a car at Fine Auto Store and wanted to return it. I was told i could not return the car and sale was final.California state law requires dealers to offer extra protection for used car buyers informing them about Contract Cancellation Option Agreements. Fine Auto did not inform me about this option because they dont want buyers bringing back the cars bought. These guys are cheap, they just put ten dollars worth of gas in my tank just enough to get you home. You can getbetter cars and deals at Carmax were the buyer is treated right, Fine Auto Store does not even rate any stars,

PLEASE STAY AWAY. These people really are scams and only want your money, they give you this false hope that you are going to buy a decent car. Even though it is a used car dealership doesn t mean sell people broken down junk only to run when you are checking it out and when you get home it breaks down and can t drive it. I have brought this vehicle to them to help me fix because they have told me it was warranted BUMPER TO BUMPER. Only to get told that they didn t say that, not only to mention that when I purchased they vehicle they said that they have done the oil change and made sure it was ready to go, well that wasn t the case. The oil was jet black and the filter was dated on the filter back in 2016... it s 2019 when I bought it. So when brought to them about the situation they said that they didn t tell me they changed it. So basically this business doesn t know how to do anything but to sell cars for more than they are worth and telling lies.

Purchased a vehicle from the 3 months ago. I was assured my plates would be mailed to me out of state before the 90 day window. 3 months later I call and they failed to notify me that the registration was sent to my old address and that plates were not ordered even though I was assured they would be. Go else where, they talk a big game but once they have your money they are garbage and don't care about anything else.

This is a typical corner car lot. Before you buy take it to your mechanic. This csrless car lot has very bad reviewz. Know bh may to rip buyers off. Stay away stay. They will take ur money n turn their back on you once you havd crossss into thd street.

Didn't even get a chance to go look at the vehicle. I called and asked if as a part of the test drive I could take the vehicle to the nearby brand dealership for a pre purchase inspection and the owner of this establishment said no. They do not allow people to take the cars off the lot. Essentially not allowing us to find out what's really up with their cars. Shady move in my option

Great experience, I had the whole team at The fine auto store working to get me into a beast of a truck! They made it happen, the best experience I have ever had at a car lot. I will stop by there just to visit, they made me feel like I was family!!! Thanks again

If you want to buy a car and feel like you got ripped off as soon as you drive away from the place please feel free to buy a car from them .and be prepared for your credit to get dinged a few times even if you have good credit .i will never buy a vehicle from them again and I dont recommend them to anybody.

I was driving by palm Ave and I was heading toward ib and I saw a gorgeous bmw and it was fine auto store I took it for a test drive and I fell in love with car and I got approved by the dealer and whith in hours I had already had my bmw the workers were Patient and kind it's a great place to get cars

Horrible.Always check the blue book value on any car you plan on purchasing 1stThey sell cars thousands over market or book value. I was screwed by them u should do your homework b4 you make a purchase

Bought a car with them and 2 months later engine exploded total damage I called them and they told me it s not on them I bought it so it s mine and my problem , please stay away !
