I had to get a few things fixed with my car before I was heading out of town and luckily I went to Firestone. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the manager Jr. He took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the recommended services for my vehicle. I had no appointment and it seemed busy but Jr assured me they could get the work done by the time I had to leave. He sent me status update texts which were appreciated and my car was finished with plenty of time to spare. I left Firestone feeling confident that my car was in the best hands possible.Overall, I cannot recommend Firestone enough for their exceptional service and the outstanding assistance provided by Jr. If you're looking for a trustworthy place for car maintenance and repairs, look no further than Firestone. They've earned my trust and loyalty, and I'll certainly be returning for all my future automotive needs.

Jr provided outstanding customer service! I dropped my car off and the service was done quickly. We are a little far from this Firestone and there are 2 more locations closer to us but it's definitely worth the drive. I know that our vehicle will be taken care of properly and I love Jr's honesty in what services needs to get finished. He is definitely the main reason we go to this location!

I needed a tune up as i was leaving town for a few days and Jr took very good care of me. Work was done quickly and didnt charge me outrageous prices. Even helped to find some extra savings online with some coupons. Great job!!

I want to recognize Junior for making sure my car was being taken care of. I came in with an oil leak and they helped me with diagnosing where it was coming from. They fix it along with providing me a list of suggested items my car will need.The reason that I did not add five stars is because when I left the shop, my car would not accelerate. I made it back for them to check it thankfully, and they tell me they had forgotten to program something back after taking it apart. Junior offered to drive around with me before I left to make sure it was working after that. I m just glad they were able to fix it!

I am a single mom w my 3 kids in the car when yest I got a flat tire near this shop and I showed up to see if they can help me. The guy at the desk didn t even bother coming out to look to see if there was anything he can do to help. He just said ur tire is no good it s bad already (without even coming out to look at it) and when I asked him ok I have a spare how much will you charge me to change it to spare 20$ but we can t do it until tomorrow tomorrow???? I just thought it was so rude and unprofessional and uncourteous to not even bother coming outside to see if they can help me. I was literally stranded and he didn t seem to care at all. I drive it across the street where a small shop was already closed but he came out when he saw me pull up and changed my tire to the spare in under 5 minutes. I m just saying it doesn t take much to help someone in desperate need couldn t help me put a spare on until tomorrow? It didn t appear to be busy, he just didn t want to help. And that s unfortunate. And btw my tire is still good

I randomly came into Firestone to ask them to check my car because it was making weird noises and they took the time out of their day to check. They explained everything clearly . Specifically Junior was very nice and took time to explain everything. Highly recommend coming here!

I am very satisfied with the service and care provided . I was taken care of like I was family . I highly recommend having your vehicle serviced at the Imperial Beach Firestone location . The team and crew did a fantastic job !

They helped me the same day that I called. I really needed to find out what was wrong with my car and get it fixed asap so I could miss as little work as possible. They explained what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, answered all of my questions, and were helpful and friendly. I cannot take care of any of my responsibilities without my car. I am grateful to have a reliable place to take it. Thank you, Firestone Imperial Beach!

Excellent service! I've been going to Junior for several years since he was an advisor at the Highland location and when he moved to this location - Imperial - I decided to follow him because he delivers great customer service and I know my vehicles are in good hands!!

This Firestone is a must if you're living in the imperial Beach area. They provide topnotch service and work with people that might be struggling a little bit. I can't say enough good things. I have a few more maintenance issues to address and I will forsure continue using this company.

Jr was the nicest and most helpful person!!! I have never even went anywhere for an oil change and he eased my nerves and taught me a lot about the maintenance on my vehicle. I will 100% be going back!!!!

Came here recently due to heating issues. After a diagnostic test I was told a part needed to be ordered and it would arrive later that day so I let them keep my vehicle. Later that day I was told the vehicle was fixed. After paying I checked the vehicle and the heat was still not functioning. After informing the front desk official, both he and the mechanic doublechecked and confirmed what I said, the heat still did not work. They then proceeded to blame it on the part they ordered. I am giving two stars instead of one bc the front office official was at least courteous and gave me a refund. However, he was not able to set up a time to get a new part and help me. I am very disappointed that I was lied to. Also did they actually order the part or just pull it from scrap?

had my car towed in for flat tire ...near closing time...Martine stayed open and completed the job. I could not be more appreciative that they were willing to do the work that night ...thank you !!!!

Two techs. One says it would cost $500.00 and did not see the car or inspect it. Kindly insisted that he look at the emergency foot brake, then he said that he does not handle that. I mentioned that their ad said they (Firestone) do brakes. I'm flabbergasted that he would quickly put out an estimate, not look at the car and then to say he does not work on this emergency brake!!!Dubious??

Saying that I was completely satisfied with my recent experience with Firestone would be a massive understatement. Junior and his team are so great! They got my car taken care of super quickly. They have great customer service, great communication and great prices. I come all the way from Ramona to get my car serviced here if that doesn t soeak volumes about this location, I don t know what does. If you re looking for somewhere to get your car serviced, you don t have to look anywhere else. This is definitely the place to do it!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Routine oil change was estimated to take an hour and 20 minutes. This is 100% normal, especially due to the massive amount of vehicles they were already working on. Seating area has nice cushiony chairs and tv shows playing. I ordered food and wasn't even 4 bites into the burger when my car pulled up. Only took 30 minutes! Very surprised and satisfied with the service here. The fellow at the counter and the service technician were all smiles and as friendly as can be.

If you are in the need of any services related to your vehicle. I recommend for you guys to check this location out. They have GREAT customer service! The Manager, Junior, will answer any questions you may have regarding your vehicle. Need a quick oil change, or vehicle inspection? Stop Looking! Go check them out. I've been going to various locations for oil changes for the past 10+ years but for some reason this particular location isn't as helpful as the others. I ran over a giant bolt a block away on rainbow and palm and they refused to help me. Went to discount tire and they fixed it for free right away. Then a few months later they said they couldn't give me an oil change without charging me a $100+ fee for diagnosing my check engine light, even though I've gotten tons of oil changes in the past without them caring about the light. Only reason I gave them two stars is the cheap price they have for oil changes. However, Won't be going back

Louis was very helpful with fixing my front axel on the driver side and replaced my pads as well! Gave me recommendations to get my tires changed when I come in again! I was welcomed by Alfredo this morning. He was so friendly. He was running around the store to insure everything was running smoothly and to insure everyone was being serviced. You can go anywhere for a oil change, but I d rather go where customer service is key.

I first went here for a patch because the place I bought my tires from had closed down they did it for free. Have been back for every repair since and they always do an awesome job. Martin did my CVJs and axles last time. Victor let me know exactly what NEEDED to be done. And they got it done in time for me to get to work with 20 minutes to spare.Services: Transmission, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Went in today with a tire that is losing air fast. Person at the counter refused to check my tire claiming he was under staffed. There were no other cars in the parkinglot, and the shop did not close for another hour and a half. I was a customer there for years, and have spent thousands on tires there. I told him he would loose me as a customer. His answer, have a great day. Not the first time they turn me away for a tire check.. happened 4 times before. Crazy thing,, the times ive boughtbtires,,, (at the same time) I've never been turned away.. Now i have to deal with a flat tire in the morning..Service: Tires

Excellent service! Complimentary tire check and added air pressure - tried to leave a gratuity and would not even accept. He also offered to assist in resetting the tire pressure monitor in the vehicle! Keep up the good work!! And thanks again!
