I have dealt with Liisa on two occasions with two separate vehicles and she is beyond helpful and really goes above and beyond. From arranging towing, dealing with insurance, to a flawless repair of both of my vehicles. Highly recommend and will always have my business.

Liisa is amazing and very knowledgeable. I hit a curb and damaged the front end of my car and had to file my first insurance claim ever. She took me through all of the steps and told me exactly what to do and what to expect. My car is now there waiting to be repaired. I will ALWAYS use Body Works Collision going forward as long as I live in the San Diego area. Thank you so much, Liisa!

Liisa was absolutely fantastic! I visited her to take care of a minor fender bender on my vehicle. I used my auto insurance and she knew exactly what to do. From start to finish the experience was seamless and her proactive communication meant I never had to worry about what was happening with my vehicle or if there was any steps I had to take. Her knowledge in her industry made me feel comfortable nothing was missed. She even made sure to deliver the vehicle clean and detailed which I have never experienced before at a body shop. I took my car in to Liisa at Bodyworks Collision after an accident at the end of February. Liisa was not only extremely knowledgeable and helpful but also interfaced with my insurance company which proved to be much more challenging than we were prepared for. She dealt with it perfectly and put me as a customer first and managed the insurance company in a completely professional manner. I picked my car up today and am absolutely thrilled with the work they did. My car looks like a brand new car and they went above and beyond and detailed my car inside and out. Great and fast service. Lisa was very professional and very helpful.When other collision centers turned down my husband s request for an estimate on the car s overall damage, Lisa was eager to help us with no doubt and with experience of accidents like ours. She had the paper work done within two days after delivering the car to her shop and ready to rock and roll.I highly recommend her!

Super great experience with this shop.My vehicle was damaged when a negligent driver hit my car.I had been fighting with the at fault parties insurance for over a month.Liisa with bodyworks got my car on the schedule and handled everything with the at faults insurance trying to refuse repairs and pretending not to see obvious damage. She got them out to see the car and after 3 additional supplements she had my car back to me quickly. She was fantastic about keeping me updated and my car is in better condition than when I purchased it.They even deep cleaned my car which is super appreciated.

I had the pleasure to meet Lisa about five years ago in her Chula Vista shop, just with the conversation we had I knew she was honest and real person that cares about not only her customers but her employees and won t take no less the perfect from one of her technicians I highly recommend this place to everyone!! My ins. Company has a shop they recommend but has you know we have the right to take our vehicles to any body shop we like and still get the life time warranty, so I would definitely take my car here!!!!! Well take care Lisa and keep up the good work!

They say if something is too good to be true it is. This is not the case with bodywork s. Liisa was fantastic her customer service is unmatched, they got my vehicle completed 2 days ahead of schedule with exactly what I requested to be repaired complete to perfection. She s up front no hidden costs and phenomenal overall. This is the only shop I will take my car to in San Diego.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Lisa is a great person to deal with. Her crew did an outstanding job on my truck.I highly recommend them to everybody.I got two estimates and Lisa's was slighly higher but I went with her because. I did some damage to my Mustang pulling it out of my garage. I put some good size dents and scratches on the right front fender and passenger door. When I went to see Liisa she was very professional and honest. I was recommended through a family member and glad I was.The experience was great from the estimate all the way to finish product. The car looks amazing like nothing ever happened. It actually looks better than before the accident. She went out of her way to accommodate me. I will definitely come back for other auto body needs if needed in the future. Highly recommended. thank you Liisa!

This is the best body/auto shop I have ever worked with. Lisa (store manager) and her technicians (I worked with Jose) are extremely professional and reasonable. I trusted these guys completely with my Ford F150 Platinum. They fixed my truck and it looks better now than when it did before my accident. Thank you BodyWorks.

Liisa and her team at BodyWorks do fantastic work. They went above and beyond for my repair, and I am delighted with the work. Outside of the actual work on the car, Liisa is just a joy to work with. She is genuinely passionate about her work and takes great pride in it. She is very straightforward with any issues that she believes need to be addressed and keeps you updated throughout the process. She is beyond friendly and overall, just a joy to work with.While I hope never to have bodywork done on my car again, Liisa will be the only person I turn to.

I post few public reviews. You can be assured that this is a true and honest review. My son's car was in an accident, not his fault. I am dealing with the other party's insurance. When we thought that the car would be repaired, I contacted Liisa at Bodyworks Collision and was immediately put at ease by how genuinely helpful she was. Now you expect people to be helpful when you are bringing them business, but they ended up totaling the car, so there is no resulting business coming to her from me. Remarkably, knowing that the car would be totaled, she followed up with me, she sent me information on what to expect and to look for within an hour of our initial conversation. This was all when she knew that my car was not going to be repaired at her shop. She held my hand and walked me through this unfamiliar situation. She was immediately responsive to all of my communications. I am so thankful to her. It is rare that you get to deal with people that honestly try to help you. I highly recommend Liisa and BodyWorks Collision as an honest and reputable company.

I was introduced to Liisa when her shop was in Chula Vista and my car was wrecked. I was so bummed when I found out she was no longer there. I was so happy to find she opened a shop in Imperial Beach. This body shop did a phenomenal job on my car. I will always go back to her. She really pays attention to the customer's needs and does a great job.

If you want a shoddy job, than take your car to any auto body shop and they can do that for you. But if you want a job that goes beyond customer expectations and more than take your car to Bodyworks Collision and meet Liisa Thomas and the crew and you will see what type of service your should be getting. Hardworking and honest and will leave you with a smile!!!

This place is new to town but they do excellent work for a reasonable price. The owner is a IB local and is very knowledgeable in the field with loads of experience. Try them out, you'll be happy you did.
